This place has been a true blessing to my family, as we were short on money for my sons birthday. They came through with affordable payments on a Nintendo switch, not to mention a beautiful 4k LG tv, and were incredibly easy to work with. Theres no credit check, and unfortunately, they do not report to the credit bureaus, which is my only negative mark on their company. However, if you are having issues making a payment, they are beyond understanding and wiling to help. For making on time payments, you accrue bonus bucks, which can be used toward a payment if you are short. The staff is super friendly and down to earth, and I am a happy customer!

Very dissatisfied. Got a lawnmower from them, had to by my own new battery for it and now its a paperweight in our property because they wont replace the spring that was requested prior to being paid off

Super nice people. They have great customer service and they made sure we were happy with what we bought. We got one living room set that was really nice but after having it for 3 weeks we just decided we didnt like it. So I spoke to the about that and they said with no problems I could come in and pick out something different. which we did and we even got a better deal on the new set. Sales people are extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service, and a great selection of inventory. I just wish they had things for a childs bedroom. But other than that I loved my experience with RentOne

The management and staff are so helpful. We have gotten a washer and dryer set and a bunk bed. Everything is clean and they always call to make sure you dont miss a payment. We have Been using them for over 2 years and will keep on😀😀 great job guys!

Honestly you don’t even deserve a one star after coming to my grandmothers house and bringing the police and having them call DHS on me when I’m not even living here no more because the electric got shut off and Its only have been off for a couple days because our electric bill money had got stolen from us the other day and we were waiting to get help from Salvation Army with the electric bill that y’all had to stick your nose in where it didn’t belong and get the cops and DHS involved even though I am not staying here anymore I had moved out with my kids I do not appreciate what y’all did and putting me under the stress I am seven months pregnant I do not need the stress from total strangers Just know you will never have my business again or my grandma’s business again after all this you have done to us y’all got yalls property back but you’re still stuck your nose in where it didn’t belong This is not Paul Siegfried this is his wife Ashley Siegfried a former renter from y’all I’d appreciate it if y’all would keep her nose out of my business I hope that this never happens to another customer so be warned anybody that rents from this place if your electric get shut off for a couple days they will call DHS on you even if you’re not staying there at the time of your electric being off I guess y’all do not realize that people fall in hard times not everybody has an easy life and not everybody has someone to hand the money whenever they want or need itSincerely Ashley Siegfried a former renter at rent One

Store has went extensively down hill since opening. Our experience as of late have been terrible.

I will never go though them again to not get sick because they are not understand at all my husband had to have brain surgery and we could make a few payment and they would not work with us at all. I feel sorry for a company that does not understand!!!
