Came here with a budget and intent. The worker, Keith, was extremely nice and gave good pointers. He didnt hesitate to answer any questions and was always ready. The store was clean and nice, and the mattresses in it were as well.

I loved my experience at this place. As soon as I walked in the manager was with another customer. However, he took the time to excuse himself with his customers to greet us and to let us know he would be right with is. To Which he was. He treated us very well and gave us a significant discount on everything. The only part I didnt like was the fact our stuff was not in stock and we have to wait ten days to get it. Moreover, the manager took care of us so well that I dont even care. This is the way customer service used to be and how it should be today. So it was really nice and nostalgic to experience something that these days seems like ancient history. I would def recommend buying a bed from here.

My salesman Richard, at Mattress Firm was very pleasant and helpful. He helped me pick out a adjustable bed frame and Sealy Posturepedic mattress that fit my price range. I havent had delivery yet so dont know how that will go but I expect everything to be fine. Will post again if I see any problems

My significant other and I went to Mattress Firm on Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith on Memorial Day (May 25) because they were having a “King” for a “Queen” sale, and so forth. This means that you can buy any size mattress for the price of the size right below it. Also, they were offering a free adjustable base with any mattress over $999. I even called and confirmed this on the phone beforehand. This was all over their advertising and plastered across their storefront. Well after spending an hour lying on mattresses and choosing one, Steve tells us that the mattress we chose ($2599) did not qualify for either of their fake discounts. Don’t fall into this trap! Go somewhere with more integrity. There are many mattress stores to choose from in our area. I urge you to go somewhere else. They wasted our time and lied to us!

Let me tell you something brother, i went to mattress firm to get a mattress and ended up with a pretty soft one. Maybe they should change thier name to mattress soft? 10/10 would bang again!

Waiting for a delivery. Was given a 2 hour window. No show, no call, no text. I originally gave this store a 5 star rating but when you pay $99 for a red carpet delivery and are treated this way, it is very disappointing. What is really bad is the fact that I had to drive 70 miles round trip from the home we are living in to the new home. This took away my packing time with a Moving truck showing up in less than 48 hours.

Great service and good prices. I walked in and said I wanted a mattress for my spare bedroom so I dont need anything expensive. He took me directly to the low end selections. I picked what I want, bought it and he loaded it in my truck. The whole experience took about 15 min. He didnt try to upsell me or add on anything. Salesman was ill informed or just didnt care.She sold us a mattress they didnt have in stock and couldnt get because the factory had shut down due to the virus scare.We had to make three trips to thier store to get the order cancelled. The other salesman did his best to cover for the lady because she wasnt there.As a final insult the company tried to charge us a $50 fee to cancel the order that they could not fill.

Helpful. Put us in a good direction and gave us space. They followed COVID-19 safety regulations. With hand sanitizer, pillow covers, disinfectant sprays, masks and giving 6ft of space.

EXCELLENT service in the store! JoeDan, our salesman, answered every question I had. We went in not knowing anything about what we wanted. He walked us through everything and helped in anyway he possibly could! He helped our 5 year old pick her mattress as well. She was like Goldielocks...this one is too hard, this one too soft. He let her try as many mattresses as she wanted. They were not pushy at all. They let you look around and didnt chase you around hounding you to buy the expensive one. We got 2 mattresses, 2 pillows and a box spring and saved $769. Thats saving over half of what we spent! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I walked in with the full intention to just look at a memory foam mattress, when we walked in we were greeted so nice and respectful . The salesman immediately got up to help us and answer any and all questions we had . He was so knowledgeable and nothe pushy at all ( like so many other places are) This guy went above and and beyond to help and let us know all we need to feel secure in the product when were interested in buying . By the time we left there were bought a mattress and two new pillows . AND..... this guy delivered to us same day in his own vehicle .
