Salesperson, Keith, was very knowledgeable, very helpful in discussing options. The store was very clean. A lot of different mattresses to test out. We havent bought a new mattress in over 10 years and this was a positive experience! Delivery date was a bit longer than we had hoped, but not a deal breaker.

Extremely good service. Tyler was phenomenal! He took the time to show us a variety of options that we didnt even consider. He was more concerned about our satisfaction than making a sale. Due to his unique experience, we were able to find the perfect bed, in an option that wed have never considered otherwise. We stayed over an hour after close and were not rushed or pressured once. Tyler and Mattress Firm are a shining example of what customer service should be!

We had the best experience at Mattress Firm yesterday. My daughter has a back injury that will require surgery. Tyler C fully understood what an important and difficult purchase this was for us. He stayed well after closing time, offered so many helpful suggestions, got us set up with free delivery, and quickly got us approved for financing. Tyler C was clearly meant to be the salesperson on duty when we walked into the store. It may sound dramatic to some but I don’t think we could have made this purchase without the help of his expertise and passion.

We used Mattress Firm to choose a mattress. Keith was the finest person we could have found to deal with. We are waiting on receiving the bet and getting it all set up this week, but Keith would have to spit on our eye and cussed us out to make us not happy 2ith what we have experienced so far. Once we are finished we will update.

We bought and paid for a mattress. Mattress in stock but base was not. Could deliver mattress next day but 2 weeks in base. We chose to wait and have both delivered together. Called 2 days prior to scheduled delivery. Mattress no longer in stock. Would be at least 2 weeks if then. Again we paid for it when we bought it and they sold it to someone else.

Bought a purple which was good but not great and ended up coming back a few weeks later to switch to a high end sealy. The whole process was painless (but painful for them I’m sure cause I had a million questions). Good deals was able to get a lot of stuff bundled that made me very happy

The manager at Mattress Firm was kind enough to notify me that I had mistakenly posted my 1-Star review of Mattress King to his site, which is not in any way affiliated. Although my issues were at Mattress King, he went above and beyond trying to see if the manufacturer could assist me, where Mattress King failed to uphold their promise. I have deleted the accidental post from this site and want to thank Steve again for the excellent service, when he had nothing to gain from it. Maybe this post will shine some light on the difference between the stores and aid other shoppers. Thank you!

Great staff when looking for a new mattress

We initially called Mattress Firm N. Arkansas. We were fortunate enough to speak to Jason Beatty . Jason listened to our request and directed us to Mattress Firm on Phoenix Ave Fort Smith. He said to ask for Brad, he was very knowledgeable and he would be happy to show us a few options.We were more than pleased upon meeting Brad. We went through all our options, he was very patient, polite, not only regarding the products available but also the fine warranty benefits, discounts, financing, whst we needed to do to keep the warranty in good standing. One thing was he also gave us options to make sure we would satisfied. Once we decided on the Tempur-pedic Pro-Adapt

We were in the store less than 30 minutes and ended up walking out with two brand new mattresses ordered and ready to be delivered within 3 days. Absolutely loved this shopping experience. The salesman didnt follow us and ask alot of questions, but instead let us go through each bedding setup ourselves and take our time without feeling rushed. Great prices, great bedding and awesome customer service. I absolutely recommend this store!

I happened into your store after my husband suffered a sudden stroke leaving him Paralyzed on his I enjoyed shopping for my mattress in your Phoenix Ave. store in Fort Smith, AR. I had shopped at least 4 other places. I felt comfortable in your store. Had time to mill around and not be overwhelmed by a lot of information on other products I wasnt interested in and couldnt afford. She listened to me and helped me to make a decision that met my budget.

I had purchased an expensive mattress from one of your competitors. After about a week of sleeping on this mattress, it became very uncomfortable. I would wake up in the mourning with my back and neck in excruciating pain. I returned the mattress and the sales manager had no explanation for the cause of my discomfort. As a result, he could not recommend a better mattress.I was driving by the new MattressFirm and decided to stop by; I told my story to the Sales Manager Marcelle who was working at the time. After my bad experience, I was very suprised to find someone who could teach me the basics of mattress 101. Marcelle was able to show me why my back and neck were hurting, and also found the perfect mattress and pillow combination for my comfort. My new mattress is ten times better than my old mattress and also less expensive. I am very grateful to Marcelle for caring and finding the proper mattress for my body type.
