Store was empty on a lot of items, prices not that great vs like a Walmart where could just get everything. Store conditions were dirty and not taken care of trash on floors, emergency exit purposely blocked. Will not be shopping here again.

They close daily from 11am to 3pm or just whenever they want because of lack of employees. Closed more than they are open for regular business hours.

Went and got 50$ cashback on my card and was only given 45 back please watch count ur money before leaving . She returned the 5 to me when confronted

1st of all, just because everybody is going through these uncertain times, there is no reason to be RUDE. I did NOT see a sign that said face coverings had to be worn. With that being said, I know that I am not thee ONLY person who came in the store to shop without a face covering. So, after I bought a face covering (bandana) & batteries, I waited outside in my vehicle to see if other people are following the new policy. There were 3 people I seen walk inside and came out of the store with things they bought without a face covering. MY POINT: If you’re going to enforce a new policy, ENFORCE IT TO EVERYBODY AT THE DOOR BESIDES A DAMN SIGN & DO NOT BE RUDE ABOUT IT. CUSTOMERS ARE GOING IN A STORE TO SHOP, SO THEY DO NOT THINK TO READ A SIGN. Wearing a face covering is NOT normal, so people tend to forget to wear one.

This family dollar is usually well stocked, clean and very organized. Lately though theres been management changes and very low employee retention. You see a new face every two weeks. Why Mr/Mrs DM?

I had to use the rest room real bad, I never have to go, for some reason I really had to go. Got back there sign said out of order, I didnt care I had to pee. Man was it NASTY! Please can you send someone to fix & clean your rest room! Store was clean rest room filty!

I love Family Dollar however this one looks and also feels nasty. One of the female staff members (supervisor I think) was VERY polite, the other two not so much. Will try to always go to my neighborhood location where the store is always clean and the staff is great but even my store has an issue, its ALWAYS HOT 🔥🌋😔

Whoever is responsible for keeping family dollar brand items in stock isn’t doing their job. They’ve been out of several items I buy 3 or 4 times a week for 2 weeks or more. So I am forced to pay for a higher priced brand or go down the road to dollar general. So I’ll check AGAIN next week, and then I guess I’ll go back to shopping at dollar general.

Had what I wanted at a good price

My husband and I live a couple blocks away, so we go there often. Every single staff member has been super friendly to us except one. He was so rude to me tonight I had to really concentrate on not making a scene. His name is mark, and we have had trouble with him on several occasions. He needs to find a job he is happy with or get retrained in customer service.

It was awful!!! I was checking out and a man got in line behind me when someone said something about a snake and I looked behind me and the guy had a snake wrapped around his arm! I left my debit card in the machine and my purchases and the cart and almost ran out the door! But someone asked the man to step way back and I somehow finished my transaction and raced out the door! This should not be allowed in a public place! Should be against the law! If I had been the cashier I wouldve left the register immediately! To be fair this had nothing to do with store and the cashier was very nice but if someone had seen him come in with it they should have told him that he could not enter the store with it! Had I been in the aisles shopping and not already checking out, I wouldve left the store immediately and the buggy right where I was standing full of stuff including milk and would not have come back in! The thought that he may shop there again may keep me from coming back as it is! It is the closest to my house and I shop there all the time! Guarantee if I see him and it again I will drive farther to a different dollar store!

The store needs to scrub the floors just dirty. The customer bathroom was also a dirty mess. The staff are pleasant and helpful but the unclean conditions was yin acceptable.

Usually pretty slow when I go in and they have pretty good deals! I can always find what Im looking for and get in and out quick.

Typical Family Dollar shopping experience. Empty carts roaming the parking lot, overflowing trash cans outside, and carts that were left by other shoppers dotting the poorly maintained aisles. It doesnt take long to understand why those carts were abandoned in the middle of shopping..... The lackluster staff that will NOT hesitate to avoid and ignore customers.... Yep typical Family Dollar. Why 3 stars? Because its not Walmart, thats why.

You cant beat the price.They always have nice clothes for babys.As well for families. Cookie,milk eggs what ever ya need.

Easy access in and out of parking lot. Too many items in isles and 1 checker with long line for checkout.

Lines are horribly long as cashiers do not know how to keep simple talk and move quickly.Can’t keep any bags on you as they assume you are “stealing.”

Great location for me but TERRIBLE service and it’s dirty. Long lines because it’s understaffed and it seem like everyone that works there doesn’t care at all. What ended it for me, I waited for 5 mins at the cash register and no one was there. K mart is a few blocks going north on eglin pkwy.

The manager was nice and helpful but the store was a mess! Very hard to find what youre looking for!

Went in to get soda and the ad says 4 for 4 on Pepsi products and the cashier decided to be rude as hell about it and didnt go by prices on soda I will never go back

Poorly run company, with no staff available to keep up store, family dollar youre a disgrace to the work world, poor pay, poor upper management, 91 hours a week open and and 152 working hours to run a store, and manager works 52 hours a week, that leaves 2 asst manager 80 and one pt 20 hours to work, family dollar your on crazy crack, I hope you get sued.

Seems short employees, especially before Thanksgiving. Shelves are bare and very few items to choose from. The cashier was friendly and smiling. Thats the reason for 4 stars.
