Went to the shop for the first time about a week ago. Seems like a great shop and they have a decent selection. I unfortunately grabbed a left hand holster on accident when I needed a right hand holster. I didn’t realize they didn’t do returns...at all. Minus 2 stars as I find it to be in bad taste and poor customer service to not offer returns for unused accessories that they could literally through back up on the shelf. I won’t be coming back ever simply for the fact that they won’t return a $30 item when I was going to spend it right away getting the right hand holster. Really sucks because they actually had some good guns.

Very friendly! Even with a full house, they pushed me to the front with just a couple boxes of ammo. Didnt have to wait for people browsing. Great stock and inventory. They just made me a dedicated customer!

I stop in to see what they have atleast once a week . I never leave with out something in my hands. Ive only lived in the area 2 years and been to several shops around town. The guys have been nice, knowledgeable and friendly everytime.

A friend of mine convinced me to finally buy a CZ and I was told this was the place to do that. I will have to say I am a true convert. I fed that gun hundreds of rounds over the weekend and it ate everything and spit it out accurately. I think this might be all I will carry now.Side Note- Best gun prices in town.

Ok selection of guns but the help is few and far between and when you do get help they are not friendly. Will not do business again

First time in to the shop today super friendly staff. Went looking for a holster but picked up some ammo instead. As Im standing there looking at ammo and listening to all the interactions between the staff and the costumers I was quite pleased with what I heard I will go back and Ill be recommending Wrigley to my friends

If youre looking for a firearm at a great price then go here. I have not found any other place in the area who has better pricing. Mike is a great guy and I only purchase my ammo, parts and firearms from Mike. Great service and did I mention the best prices ?? I tell everyone I know to go to Wrigley for their firearms.

Wrigleys has always been a professionally managed store. They have competitive prices, and a knowledgeable staff. They are friendly, and helpful. Often times they have had ammunition that I could not find elsewhere, and had ammo during the shortage when others did not. I enjoy going in there and talking with their staff. They are enthusiastic about shooting and the products they sell. I have bought several rifles from their store, but also from their website, and have been impressed with how quickly they came in. They can get almost any gun you may want in a myriad of calibers. If your looking for a specific gun, their website probably has it available. You will deal with honest and straight forward people.

Ive bought ammo a few times from Wrigley but last week was my first firearm purchase. A weatherby .243 scoped combo. About $100 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. They have knowledgeable but also friendly staff. They were extremely helpful and I will be returning. Highly recommended.

The best firearm shop EVER! They have all treated me like family from the first time I ever came in and have helped me out countless times while expecting nothing in return from me. They have not only earned my business for life, but the same goes for my entire family and friends. I’ve been to every gun shop within a 30+ mile radius of Fort Wayne, and Wrigley’s is the only one I ever recommend and I do so with 100% confidence.

Ive shopped there for the past 3 or 4 years and bought many firearms, accessories and ammo during that time. Have always received good service and fair deals. I like the rewards card program they offer also. Sam is one of the nicest guys in the business.

Very racist. A customer and man behind the counter were conversing about how Arab people shouldn’t be allowed to do a variety of things because they’re “terrorists”. I was horrified and disgusted to hear such open racism and that rather than asking the customer to leave or be more respectful the man behind the counter joined in on the racist rhetoric! Made me feel extremely unsafe and angry. I can’t believe I watched an open racist buy a firearm without a hitch, from another racist to boot!

Great selection of guns, and an even larger choice when it comes to ammo. If I need rounds for the range, this place is usually my first stop.Attendants are always pleasant and eager to assist whether it be with an inquiry or just getting something off the rack or out of the case to look at.

I have used Wrigley twice now as an FFL transfer and they will always be my go to transfer in town. Although they are only making a minimal profit from a transfer, they always give me just as much attention as they do to other customers that are spending a lot more money in their store than I. Class act and extremely professional. Look forward to do much more business with them in the future.

Staff is always nice, owner works with you on prices. They dont have the greatest variety in store due to limited space but they can order the items for you which is nice. I walked in to buy a firearm and they were extremely nice. I got the firearm two days later. Wouldve been the next day but I was in there later in the day, too late for next day

Wrigley sales is a great place for guns and gun supplies. Everyone is knowledgeable and doesnt try and force things on you!

I purchased my first handgun from Wrigleys. The exact model with the options I wanted was not available in the store, so the sales associate placed the order for me which only took a few minutes. I have also used them for FFL transfers on hard to find firearms that I have found in other states. They are always super nice and get the paperwork done fast and efficiently so you can be on your way with your new purchase. My boyfriend has been dealing with Mike for years now and we usually find some pretty awesome deals when we pop in. Will continue being a customer of Wrigleys and I suggest if you have never been there, check them out!

Everytime i walked in i was greeted and asked if i needed any help. That really means a lot to us customers.

They ignored me. They were more concerned about finishing the story about going to the strip club the night before. They did not even acknowledge me. I will not be back

Hands down best shop in NE Indiana. Very competitive prices on guns and ammo and the service is second to none. They answer your questions impartially and dont try to push you towards buying stuff you dont want/need like Freedom Firearms does. My advice is go into Wrigleys with cold hard cash in your pocket and get ya a deal!

Very rude service. The girl working had an attitude as soon as I told her I wanted to fill out a background check to buy a handgun. My husband was with me who is black so the girl immediately shook her head and asked well how do I know your buying it for you and not someone else?! I couldnt believe the way we were treated because we are a biracial couple, thats what it was all about. I never even had the chance to fill out the background check before being discriminated against! I had to turn around and walk out. I would never give this place a penny!!

Wrigley is a great store and one of the few that stocks some of the oddball ammo calibers i shoot. I use them for all my transfers of surplus rifles/pistols and without fail I have been able to pickup ammo for these surplus firearms (makarovs, tokarevs, mausers, etc). Also a good place to pickup reloading supplies which I can only think of one other store in Ft Wayne that has powder/primers. Ive purchased several new & used firearms from Wrigley are good prices, and fun people to chat with while browsing their gallery. Ill be a customer for a long time.Adam

Bought a 300blk out from them, cheaper than any other place in town. Called 6 other stores about a buffer tube kit, Wrigleys was $30 cheaper than every place in 50 miles. They will have my business from here on out!
