I bought a Honda Pilot from Image Cars in April, and I had an excellent experience. I went in by myself, a single mom who knows next to nothing about cars, and felt like the person who helped me, Chip, was transparent, honest, and not pushy at all. I looked at two cars, and told him I’d like to sleep on it, he didn’t ask me a bunch of questions, didn’t push me to “buy today or it’ll be gone tomorrow,” he just went on my time. As I was leaving that day, his manager came out to ask what I thought about the cars I drove. I told him that I liked the Honda a lot, but wanted to sleep on it. He didn’t push me, didn’t guilt me into staying, told me to take all the time I needed to think it over. I ended up going back that night and purchasing my car, being confident that it was my decision, and that I wasn’t talked into something that wasn’t right for me. They let the cars speak for themselves, they’re honest about what seems to be wrong or right, and it really seems as though they only buy and sell quality. I came here after a mechanic recommended this place too me. The mechanic said he sold quality cars. He was definitely correct. The owner was very nice and seemed to care deeply about having a reputable business. I took our car over to the mechanic for inspection and sure enough there was nothing wrong with it. One mechanic we went to sent us to Image Cars saying that they sold great cars. He was right. We had the best experience. No one was pushy. They showed us what we asked for and they even stayed late to let us test drive, as we got there right before closing. The vehicle was in exceptional condition and they sold it to us at a more than fair price. They also promised to fix anything that was wrong with it in the first 30 days, and they held true to that promise. This is the only car lot I ever care to shop at again, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Bought a Honda minivan from image in April I believe and was super scared to buy from a car lot. I had a few concerns which they fixed right away after getting the car inspected by my mechanic. About a week later the power steering high pressure hose broke I went to them crying thinking it was oil (lol) and they fixed that too even though it wasnt covered under the warranty. I ended up being really happy with my purchase!

Great place to look for a car.Had a smooth and pleasant transaction here while vehicle shopping. Family owned so the environment doesnt feel overly serious. Very little pressure from the sales people and they even let me test drive the vehicle on my own. Shortly after purchasing, I noticed a noise coming from one of the tires. Im not a mechanic so I did not know if it was a suspension component or something else. It was diagnosed as a worn tire and they gave me a whole new set at very little cost.To date the easiest place I have purchased a vehicle from.

3 weeks ago, I purchased my beautiful one owner 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L from Image Cars. Chip helped me with the process. I knew what I wanted and everything went smoothly. Chip was very nice. I did it again, I just purchased my 4th vehicle from image cars. Im someone that loves to shop around and find the best deal. I dont like dealerships that push you around and try to force you into a vehicle and then sell you everything under the sun for that vehicle. The team at image is different, Chip, Amar and others are very different, they let you decide what car you want and then work with you to get the best deal, there is no haggling needed the cars are already priced lower than they should be, and they will still knock some off for you. Im writing this review because Ive been scr#$%$ over before at other dealers and I hate hearing about other people going through that stuff. Save yourself the headache and go check out image cars .

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Like many of the comments before me, I have had nothing but problems with this place. My husband and I bought a van from them last year (March of 2020). We noticed the front end had been in a wreck but fixed, the driver side door lock was broken, there is a chip in the windshield, and the back hatch was unusable. We were promised if we paid full price, that those things would be fixed in a short time. We needed a large car in a hurry, due to me being very pregnant, so we ended up purchasing it anyway. My husband has now called them MULTIPLE times a month and has even shown up at the location. Amar has always been too scared to talk to us. He always brushes us off or hides in his office. One time we called, the man on the line said Amar was there and he had to put us on hold to get him. We were on hold for 10 minutes before the same man got on the phone and said Amar had just left and to try back another day... We have had this car going on a year now and we have yet to make ANY contact with Amar. We have now had to buy another car to accommodate my large family, and we are still paying on this worthless van.

Pretty disappointed with the service. Bought a 2015 Sienna at the end of June. One of the seats wouldnt go up so they said we could bring it in in a couple of days to have it fixed. Every time we would try to arrange something, they would say they couldnt do it or they wouldnt put us on the list. Thats fine, we finally got the seat up ourselves. 2 weeks later we had an issue with the head gasket (had already had the car pre-inspected at Toyota before purchasing and it checked out fine). No big deal, Chip said that they would get it fixed. It has been there for 2 weeks and I still cant get an answer on when it will be finished. I understand that a head gasket is a big job, but my disappointment comes from not getting any answers whenever I call to check on it. They just tell me they will check and call back, which they never do.

Beware of this place. I went all the way from Cleveland to their location and was told false information about the vehicle I purchased. I purchased a Honda pilot and couple months later the transmission failed. Ive called the place and it seems like they dont care anymore not to mention parts were missing from the vehicle that I was promised ill receive and didnt. BEWARE you got my warning. The vehicles will break down on you before you realize it.

I had a really good experience purchasing from here. When I came in to this dealership, I had one vehicle I wanted to look at and was clear about that fact. The salesmen were fine and respectful about that fact, and did not try to get me into anything I didnt want. They were also no pushy at all, and let me take my sweet time talking to people about the vehicle and take my time on my decision. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it was on a very cold day (-20 degrees F) and my new vehicle did not start. Min, the salesman jump started it, and made sure it wouldnt happen again by testing it again. It failed once more, so they replaced the battery with a brand new one. That is great customer service and what should have been done, and they did it without hesitation. These guys are very nice, and their selection is great. They also offer a limited warranty with their vehicles which is nice. If I should run into any problems they have promised to help me. So in the event anything happens I will update this post and how helpful they were about it after already making the sale, so that some of you reading can have piece of mind buying from this awesome dealership. Before I purchased my vehicle, I noticed that their were few missing parts on the vehicle ( tail gate lift supporter) (trunk shocks springs) ect. I was told by the owner Ammar that he will ship them out to me. It’s been over 3 months and I haven’t received anything from him and each time I call him or text him which I have proof, he says he’ll get back to me and of course he doesn’t. I’ve been lied to so be careful if any of you get into the same situation.

After driving 1.5 hours to their location, they inform us that even though they had not yet received the down payment from that individual, they had decided to hold the vehicle for them and we couldnt purchase. Wasted 3 hours of our time and gas. We were happy to take our business elsewhere. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Just bought a Honda Civic LX from here 3 days ago. I initially had my heart set on a different Honda Civic but once test drove I decided to pass. They were very concerned about what I was looking for. They asked lots of questions to make sure that what I needed was met. They never once tried to push me into a specific car, or a car out of my price range. Once i saw the LX they were even willing to work with me to get it within my range. They are honest and take care of you. Two weeks after I bought the car, the radiator went out. I called them to see if it was covered under the warranty. It was not, but they covered it anyway. Just bought a car from these guys today. Very pleased with how things went & the deal we agreed upon. The car needed tires & some brake work, which they fixed at no extra cost. Its a father and son run business, with additional employees; all were very nice.

We went to look at a mini van on the lot and once the vehicle was started it started squealing I immediately knew the sound and choose to walk away. He then showed us another van that struggled to start and had completely bald tires and the trunk didn’t open. He has so many vehicles on the lot you can hardly move around. So many he can’t take care of them all leaving most of them in poor condition at best. I saved myself the headache of buying a lemon from him I suggest you do the same.

I dont like games, pressure, or all the typical BS that goes with buying a car. Jacob, Aaron, and Chip made the whole buying experience simple and painless. Zero pressure, no games played during negotiating. Just a straight forward deal on a good clean quality car. I think Jacob personally hand picks all of the cars for the lot and prices them according to fair market value I did not feel the prices were over inflated to begin. They provide car fax on every car, and will have my business in the future.

The lesson I learned in dealing with them in March 2018 is to *always* have a mechanic check it before you buy. Never skimp on this expense. Had I done this I would have known what Image Cars knew from reports they had access to, that the engine was about to break. After spending thousands more on repairs, I now have a thousand pound paper weight in my driveway. Also, when I said I was interested in a car on their lot and wanted to discuss price, they said they dont negotiate; the price on the window is the price they charge. Then in the next breath asked what I wanted to pay. That should have been my red flag.

Came into image cars to look at a specific car we saw online, ended up seeing several on the lot we liked. Chip came out and I explained I needed a cheap reliable car, had $, but would be interested in financing to rebuild my credit. He ran my report, and became rude regarding my student loans (which are being paid ) and other items on my report. Basically told me there was nothing he could do for me, and hinted to leave his office. I had $4000 ready to buy a car, and could have outright bought a couple on their lot, but he never asked what $ I had. Wanted to instead comment on my credit, or that Ive never had a car loan (Ive always paid cash for cars). I had read reviews previously, and was very disappointed when we left. However, next stop found a car I like, in great shape, low miles, and great customer service. They were happy to work with me, saw no issues with my credit and didnt mind $ upfront.

I bought a 2013 Hyundai from image cars and after 2 years I sustained damage to my tire. I called Amar personally and asked if anything could be done and within 24 hours he promptly helped me with my tire for a very reasonable price. We bought a 2010 Honda CR-V in January 2019. There was lots of undisclosed damage.1. Alarm system goes off randomly. Have to start and stop the engine to reset.2. Needed brakes in 4 months.3. Starter grinds sometimes on a cold start like the pinion is not disengaging the flywheel fast enough. Dealer said that is normal for a Honda.4. A/C does not work. Hard to test in the winter. Dealer should have tested it inside where it was warm.I will not be deceived by Image Cars again. I recommend finding a dealer that knows what they are selling.Updated on September 19, 2019. 1 star.1. Alarm system: If looks like a hood switch. About $50 if I do it myself.2. Brakes: I consider brakes a safety issue. 4 months of brake wear is not safe.3. It was not the starter. It is the timing chain and related parts. Quote is $966.4. A/C likely never worked, but hard to tell in January. Compressor and related parts need to be replaced. Quote is $1006.5. This is a new one. The rack and pinion leaks and needs to be replaced. Quote is $1010.6. Every fliud except transmission needs changed, plus spark plugs. These are normal maintenance, but what did the dealership do beyond wash and vacuum, certainly not a thorough inspection.This is over $3000 in major repairs. If you want to buy a vehicle here, l recommend before paying for a full inspection before signing anything.

The only reason Im not leaving a 1 star review is because they sell mostly used vehicles that are older and may occasionally need repairs and preventative maintenance. They do sell most with no warranty. The car I purchased, i had it in the shop literally 3 days after pulling off the lot. More problems continued throughout the weeks to come. I stayed in contact with the guy who sold me the car through text. He was responsive about the first problem. He didnt offer much more than advice on where to take it. About a week later I texted him saying I had transmission problems and he became a ghost, would not respond. He told me he would give me a 30 day powertrain warranty for free. So clearly he did not want to deal with that. I decided it is best to stay clear of them and let people know they do not stand behind their cars. They are just another one of those dealers who take it straight from auction, to their lot, without doing any work mechanically. It insisted he had some great mechanics in the back, but I find that hard to believe. If they are great, theyre only great at doctoring up existing mechanical problems. Rather than fixing them.

Very friendly and helpful place. My husband and I havent purchased a vehicle for 10+ years it was nice to have someone walk us through the process. We will definitely be back to purchase a second vehicle.

Service was professional and friendly. I drove from Dayton, OH, to purchase a vehicle; the price was unbeatable! After the test drive, one of the mechanics noticed that the starter needed replaced and insisted on changing it before we left. The part was ordered and delivered within minutes. The owner, Jaycob, was very hospitable and treated us like family. He recommended a local steakhouse for dinner and even called a reservation in for us while we waited for the starter to be replaced.There was a delay in receiving the title. Overall, this was minor and I would still recommend Image Cars Inc for buying a used car.

He was very personable on the test drive and just made the decision that much easier to want to buy a car from him. Not to mention the amazing deal he was able to give me on the car given my budget. Went to test drive a used Acura and Honda. Ended up buying the Honda CR-V because of how well it ran and how reasonably priced the vehicle was. We just bought a 2008 Subaru Outback after one of our cars was totaled last week. Chip is awesome to work with and this lot has lots of great cars. As with all used cars you buy as is. However when we got home and realized that the locking mechanism for the trunk didnt work Chip had his mechanic look at it and they fixed it on the spot for us. Went to image cars in search of a second vehicle. Found one I liked went into the office to negotiate. The car was listed at $4,995. I offered $4500 (that was to include the tax, title, and any fees) the sales guy goes and gets the owner since he can’t make the call. The owner offers to split the difference at $4750. I say no, $4500 is my offer take it or leave it. The owner agrees to the offer. I put a $100 deposit down on the car to hold the car and would come back the next day to pay the remainder. As I’m getting ready to leave the owners son comes into the office and says “whoa, whoa, whoa, you can’t expect us to discount the car, and pay the the taxes” he says it in a very rude, condescending manner. Apparently, the owners son doesn’t want to sell the car. His attitude left a very sour taste in my mouth. I left the business telling the sales guy I may be back tomorrow. After thinking about it overnight I didn’t have a good feeling about buying the car from them. The next morning I called the sales guy and told him to cancel the sale. I asked for my $100 deposit back and the sales guy tells me it’s non-refundable. I tell him that he never disclosed that it was non-refundable. Sales guy says he doesn’t have to as they have a sign referencing deposits are non-refundable (I didn’t see any sign) at this point I tell the sales guy “okay I’ll just call the bbb” sales guy says okay and hangs up the phone. While I’m looking up the number to the bbb the sales guy calls me back. He tells me that he explained the situation to the owner and the owner told him to go ahead and refund my deposit. If you go to image cars be forewarned that the owners son is not very professional. If he was upset about discounting the sale of a car then he should have pulled the sales guy aside and had a private conversation with him. He should not have done that in front of a customer. I don’t know any car dealership that doesn’t negotiate the cost of a car purchase. There are too many car dealers out there that will. I found a different car at another dealer who wheeled and sealed with me. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted.
