In accident scene they told me a price and all of a sudden the price is increased double the amout??? Would give 0 stars if i could.

I had my truck break down in Fort Smith 200 miles from home.I called AAA and tried to get them to tow it as my insurance would cover the first 100 miles.They were able to get Collision Pro to tow the distance, but when they got here they were trying to charge me for an extra 160 miles, when we had just drove it the day before and it was a total of 200 miles.Also, I was told it would be $3 per mile past the 100 miles covered by my insurance, when they got here they were charging me $4 per mile, 160 miles overage.So when I was quoted $300, they got here and billed me $707.They didnt even track the miles, just looked it up online, but I looked it up in front of them and showed thme that it was only 200 miles... anyway, I was able to get them down to $500, but I was very disappointed with their business practices, and their lack of honesty.I did appreciate them being willing to take the truck that distance though, hence the 2 stars.

Towed my truck after it was totalled and the next morning and things were stolen out of the truck while in thier possession they wont resume resposibility
