Don Ayers customer service is top-notch so far as I have worked with them. Never an issue with an oil change. I bring my cars here because of my crazy workload and not having time to do most of my services. The crew that checks me in is amazing and friendly.Now to the bad.I have had a few issues with service that I found after the fact. I will pose both good and bad for each to be fair.2010 Honda Pilot.Engine knock. (suspected valve adjustment needed by me) they did the adjustment $650 sounds a little bit better but still there. Also now leaking oil from the rear valve cover gasket. Filling cylinders 2&3 spark plug holes full of oil.I told them and they said I would have to pay for them to fix it…2010 Honda Pilot.Timing beltThey did good work on this with no issues.2010 Honda Pilot.Oil changes. No issues2007 Honda Civic.Oil changes. No issues2017 Honda Civic.   This one burns me the most.Third oil change. Left the fasteners out of the engine cover that then hit the road and scraped all to heck.Told them about it and they said they will fix it on the next oil change. They forgot I guess because I had zip-tied it up. The zip ties were removed to do the oil change and then they put more zip ties in. Wait what…..Ok, so I told them again and then got new tires installed. This time they replaced the fasteners.The tires were great. 30 miles down the road the low tire pressure light (TPMS) came on. Swing into a discount tire. Tire pressure is good. They didn’t reset the computer. I can deal with that. I reset it myself. Today I went to clean my wheels. all 4 of them have been scratched by the plastic cup on the balancer. Guys you don’t use the cup on Aluminum wheels. You use the steel cones. Not a scratch on my car and now all 4 wheels.I’m not happy about the wheels. What if any of these were your personal cars?Should anyone get service done here? I mean depends. A simple oil change, sure. Anything major, approach with caution.

Greg was awesome to work with. They got me in and out very fast. Also you just cant beat the certified pre-owned warranty it is truly exceptional. The cherry on top is when they offered 9year/120k mile powertrain warranty (additional fee of course) but this just speaks volumes of how confident they are in their product. The sales staff helped us find the perfect van for our needs. We originally went in to look at one van, which turned out to not meet out needs. But before we left the lot, the staff found another options for us that was just what we were looking for.

The service was good with only a minor incident of interior of car getting sprayed while being washed. a but was taken care of at shop. I was given a loner car for the weekend. Over all not too bad.

I have purchased two vehicles from Don Ayres Honda and was pleased with my first purchase but have issues with my most recent purchase. Sales person told me that the vehicle was CPO during the sale but changed the paperwork at the time of closing to reflect that it wasnt certified. I was told I would get 3 free months of Xm radio and everytime I would inquire I was told that they would have to look into it but they never followed through with the service. Dealer agreed to repair damage to vehicle but Im still waiting several months later. I have requested assistance with these matters and continually get transferred or never hear back. When I do get assistance, everyone blames someone else. Not sure what happened to the excellent customer service I once received from Don Ayres but, it appears they dont care about the customer these days. My salesman did admit he had poor communication and that he would resolve my issues but it seems that it doesnt effect him after the sale so, he truly couldnt care less.

Stopped in to look at a Honda Accord and ask some questions. Travis worked with and we walked the lot as he explained the differences in the models. Eventually we found the car I wanted but it had been sold so he began searching. They found one just like it and got it very quickly. The entire process was easy, focused on respecting my time and I highly recommend them. This is the third vehicle I purchased from this dealership and they have always been great to work with.

Service at this location is top notch. I had a check engine light pop on after grocery shopping. Stopped in and they squeezed me in with no appointment. Found the issue, reset the light, then scheduled my repair for the following week. Estimated repair was 1.5 hours and was done in 45 minutes and on the road.

If zero was an option, it would be a zero. Sold my car to them, they took it without giving me any money which was agreed on. I found a new car at a different lot, called to ask if it was possible to get my money by Friday. Carlos then went on a rant, my husband could here the phone call from across the room. My husband called back to talk to Bill, he did nothing but defended Carlos. Our salesman, Romain said he couldnt help in anyway, hes just a salesman. They told us we could come and take our car back and pay them. I want to tell them, we will take our car back and pay them when we get the title. The whole thing is unethical, considering honda has our title and our car and we have no money. Sales people, rude. Service guys needs a raise.

I arrived early and was accommodated rather quickly considering how busy the technicians were. All staff were courteous and helpful, but this is not unusual as I have been treated in this manner since the first day I have dealt here. The tech Cesar was efficient and most professional. I am very pleased with both him and the entire staff.

Easily scheduled service on line just 1 day in advance. Service was performed timely with associate answering all questions. As usual, there is always a followup to be sure we were satisfied customers! Exceptional service!
