Dont spend your money here unless you want to spend a lot more in the next month having things fixed on the vehicle. I bought a 16 jeep compass. It had the traction control light on and needed an alignment. They did the alignment and when I got it back the brakes were making noises. I called them to have it looked at and they said theyd call me back to make an appointment. Which they never did. A week later. I find myself on the side of the road bc the electronic throttle control went out. They came and got it and I told them again about the brakes and they said theyd look into it. I got it back a week later and all they did was put a new throttle control in it. Never even looked at the brakes. Now the brakes have gone completely out and they wanted to charge me to fix them. Theres a certificate of inspection for safety on the windshield saying they checked several components on the vehicle including the brakes and engine. Apparently they never checked anything on that list. I bought the car a month ago. The temp tags are still on it. I spent $14k buying this with finance charges added. Now they wanna charge me a another $200 just to fix the front brakes when they should have replaced them b4 even selling the vehicle.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEDIDNT SHOW UP TO APPOINMENTS THEY SCHEDULEDmy husband made an appointment to have my windows tinted for my birthday. the day of my appointment they cancelled the appointment to reschedule for about a month out. Today I was supposed to have my tinted windows, so I dropped my car off before work and gave them my keys. my husband came back at 2 to pick the car up and no one was there and my windows were not tinted. three hours later someone was able to bring my husband the keys to my car. theyre reasoning?sorry were out of townwhy would you schedule an appointment, take my keys, and not do your job?

Lies nothing but lies. Left my car there to get tinted of Friday they said they would call when It was done. Then the mechanic locked up and left and when I called they were out of town and told me I could get my car on Monday. So they had me wait there for 4 hrs till they got someone to come give me my keys.

If you dont have the cash up front and dont have a bank of your own to borrow from, then stay away.

I bought my car and then it was like I disappeared to them. They never fixed the problems with my Fusion. Wouldnt call me back nothing.. I like my car but it sold me not the sales team. I am still waiting on paperwork to get my plates after my tag has expired. Have went around and told people not to buy here. If you are looking for a car go up lima rd a little more to Raptor Auto. I have bought two vehicles there and am more than pleased. In fact now that I HAVE FIXED MY CAR... I have put Raptor Auto stickers on it.

My ASE mechanic I had look at it (mind you, this was after I bought it because Michael was very informative so I trusted his word and that was a very wise choice) wanted to buy it from me already. Michael was right when he said I would fall in love with this thing. My mechanic showed me even more that I didnt know about its luxuries and all it has to offer.Michael was very nice and had my business from the start just because of how informative and courteous he was ... We worked with Eli and Kory. Could not have had a better experience buying a vehicle. Friendly yet they give it to you straight. They did everything they could to make sure we walked away with the vehicle we wanted for our family. They totally went above and beyond when our vehicle wouldnt start (it was an operator error). They came out immediately and hooked us up with another car while they looked at the one we purchased. Theyre biggest concern was making sure we were safe because we have little ones. Car was wrecked and they sold it to me as though nothing was wrong with it. Then they didnt get the title work into the BMV until the day the paper plates expired. I put 7,700 down and financed over 18K for a car the had SIGNIFICANT damage. Highly SIGNIFICANT. Looking into further information about legality of this.

Let me start off by saying that I will never come back to this establishment ever again. Michael was my salesman and I thought we had a great connection to make it happen in a car purchase. My credit was ran multiple times without my consent and i kept calling him at least 6 times in a week to only get the run around .The loan officer was blowing me also when I kept calling her to hopefully get a deal done. The slap in the face they was trying to put me in,a matchbox Ford focus car and told me thats the only car i qualify for which is bs when I absolutely told them i needed a vehicle with room and after calling them over and over again to get no response. I feel like they wasnt serious about making a deal which was a waste of a weeks worth of my time of trying to spend money. Dont waste your time getting your credit dinged cause in the end of everything they try to tell you that you only qualify, for one ortwo vehicles when if youre approved you should be able to drive whatever is on the lot if you can afford it. Save yourself some time of being told and chastised about your past which shouldnt mean nothing when trying to reestablish credit .
