I went to several large dealerships in my area hoping to find a good deal and decent inventory. What I found was dirty detailed cars or no detailing at all, and a list of issues, high mileage, and a no haggle price tag with a take it or leave it attitude by the sales person. I was appalled by the price, mileage and wear of the cars that I saw. I was very nervous to go to a “used car” dealership as I expected issues with cars, and the sales to be aggressive.I was nervous to say the least when I found a 2016 Toyota Corolla at Beach Cars with only 69k miles with a nice price tag in my price range. I kept thinking, what is the catch? I brought my husband with me to test drive this car, expecting there to be a major problem with it. We went so far as to pay for a Carfax report while test driving as it was just such a great deal. The Carfax report turned up nothing concerning. I was blown away at the deal I was about to get with this beautifully maintained car inside and out!After visiting for over an hour after our test drive (which seriously felt like you were meeting with a friend, not a used car salesman), Kory Ghulinyan the owner of Beach Cars, gave us the rundown of the car as he came to know it since he acquired it. We felt secure in our purchase and were even more impressed at the openness of Kory during the sale. He was not in a hurry to sell the car, he spent time with us and answered all questions we had. He gave us some info about a recall that we should see a dealership for soon (which was also reported on the Carfax report we pulled) as well as some other things to watch for in a Toyota Corolla. I have to say I was very impressed with his low-key attitude towards sales and his personality and friendliness towards us. The price was very fair (better than fair) and he even took a little off of it which I thought was the icing on the cake.He even sent me a refund after we paid for the car as our sales tax was overpaid. He helped me out with putting on the new license plate when it arrived and ensured that everything I encountered after the purchase was taken care of. He really went above and beyond but it seemed like that is just his normal everyday attitude! He’s a very genuine and caring individual from my experience!I was told by Kory not to go and review him right after I left, but to take a while and get to know my new car and give him a fair review based on everything I have experienced. Well, I have taken his advice. I just had my car to the Toyota dealership in Pensacola this week and had my recall taken care of as well as those other issues he addressed and I feel very satisfied that we not only got a great car, but an excellent deal overall. Kory is a top-notch guy and one that I have enjoyed meeting and doing business with. Its been a long time since I have bought a used car and this was such a nice outcome that I have been telling everyone I meet that is looking for a car to try Beach Cars! Purchase a used car on Nov. 18th. from this dealership for my son and the purchasing process went well as it should when you are paying cash! Received a call that our tag was in so we went to pick it up but before we drove to the dealership the low coolant light came on so we added a little water and proceeded. After getting our tag I ask the owner to look under the hood where he immediately said I have a leak and I could get it fixed for about 600.00 dollars. When I ask him if this was something they were capable of doing he replied youre not going to get me to do something for nothing buddy. I replied that I wasnt asking you to fix it for free! He then wanted to refer me to a mechanic, which I replied that I would take care of the problems. He then begin to explain that he pressure test everything on all his cars along with all the other BS excuses he could brag about.Poor customer relations and a bad attitude, I will not be purchasing any other vehicles from this used dealership! They should learn to listen before reacting or jumping to conclusions.What a dipstick!

Got an 04 bug with low miles - not even 6 months later the transmission needed to be replaced. This car already looked like it was put together from several other cars. I am pissed.

DO NOT BUY from this man! I purchased a car for my son and within 48 hours the engine light came on and car was acting funny.... we returned to dealer and he RESET the engine light ! That night car started shaking, engine light blinking and NOW... we cannot drive it! I called and spoke with COREY the OWNER, he was abusive, and simply said Im not your personal mechanic! I told him we had only had the car for less than 5 days... he said SUE ME!Its AWFUL that someone can have NO accountability for this and just take thousands of dollars from people! COREY..... HELL IS GOING TO BE HOT !

These people are lairs and thieves. These Armenian and Russian owners are trying to hustle you. I worked with them for weeks to get the car I wanted. The check engine light came on and I said I will buy the car, but after I take it to a shop to get it checked up to make sure it was just a malfunction. As soon as I said that the owner yelled at me and said, you know what, just forget about it were raising the price anyway and you cant afford it, and hung up on me. I would highly suggest that no body trust these guys.

My wife and I bought a 2013 VW Passat from here about a week ago. The car had one owner, it is very clean on the inside, and they were listing at a fair price. This review is mainly on the buying experience and not so much on the car as we have only had it for about a week. The staff and owner are friendly and take the time to answer any and all questions, provide Carfax reports, and will happily let you test drive multiple cars.They have a good mixture of gas savers, smaller SUVs, and others in between. They have a mechanic on their staff who I was told checks everything before the cars go on sale and performs routine maintenance as needed. Some of the newer models will have warranties from what I saw and it seems they don’t waste time on selling junk cars because they don’t want to deal with the hassle of unhappy customers.They are not pushy salespeople and are very relaxed. Plus there is an automatic $200 military discount.

These guys are a bunch of swindlers who sell off vehicles which look good on the outside but in reality have major problems. I bought an 05 Mitsubishi Lancer which they claimed was in great condition (You could drive it for year and get by with no issues! and I would sell this car to my father! the salesman said) but I found out within a few days of owning the car that it needed nearly $2,000 worth of work. Among the many issues, the timing belt and catalytic converter were shot and needed to be replaced (hence the service engine soon light turning on after a three days; Their main salesman Kory claimed he never saw the light turn on since acquiring the car weeks beforehand, yeah right!). Whatever you do, go through a different dealer, these guys are predators. Youve been warned!
