I had a great experience when I purchased both tires for my Nomad. The clerks behind the counter were really nice and knowledgeable. They ordered my tires and called me when they came in. I previously also scheduled for them to put on as well. I have read some of the one star comments and have not had any of the issues noted. The service writer seems a bit shy and quite, but is still very professional. I definitely will come back. In fact I am planning on buying a new bike here soon! Rusty’s giving me a great deal on mine!

Trying to make that critical decision on spending money or not.They have many models to choose from and Brian at the parts counter is very knowledgeable as well.

Was immediately greeted, customer service from Colton was great. Answered my questions and also wasnt afraid to say let me go find out/ask when he was unsure. No haggling on the prices, they just gave us a deal since we were getting bikes + gear. I came in towards the end of the day and was out the door with a new bike and less than an hour.

I called over a month ago to make a service appointment for my quad. The guy who answered the phone was very put off that I would want to do such a thing, even noticeably going uggghh multiple times when I told him I wanted to have work done (it shouldnt be like trying to pull teeth to give them some business). He told me they were too busy to schedule anything and hed call me back in 2 weeks to schedule something. Well no surprise but I never got a call back. I went ahead and scheduled the work at another dealer who was extremely helpful on the phone and even tried to help me with the problem (and was able to schedule something when I was on the phone and fixed the issue). I am EXTREMELY glad I didnt buy my quad through this dealer and will certainly not be going there to buy any parts or accessories for the quad, I will give my business to a dealership that knows how to have at least a slight bit of customer service.

Very friendly staff they typically have what you are looking for or can get it quickly. Prices arent bad on most stuff.

This place is awesome. As a first time buyer, I had an idea of what I wanted, but no idea of what to expect when I walked through the door. The sales manager Al did an amazing job of getting me what I wanted and even price matching the same bike from a different dealer out of the city. That right there saved a lot of hassle and headache. Al also walked me through all the operations and little details about my bike. Rusty was outstanding with the paperwork side, and was able to finance me at a great rate and right in my budget. I will definitely be coming back when it’s time to upgrade my ride.

Bought a part here that I wasnt comfortable installing on my own. They were happy to do it. Rates were reasonable and job completed timely. They even checked the air in my tires before I left. Had a good experience here and will definitely be back in the future.

I had a great experience at Ehlerdings. They gave me more than a fair price for my trade in & I bought a newer used bike at a fair price with low miles & in excellent condition. The salesmen Al & Rusty were upfront & friendly with me so I worked well them & we got the deal done. I have no complaints.

I went with my brother in law to get his new bike and a helmet. The bike was set up for immediate use with a full fuel tank. I was especially impressed by the very helpful accessories salesman. Being a new rider, brother in law knew nothing about helmets. He got an OUTSTANDING lesson on the variations of helmets, how to fit a helmet correctly and how to convert the helmet of his choice from full face coverage to open face and back. We felt very well cared for.

Ehlerding runs an outstanding Riders Academy. The instructor (Matt) is a pro who makes the course impactful for riders/potential riders at all levels. If you are thinking about getting your motorcycle license, this is the course for you.

(Last time I asked specifically about a certain bike and was shown the incorrect bike and then talked to for 10 min about how great the salesman is doing financially and how his kids are doing) Honestly, I have not been back since.

I have been shopping for my first motorcycle for a little while. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and have visited many motorcycle dealers looking for the perfect match. I visited Ehlerding in Fort Wayne, Indiana to waist time and look around. I was approached by a sales associate and asked if I needed help. I let him know up front we were just wasting time and had no intention of buying a bike so far from home. This guy spent more time with me and answered more questions than all the shops I have visited in Cincinnati area. He had nothing to gain in talking with me and did so regardless. I called to check availability of a niche model for our area (Kawasaki SX-R) and Al immediately knew they one in stock, which was to my surprise. Havent made a purchase since they got bought out but have talked with a few people there. Very informative and polite. They can take your wants and find a bike for you. Its a shame that they dont sell anything Harley anymore.

Sales people are extremely pushy. Was followed around store numerous times and when i changed my mind they couldnt take that as an answer. I decided to finally walk out and next day they proceeded to call my phone 6 times. Not happy and will not return to that store.

Would not recommend went to have a motorcycle tire changed scratched up my rim and they use some junk sticky weights to balance motorcycle tires that fell off while carrying my tire from the car to garage

Just bought a set of turn signals and got them home to find out they musta been a return and one had been customized and ruined! now I got to take them back when i get sum time? needed them too.. I went to orr motorsports and ordered a pr. since he is closer to me and the stuff thats new is new! ok people, i got the signals returned to them and they exchanged them for me and upgraded me to a set of led models that were close to the same price range, so all is good:) their prices seem fair for led turns at $21.95 a set is a pretty good buy.. ty ehlerding motorsports for making this right for me.

Also they are up front with their pricing very honest by far compare to other dealers that I’ve dealt with . Rusty is a manager there that is reasonable and will work with you to get things done but also ensuring that you’ll be happy enough to be a returning customer, ok very quick tips and info at this dealer - free popcorn coffee / sometimes soda, nice cafeteria, very good selection of used bikes, need time to set up test rides on new bikes so call in first, they price matched my helmet a few yrs ago now sure about now, very good open roads around the area for test rides, free meals at times on weekends, Parts and service dept are helpful and things done quick . So all in all I do recommend Ehlerding’s Motorsports especially for Fort Wayne residents as I am too and it’s good to support and help sustain a local business in the area

Good reviews may be lies. I had an extremely rude salesman try to over charge me for a last year model jetski. Wanted almost 10k for it which is more than the 2019 model. When i said im not paying that much he said go somewhere else. Thats exactly what im doing. Also wanted a deposite of 750. Any place that asks for a deposit is doing something shady, and this place is no exception. I highly suggest you dont go here and find a reputable dealer, these guys are crooks.

Loved coming here ever since i was a kid.

I had been looking for a used Honda VTX1300R or S. I found one advertised at Ehlerdings on Cycle Trader which was set up almost exactly as I wanted and priced right. My son and I made another stop on way there-got there just before closing but Tang spent time with us to go over the bike. I put a deposit on the bike to hold it and went back the next Saturday, rode it, bought it and rode it home. Everyone was great! Thanx folks.
