When I checked in to have my tires rotated. There was no greater to look over my vehicle. I stood in line and waited to be put on a list and told. It would be an hour and a half possibly before my truck would be worked on. So I registered in nearly 2.5 hours went past before air recieved an alert letting me know my truck was finished. So I went to pay and they nice young man said I owed nothing on the rotation since I paid for life time service. I go out to my truck to find absolutely nothing had been done to my truck. (Which would of not bothered me so much had they not had me wait for 2.5 hours!)Lack customer service.

Quick but employees werent very friendly and didnt notice an obvious hole in my tire

Didnt communicate from one to another about what they recommended to my car so I left not knowing. My tires were bald and fluids were recommended but didnt tell me before they rung me up.

So we wanted to use them. Took a friend with a flat tire by there. One hour before closing. But was told that since they only had one employee there they couldn’t sell us a new tire and put it on! Now I could see not taking certain jobs! But you left someone with a flat tire!!!!

I have been using them for months.I have never had an issue they are always nice.I usually have to wait around 30 minutes or so.I normally just shop in wal-mart and they text to let me know its done.

Would not pay attention that I was there to PAY for a oil change, I ended up leaving, the employees were not busy abd looked like they didnt have much to do, this is for the auto center in fort Payne, it was so hot that Day,

Arrived at 11:40, was told I would have a 45 minute wait. Told them to check if tires needed rotating but not to do them because of an extended wait and I had to drive 30 min to pick up my son after oil change. Check in in 45 min, dont see my car, no one in TLE area to ask. Check back in at 1pm, see my car flying around the corner from the back of TLE and into the Lube Bay. Manager says they just finished my tire work (which was NOT priority, and let 4 or so cars go ahead of me in oil change).45 minute oil change turned into almost 2hrs including work I didnt ask for and I was over half an hour late to pick up my son from school.

Depending on which Walmart you go to in Jackson or Dekalb Co. Al.Scottsboro Walmart auto center, now does not open until 9am and understaffedFort Payne auto center opens @ reg time and fairly quick but under staffed and checkout was a long wait.

I give them a A+ good work. Thanks for yalls help.

Friendly, efficient employees

Called ahead to ensure they could put tires on before we drove the 40 minutes there. We were told sure no problem. Drove there to be told to come back tomorrow, they didnt have time to do it. NEVER USING THIS AUTO SERVICE AGAIN.

Walmart auto has always been fast, helpful, and clean. Their prices arent bad either

Walmart Car Care, we bought our last set of tires here where we added the road hazard protection. Well, I got a chance to use it here. Almost 3 hours to replace One yes I said one tire. They were ready to sell the coverage when the tires were purchased which took less than an hour to get all 4 tires installed. Go figure.

Need to work yalls employees and start opening up more lines

Only use this place if you are looking for incompetence & to waste 3 hours.

Shouldnt take 2 hours to change the oil, especially when youre the only car there, its just a scam to keep you in the store longer.
