Its a pretty nice Best Buy. Every time that I have had someone help me here they have been very informative and not pushy sales people.
This Best buy store I have to say the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. They help me find everything I needed and what wasnt in stock they ordered for me and had it shipped to my home. I was very impressed with their customer service and of course they have almost everything you need for computers tablets tech supplies and our knowledgeable about the products they sell

Its been a while since I shopped in store anywhere. Always have a problem not being able to just grab what I need. So, I do as usual and get the things I dont need. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoy your visit whether purchasing what you need or dont.
Almost always has what Im looking for . I go here most weekends just to window shop and they are always friendly and its always clean
I ordered a new microwave online for in store pick-up. They sent me a text message pretty quickly to notify me my order was ready. So I went to go pick it up and the lady said it would be a few moments, they had to get someone to bring it out from the back because it was a bigger item. So, while we waited we browsed around the store for a few moments. I was thinking they would put it on a cart for me or something since it was a larger item but when I went back to the pick-up counter it was just sitting there unattended. So I waited again for a few minutes and a different associate had come to help me. The first girl had checked my ID to make sure I was getting the correct product, but the second girl didnt. Nobody offered to help me get this microwave onto a cart or help me in any other way. Luckily, my fiancee was with me and was able to carry it out to our car because I would not have been able to lift it by myself. Id like to think that if he werent with me that maybe an associate would have offered more assistance.
Was very helpful when I needed assistance. Not only helpful, at thus location the employees were very nice and seemed happy while working.
Bought a PC monitor. Staff was very friendly and helped me quickly find exactly what I needed. Very thankful for the service best buy gives.
Geek squad was great I thought my tablet was needing a battery but they helped me to see it was a defective cord thanks geek squad your wonderful
Unfortunately this is really the only big Tech store.that I have in my town ... Decent prices on most items ... I do wonder if some of these items are just made from gold 🪙 when u see the price tag u will understand
Awful!! Lol. I always thought that the Geek Squad could fix most anything. Wrong!! Fyi if you dont buy a protection plan on a Nintendo switch or console of any type i bet.....they will not even touch it and will refuse to even try. All we needed was the charger to make a connection. I think its pitiful because i just bought this Nintendo switch a few months ago so if they cant tackle this and would send everything they can fix actually gets sent out....im not even sure what these geeks are for.
If I could give Best buy one star, I would. This is the only place in town that charges more for installation, than the product you are having installed. Its insane the prices they want to charge people for something that takes an hour to do. The wiring kit I needed cost 75 dollars at walmart, and 60 on Amazon. They wanted to charge me $179 for the EXACT same one!! Shame on you, Best buy!!
I bought a washer got it home opened it up and it was badly dented and scratched... my advice is to open and check it before u leave the store!!! Returning it was easy and hassle free on the stores end. However It was an inconvenience for me to unload then have to load it back up and drive an hour back to the store.
Would not offer me any kind of service because of no face mask. Didnt ask why or anything. Just refuse to offer me anything. I will take my business to Hot Springs where the do business correctly.
Forced to wear a mask even though I have asthma. Guess who wont be shopping at Best Buy any longer!! This guy. I respect people that are wearing masks and keep my distance from them due to me not having one on. Its not a mandate any longer in Arkansas, and I understand the businesses have an option of requiring one. But when it comes to me HAVING to wear one if Im going to come in, Ill pass and go elsewhere. Lost a big purchase from me. Was looking to get an 85 TV and sound system. Guess Ill go to Walmart or Target where youre not bombarded at the door.

Same as any Best Buy store. They have a wide variety of your electronic needs in stock. The customer service is always top notch. If they don’t have what you need in stock, they will help you order. When shopping online the pick up in store option is a plus. The curbside pick up is fast and convenient. Definitely my go to place for all electronic needs.

This place looked outdated when it was newly opened and looks worse now. Not a great selection or great prices. Black Friday sale would be the only way your getting an ok price here.
No problems getting a new ph. Because I put accidental damage insurance on it EXCEPT there was a 50 or 70.00 charge for to get the new one. They should tell people that when they buy the extra coverage for their phone. Geek squad was great .. Really was in and out...

Not as easy to navigate as Best Buy stores have been in the past. Short wait for help. Im sure theyre understaffed.

These guys seem to know their products and are usually very attentive, in a laid back way, to customers just walking in who may need help. The store seems always neat and clean too.
Attempted to order open box, they brought it out in a bag with no charger even though the one I selected was supposed to be geek squad certified. Easy fix? No. I cancelled the order and ordered again on app. I mean I live 45 minutes away I was hoping to get this resolved.1) I was told Id have to come back tomorrow because the registers are closed. Yet they can do curbside delivery.2) I ordered on app and it was immediately cancelled because Im not allowed to order 2, even though I sent the other back.Absolutely ridiculous. Ive avoided Best Buy for the better part of the last few years thought this would be better.

Do not try calling and expect to hear anything other than an automated voice and annoying music. I have called 4 separate times attempting to speak with anyone but that is obviously not going to happen. This just goes to show how lazy the staff is and how poorly managed the Fort Smith Best Buy location is as they obviously do not care about their customers. You will be better of ordering what you need from Amazon. The Fort Smith Best Buy staff and management is a joke. If i ran my business like they do id never been able to keep my doors open. Key words...Customer Service. A bunch of lazy bums

I would love to rate the customer service.Problem is, there isnt any. When there are more employees in the store than there are customers, a customer should not have to go seek help. Walked around in 3 different departments, got help in 1 only after 2 other employees walked right past me. Absolutely ridiculous. Plenty of other options in town to give my money to......

When I first arrived the lady that was in the appliances never acknowledged us and then she just walked off then I found a young man who was very friendly and helped me and I ended up spending over a thousand dollars with his help
Excellent customer service. Mr. Brittain, as every customer service representative are exceptional multi-taskers.👌I enjoyed my nearly five hour stay. Mr. Brittain transferred the contents of my old Note5 wiressly to my new Note20 Ultra 5G because its plug-in port was broken. 🥴 He never missed a beat, keeping me informed as I browsed and helping his team service other customers. Excellent! 🥳
Good for a Best Buy. Love this place exists...even if ordering stuff online from Amazon or eBay is usually the best bet on deals

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Unfortunately that is not an option...and neither is speaking to someone on the phone. Called several times and after 15 minutes, it rings and then goes silent. Ill find a locally owned business to support by giving them my business and money.
Friendly and really helpful in the phone accessory department. I wish they had a bigger assortment of Samsung phone Supplies.

THE COMPUTER TECH GUY WAS BYE HIS SELF HELPING EVERYONE IN THE COMPUTER DEPARTMENT AND EVEN SAVED US FROM BUYING SOMETHING THAT WOULD NOT WORK FOR US HE EVEN HELPED US OUT TO WHAT WE NEEDED AND HE EVEN TAUGHT US MORE BYE LISTENING TO WHAT HE WAS TELLING OTHERS AND WE ARE GOING TO BE FOR OTHER STUFF HE WAS TELLING HOW IT WORKED AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS HELPED US OUT THEY ARE REALLY NICE AND WELLGET YOU ANOTHER PERSON TO HELP YOU WITH WHAT YOU NEED THEY ARE AMAZING
Employees look at you then walk away. The last thing they want to do is help a customer. I told a worker I needed help and he said hed get someone. No one ever showed waited over 10minutes. Best buy lost another sale to online shopping from another company.
Went there to buy a washer, ask for help, nope we just stood there for 20 minutes. Left !!! got the same washer 30. Cheaper at HOME DEPOT !

I went shopping for a new desktop computer. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Although the computer I selected was not in stock it was shipped to my door free in 48 hours.

Bought a dishwasher from Best Buy. Thought it would be delivered and installed. But the store manager cant get a hold of the installation pro? to find out why he didnt make his Appointment. Best buy has no idea if he has my dishwasher or whats going on. Wow. What a circus with the clowns running the show.I also cannot understand why with Covid Best Buys changed their policy to not answer the store phone. Forcing customers to physically come to the store to resolve issues. Shorter hours+bad service=lower sales.
