Let me start by saying I never write reviews. I’ve yet to have a good enough (or bad) experience to warrant one. This is a different story.This place is fantastic. Great deals on used bikes, friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians. I bought my first Harley (I’ve been riding 30 plus years) from these guys. The price was right the bike was beautiful, so I bought it. I rode it home that afternoon. During the ride home (I live over an hour and a half from the dealership) I recognized a couple issues that I hadn’t noticed before. This was Saturday late afternoon, so I thought I would just wait until Monday and give them a call and see what they had to say. To my surprise Monday came and before I had a chance to call the dealership, my salesman (David) called me to inquire if I made it home alright and how the ride was… needless to say I was not expecting that. I thought I would take this opportunity to let him know of the “issues” I encountered and he said, “let’s figure out how to get it back in here so we can get that taken care of “. He and I made a plan for me to drop it off, which I did. They fixed it, for free I might add, I also asked them to do an upgrade for me, (the grips has worn with age and use and I wanted to replace them) which they did at cost, (No labor charge! ) I now have the bike off my dreams back and in top shape for riding.Bottom line.Good pricesGreat peopleTop notch customer serviceDerek

Gary and all the staff at Osborns made my buying experience as easy as 1,2,3. Find the bike, ride the bike, arrange financing and out the door in under an hour. I would buy my next bike from Osborns without a second thought.

I am from GEORGIA I was visiting family when I got a flat rear tire and a floating rear end. I called 3 other cycle shops and none could get me in Jake at Osbornes told me to get it there and they will see what they could do. I got there at 1pm Saturday they thinking I just needed a new tube for my soft tail no my outer hub had almost worn threw. I had 1 dose of breathing medication that I have to have. Jake found a used rim and put new bearings in it and new tire for my 781 mile ride home.they stayed over to get me done and on the road. I pulled up to my house 12 hrs later in time to get my breathing treatment in Georgia and I credit Osborne with my success. They are a real down home service and will be using them every time I am in the area.

Recently purchased my first Harley from Osborns and the experience was great! The sales rep, Dave, was very kind and knowledgeable in helping me pick out the bike. Dave explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. A few days after purchasing the bike I went back into Osborns to look at adding saddlebags and a sissy bar. The service rep, I think his name was Jake (sorry if I am wrong) helped me pick out the parts that fit my bike and got me on the schedule to get the items installed. The parts are on and look awesome! Everyone I spoke with at the company was helpful, kind and professional. I definitely recommend Osborns if you are looking for a bike or if you are in need of parts/service work!

Super business!! Coming through town on vaca a lonnng way from home and had issues with my Victories clutch. They had me drive right over so they could take a look. Worked out that they could fit my cycle in and fixed it right away. To my surprise they had hard saddle bags that I had been wanting and they put those on too! All the men were super nice, helpful and informative!

Awesome experience and knowledgeable. Got my brother in quick for a new tire and bearings. Only took a day on short notice. Definitely recommend

Great environment. Friendly staff. Parking is a bit confusing the first time but it was figured out.

Asked Jake to get better lights and clutch and it turned out perfectly! New LED lights make roadways light up at night even with older eyes! The new clutch locks up much tighter than the Harley original and is no harder on the lever pull. In addition to great service, Osborn’s are great people and always easy to work with! Been in to browse more than a few times and the staff were always courteous and professional no matter how busy the place was. These are true Bike Guys. Finally settled on a second bike last week and the exchange was quick, painless, and friendly. Id suggest Osborn before hitting up any other local dealers.

We just purchased a Polaris Ranger. We worked with Dave Smith and it was a pleasure. He was super knowledgeable about the side by side and all of the accessories without being pushy. This is our second purchase from Osborn’s, but it won’t be our last. Great job to all of Osborn’s staff.

Regarding Osborn USA, I had the pleasure of finding out for myself why they have such a stellar reputation. I cant fully express my gratitude for the outstanding patience and efforts of the sales team (Especially David Smith) at Osborn. Without them I would have ended up with the wrong machine for our family. Instead, they listened to my needs and guided me in the right direction insisting I test drive equipment that they thought would best suit me. Their no-pressure approach was welcome especially to someone that has had ZERO experience with recreational and off-road vehicles. I highly recommend them and sincerely hope they have the success that they well deserve.

Dave was a great help in showcasing their used Harley inventory. He had pulled the inspection report on the Sportster that I was looking at, and we covered it in detail. He worked with my Banker to meet her requirements, and even came in on his day off to get me on the road back to Ohio.

The staff at the counter is very knowledgeable. They have always provided excellent parts and service every time ive gone in. I can remember going into the old location on Wells in the late 80s with my father. Its nice to still receive the same great service all these years later that my dad received back then.

I bought a 07 Superglide 2yrs ago. Beautiful bike, low miles. Then last year I wanted a lot of work done. Forward controls, floorboards, riser and tires.I had to return for my parts that got exchanged but they didnt exchange my riser which was key to the $1500. I was quoted and paid.

Had parts for my 07 deluxe. Real friendly staff that went the extra mile to explain what I needed to do to pull the bearings in my front rim.

Wonderful buying experience. Dan Wilcox was extremely helpful. He showed me my options, discussed the differences then let me make the decision. No high pressure sales tactics. I also enjoyed that there were no hidden fees (assembly etc). The fee to install my accessories was very reasonable. They also got us a really good financing rate.P.S. Very pleasant experience. David was my sales rep and he was more than accommodating to help me pick the right UTV. He was not pushy and did not try to up-sell me. Everything I was told over the phone and email was exactly what I got at the dealership. If anyone is in the market for a Polaris Ranger this is the place to go. Trust me, I dealt with a lot of dealerships trying to find this unit and this is where I ended up going based on the quick communication David provided and his customer service. I will definitely recommend and go back to Osborn’s.

Excellent greeting and customer service, no-pressure buying experience. The sales folks did a great job of presenting the current inventory plus what machines were in the pipeline. We purchased a Polaris General that was in stock in the exact color and trim that we wanted. The sales team presented current Polaris incentives without us having to inquire. We had them accessorize the machine before we picked it up, and the accessories and installation costs were more than reasonable. The paperwork to purchase the machine was prepped and ready for our arrival, and it only took a few minutes to sign and load up. The machine was cleaned, prepped, and ready to go. Everyone that we encountered during our visits, emails, and phone calls was professional and knowledgeable and we highly recommend Osborn USA.

Terrible customer service. Was told I live out of town for a delivery charges of 65.00 I live 8 miles from this shop. When questioned employee pretend he never told me that and was rude and short with the change of price. Never once said he was sorry. But this is just the final straw in a terrible customer service experience.
