There is probably a lot of great car dealers and salespersons in the area, but I can only recommend the experience of one I personally have dealt with. Twin City, and Shawn. I drove from Dunlap Tennessee to Fort Payne Alabama to purchase a 2008 Jeep. The commutation was awesome and also the details of the jeep were right on Shawns word. Everyone there was awesome. Ive driven by this place 100 times and never thought to stop. Nice people and helpful. But that’s about it. They had a vehicle listed on auto trader for a great price so my wife and I drove 2 1/2hrs to see this vehicle and also what else they had. When we got there and I asked about the truck I had found they would not honor the price that it was listed for! I tried to get them to honor the price that it was listed for but no way that was not gonna happen.

I would not trust them based on reviews alone. Yes they have good ones but pay attention to the bad ones. I commented on their Facebook ad saying the reviews show the $5,000 over KBB promotion as being a scam and they really did not honor that. Instead of saying anything they just blocked me which is automatic proof of guilt. Otherwise they could have said, come on down and we will prove it! Or anything other than just blocking me.Update, Bobby commented to contact him and tried twice and never got him. Wasnt surprised at all really. I doubt they help anyone the reply to with a low rating. They comment to make others think they helped. Check all reviews on this company from all places where you search for vehicles, Cars.com, Autotrader, etc as well as Bing and other search engines and ignore Facebook because they only use the good ones of 4-5 stars on their FB.

If there was a zero on here for customer service, that would be what I would choose. DO NOT go there if you are elderly! My parents went and the salesman was so rude to them. OLDER PEOPLE MATTER TOO!! Just because they are older did not give that man the right to call them you people and talk down to them.

This has nothing to do with the customer service, but the vehicle I purchased needed tires. They told me they could pay for them, but they would let me get them for what they could get them for. After I bought the vehicle, couple days later I went tire shopping, all they wanted to do is not have me pay the taxes on the tires 🙃

I was drawn to this dealership due to its reviews. Unfortunately, some of them may have been false. When dealing with the salesman named Chad be mindful of your inquiries. After leaving a message to inquire about a car he called back. I left detailed a detailed message about the vehicle I was calling about. He asked me the Vin, etc of the vehicle I was looking at. I proceeded to tell him everything off the Twin City website that was available about this car. He informed me he would have to call me back because he didnt know anything about this car nor could he find it in the inventory. Then when I informed him if he did not know about the vehicle he is wasting my time he was angered. He proceeded to call me back to inform me how disrespectful I was. Thank you to the kindness your dealership did not offer from this individual named Chad. When Im looking to by a vehicle I do not expect someone to waste my time with the lack of knowledge about their inventory. We certainly will not be purchasing from them.

Chad Shugart, our salesman, was awesome! He helped us with so many questions about our 2015 Tahoe we were interested in buying. Gave us several purchasing options and found one that was perfect for us! Then when we were at the point of binding the insurance, our insurance co. had a computer glitch which postponed our getting to sign the paperwork to buy for over an hour - which was past Twin Citys actual closing time, but they all stayed til the insurance sent the paperwork and I got to drive home in my Tahoe that evening! Clay was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork I had to sign, terms of our agreement and he didnt rush - even though it was so late. The whole team at Twin City is an awesome bunch of professionals. We highly recommend anyone needing a used vehicle to check them out First!

Gender bias? I received a flyer offering prizes and special deals. My husband and I are in the market for a new Chevy Silverado. Since today was the final day of the sale and my husband wasn’t available I went by myself to check it out.I handed a young man my flyer. He walked me to the tent and took my flyer to a group of gentlemen sitting at the far end of the tent. The young man returned with a crisp $2 bill. Is that all? I asked? Wondering why a salesman wasn’t taking the time to meet me. “Ma’am I’ve only worked here four days. I don’t know” was the response. I gave him back the silly $2 bill and left. Drove 30 miles out of my way to be ignored as a prospective customer.

We got there on the worst of days storms and tornado warnings . and we still got one heak of a deal onour 2014 acadia our salesman was kerry bender he was very professional and worked hard to get us in our car . the sales team was great. Will definitely be back

Very friendly people, honest and upfront from the beginning. If you are even thinking about another vehicle, stop and see them. They will treat you right!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! We contacted the dealership with interest in a vehicle. The person who placed the call was female. She was immediately told by the salesman that she had a pretty voice and was inappropriately asked if she had a husband. The conversation then turned to text messaging where the inappropriate comments only got worse. Im guessing youre very attractive too. The salesman then advised that he was going to look her up on Facebook. At that point he was confronted and told to keep the conversation professional. He immediately acted like she was overreacting and said Wow! Lady Im just having fun, didnt mean to offend you. 1. How could that not be offensive and 2. What salesman thinks comments and statements of a direct violation of privacy isnt inappropriate? He then proceeded to explain that this really bothered him (her taking it the wrong way) and that he was in a long term relationship (why would that even matter?), had coached many ball teams, and was very friendly to everyone and treated them like family. Unless the man is incestuous I dont know why he would tell any family member that theyre attractive. To make matters worse we reached out to the owner and the general manager informing them of the fact they have a potential predator on payroll. No answer. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.Update and reply to Mr. Ledbetter. I attempted multiple times to privately contact you in regards to this and waited well over a week to hear back. I dont get a response from you until this transgression is made public. Instead of a private conversation where you fill me with empty promises, how about you reassure the general public and all your potential future customers that theyre safe shopping at your business by publicly firing this man like you should have in the first place?

Well I give it 1 star and I dont know if it deserves the one star. We were looking to buy a car or truck and drove out to look at the vehicles they have to offer. We simply cant understand why people talk so highly about it. They tried selling us a clunker...this truck we test drove felt like an earth quake driving down the road. It rambled and sputtered.. we left the lot just to turn it right around to park it. We lost interest in twin city quickly. Ive looked recently and theyre so over priced its horrible. Instead go to HARVEYS SOUTH END AUTO!! Theyve always got what you want and if they dont theyll find whatever it is your looking for in a vehicle. Simply tell Harvey and hell serve you right.

After driving from Arab, AL I showed up to very nice sales team, but never even got to look at the car that I drove there for. Got pressured into paying a big down payment on top of $100 - $150 more a month payment for an automobile that I wasn’t interested in. I wanted to look at the car that I saw online on 2 different web sights that showed low miles and affordability and I never even had a chance to drive it because the salesman said that it was a misprint. He was nice but not helpful at all. I left without buying from them. Will be purchasing elsewhere.
