Ben and Russ made my gun shopping experience great. Been in the store a few times and Ben was always super helpful with whatever questions I had. Best prices and the most knowledgeable staff in town. They will try to get you anything, at the lowest cost possible, and are great to use as an FFL if ordering from elsewhere. The selection may not always be the best, but that is understandable for a smaller store, likely trying to keep lower overhead.Great local company to give your business to.

My personal experience with Russ started when I talked to him about supplemental insurance (think of the duck) for Ranger Supply. He was very professional in comparison to other business owners I speak to. The following year I went to the Indy 1500 and bought everything to build my first AR. After getting home I realized that I was missing a spring from the lower kit and called him minutes prior to closing. Not only did he stay open for me but he gave me the spring I needed to finish building my lower and gave me advice on a set of sights. He talked me out of buying Magpul after sharing the experience he had when a sight broke and they wouldnt replace it for him. Since then I have bought red dots, lights, mags, and countless accessories. After YEARS of great customer service and pricing on products I will not go anywhere else. Some may say he is brash but in my opinion he is brutally honest and does not sugar coat anything. As a customer that is what I want to hear.

I like this place. I stopped in after buying my first AR (from a different store). I came in looking for accessories but wasn’t sure what I needed. I was given a TON of helpful information. They even installed the hand grip I purchased from them for me (good luck getting some other retailers to do that).

The owner is always on point delivering products as promised on time every time great family atmosphere to take your kids into prices are not sky high and he treat the poor guy just as important as the man in the suit very informative and will show you and explain things to you if you don’t understand . He has assembled 5 uppers for me and I have not one complaint. Great place to do business and will continue to do business with him!

Have been in the store multiple times, always have good deals, fair prices, and Im guaranteed a laugh any time I stop by. A great group of guys that never fail to impress with a wealth of knowledge. Went in looking for a specific part, they didnt have it in stock but went out of their way to order it for me and get it their fast. I have bought guns from every shop in town and I have to say that I have had the best experience at Ranger. Russ is very knowledgeable and it was nice to actually talk to the NRA certified instructor that they had on staff. The sales people are knowledgeable and very friendly. If you are looking to buy a gun, or any accessories, I would make Ranger Supply Co. my first stop. You cant beat their prices or their service.

Great shop. Russell and Lazuras know their inventory and firearms, all around great guys. Definitely recommend to all collectors, sports shooters and just enthusiasts. One of the best local stores in town. Down side they sell out quick but order as fast as possible so hurry hurry hurry!!!!

My knowledge of guns is very limited to say the least but the staff took time to understand what I was looking for and made several suggestions that would be a good fit for home protection. The owner was incredibly polite and I watched him take care of his customers with the utmost respect.

A hidden gem that I am glad I finally checked out. If you are tired of walking into a gun shop and getting that cocky know it all customer service, then come here. Your business will be appreciated. Very friendly service. Cant say enough good things about how friendly, and knowlegable the owner is. He was very willing to conversate and educate. His prices are very competitive. I would say among the lowest in Fort Wayne. The only draw back is the selection is not as big as some of his competitors. I will always check here first for my firearm/ammo needs. I highly recommend this shop.

Ive been a customer for a long time. I broke a spring inside my AR. I went in they ordered the part, they called me when it came in. I took it home to repair the rifle my self. I learned I needed a tool to do it. I took my rifle back to Ranger. They swapped the parts at no charge. Love this place. The people look out for you and I value that.

This company is not to be trusted. They promise results they cant deliver and will not hesitate to hose you. Cerakote here is a JOKE, terrible quality and they made no effort to correct their mess up. As someone who trusts my equipment everyday to keep me alive on the frontline, I would NEVER recommend buying ANYTHING from these guys. Shop help here is a joke and will not hesitate to swear in front of customers or their children. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Avoid this place if you care about firearms or value your investments. Big guy who runs the place is a tactical nightmare and talks the game but cant possibly deliver.

I own several firearms and purchased my first handgun from Ranger Supply. The service was excellant and their knowledge very helpful. I had a custom made in the waist holster to fit my new Bersa 380. I felt the cost was very reasonable and the feel is great. I would definately be a patron of this dealer again. I enjoy supporting local business .

This place has done nothing but bend over backwardsf or me. Russ is the MAN when it comes to small parts for ar/glock and he has been nothing but respectable when I come in the same goes for the rest of the staff. I will continue you give them business so as long as I own firearms.

I walked in their store with a gun that worked, but the trigger was catching . the guy there started working on it and six hrs. later I walked out with a piece of worthless steel cause they ruined my gun.in my opinion this guy knows very little about gun repair. and then when I picked up the gun he gives me an attitude like I was doing something wrong.

The workers there have actually seen combat and are not some of these YouTube warriors l see trying to sake guns in other shops in Fort Wayne.
