Got my second Harley and I love it! Mike made it a seamless process. Larry helped me pick out the bike I wanted and Jared helped me get to the price point I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get on a new bike. I can honestly say not happy at all. I’ve bought 7 brand new Harley’s in the past from different dealers. All with great service and treated you like family. Rockstar Harley davidson of Fort Myers Florida not so great service. They treated you great while you signed the agreement then after the sale you were a nobody. Bought this bike brand new in august to attend the 911 memorial annual run that I have always done in the past being a 911 search and rescue first responder David states bike will be done in time. This bike should of never been sold. During PDI. pre Delivery Inspection. The bike was damaged. Was never told that but bike was still sold on show room floor. Never should of been on floor for sale. Dropped bike off in August to have additional parts installed they still have bike. I went 2 weeks later to see what’s going on since no call backs and was informed that inner fairing was damaged. I have not since seen my bike. I had Made 3 payments already and bike is still in shop. Not sure if they damaged my bike and are covering it up. Asked David to have general manager and service manager call me never did get call. Been getting run around. Always had great experiences with Harley dealers. Puts a sour taste in my mouth with this dealership. I Send messages and call them and no call backs. They don’t follow the Harley Motto. Upper management should be involved and still have not heard anything.
Positive purchasing experience, took the time needed to work out what was best for me. They know their stuff!!!

Had a great experience today at Rockstar Harley. I hate buying new cars or bikes. Today Larry, Jarrod and Nathan made the process very easy from the time I stepped in the door. No pressure at all. They listened to what my wants and needs were the whole time. I ended up buying a new bike which was not my intention walking in the door. I had my sights set on another bike, but after working with Larry and Jarrod we were able to come together and make a deal. I would highly recommend going to Rockstar Harley. If you do ask for Larry.
Have nothing but good things to say about Rock Star Harley Davidson. The entire Staff treats you with respect and there very knowledgeable and friendly. I have bought more than one Bike and have never had a problem that they could not take care of in a quick and professional manner.

I bought my new Roadglide Limited at Rockstar Harley Davidson in Ft. Myers....The staff was fantastic to deal with....Especially Ryan....(Happy Feet)... his nickname....lolI was a loyal customer at their sister store Palm Beach Harley Davidson....but these guys put their sales staff to shame....Its worth the hour and a half drive hands down...The best part is if you purchase the VIP Passport for your scheduled maintenance you can get it done at any one of the family owned dealerships across the country.....Its a win win....

My brother rode down from ny, we rode from pine island to key west. On the way back the check engine light came on and started over heating. We made it back to pine island. Googled the nearest Harley shop in the morning and spoke to the service manager at rock star, we explained what was going on and asked to get in right away to take a look at the bike, he explained he was on the road and heading back to ny. The service manager stated they were very busy and they had nothing until 2 weeks out. He asked again, are you sure you cannot make an exception, again he said 2 weeks out. Nothing he could do.So we called BERTS BLACK WIDOW HARLEY SHOP in Port Charlotte and as soon as we explained what the problem was, they said sure, get it up to us, we have the part, its a 3 hour job, we may get it done today, if not tomorrow morning. They called later the same day, it was to late to pick it up, so we drove up the next morning and picked up the bike. They were beyond nice and helpful. It was done. Back on the road ! A comment was made, you do not leave travelers stranded, you make time no matter the situation. This tells volumes of the core of rock stars commitment.Call BERTS
I will never I repeat NEVER again have anything to do with Rockstar. They did me so wrong. Promised a specific bike and they sold it from under me after they had me do the credit app insuring they would hold it. liars. The following is the email I sent them.My emailI have to say that you all will never see my face in your place again you all did me so wrong as I will list for you.1. Was going to buy a bike a friend traded in. But you sold it out from under me. Fact2. I was told by Joe in sales to come down and put a deposit for you all to hold it. I closed my store, rode all the way down from N. Ft. Myers to be there before you closed. Joe was with another customer and could not take 5 minutes to do the deposit. Ignored. Wasted time.3. I was taken over to the desk and a reddish hair guy said he wouldnt take the deposit, but not to worry that the bike wouldnt be out of service until at least Monday. A lie.4. Found out it was wheeled out on the showroom floor yesterday. Lied to twice.5. Joe made me run a credit application on line to insure holding it for me. Credit hit. another lie. And then sold it out from under me.6. Called Joe several times yesterday and left messages we would be there today at 12:30 and never returned any phone calls. Ignored. Poor communication.There is so much more I could state, but I think Ive made my point. I too have a shop and would never, let me repeat never go back on my word on a customer. I think what you did to me was appalling. I will be plastering reviews on all my social media, Google, and tell my customers as they come through my store, already told three and they agree in there words .Now if there is any way you can repair the hit you put on my credit I will reconsider my posts. If I do not hear from anyone by tomorrow I am putting the word out.

Friendly experience but it did seem like they really wanted to push a sale. Im on vacation. Large place. Lots of bikes to choose from and they offer rider courses.

Ive probably visited 80 dealerships over the years Ive owned Harley-Davidsons, and this is the first one that had an attractive girl in a bikini sunning by the main entrance. It was either odd or brilliant, I suppose, depending on your point of view. We were greeted immediately by a salesperson, who seemed friendly enough, but just made our way to the T-shirts as usual. The staff seemed nice enough, and the store was expansive, with a pretty good new and used selection.
1 STAR IS being generousAfter speaking to a salesman on Friday I decided to ride into the dealership from about 2 hours away. Once I got there another salesman told me the 20K motorcycle was 30K, and when I told them that I spoke to another salesman they went back checked their systems and then came back saying its was 25K. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR POTIENTIAL CUSTOMERS! I was appalled at this and told them I will not do business at ROCKSTAR Harley every again, and walked away to be chased down by a salesman who kept trying to force the sale until my friend stepped in before it went to blows. Not to mention they didnt want to give me a price until they evaluated my trade...The story doesnt end here, about 4 hours after I left and drove the 2 hours home I got a call from the original salesman who tried to make it right and said he would see what he could do for me. He was suppose to call me Yesterday and discuss......NO SUPPRISE..... NO CALL..... I was going to let this rant go until the point I never got called back.I am a COMBAT VETERAN and Retired Military and I have never been treated so poorly in my life.Believe me when I say STAY AWAY FROM ROCKSTAR Harley. I am also contacting Cooperate Harley customer service as well over this.
The moment we arrived the entire staff greeted us and made us feel apart of the HD family. Very knowledgeable staff and a special shout out to Jewels in Motor Clothes department. She truly went above and beyond to help me buy some gifts ahead of time for my friend as it was his 50th birthday she took photos and helped me find the perfect gifts. We didnt buy a Harley that day but would definitely buy from this location.Thank you so much

Went in after I got a call from Mike the internet sales guy, saying they had 2 bikes the color and options I was looking for, along with it grill and chill and girls washing bikes. Got there and no grill and chill, no washing, and only 1 bike without the options I was looking for. To top it off they wanted to charge 36k for a 27k bike then they low ball my trade. Waste of time
The employee at the parts department is very rude. after you buy their expensive motorcycle they treat you like they are doing you favor. not coming back there...
Everyone was very helpful and friendly now I have some awesome shirts to take back to Maine . The girl that rang me out was very friendly on my receipt the initials was AH she was awesome .
Another great experience. A family member just made a purchase of a new street glide. Again Ryan “Happy Feet” did a fantastic job. What a great sales associate. Then in service John “Pappy” Fak took the time to go through the bike with him and answer any questions, great service. And of course with a new bike he had to add accessories, Steven Stiller in parts took good care of him. Again what service.
My experience with this dealership and my salesman Merica/Jake was great. I didn’t have to wait long for anything. Everyone that assisted me with my purchase was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. We just bought a house in Cape Coral FL. We had never been to Florida and was greeted by Gary Salazar at the door. This young man Rocked! He informed us of all the parties and such that the dealer holds, rental bikes, etc. Gary was informative and extremely friendly. We will absolutely use this dealer for all our Harley needs.
Great dealership, large selection helpful staff. Pretty expensive t shirts and clothing but the used bike prices seemed better than at home. If in the market for a bike I would give them a shot. A little high pressure sales but not over the top.

Just had lenses implants so I no longer need glasses so I needed new Riding glasses. Was going to buy them on line but decided to go to Rockstar. Jewels took care of me very nicely and I purchased 2 new pairs of riding glasses one for day and another for nite. Jewels did a great job of taking care of me.
Great group of guys! Welcoming and community based atmosphere. The crew knows their bikes and they have loads of them in stock to choose from. Everyone was helpful, didnt feel pressured to buy. This is a cool dealer that has all sorts of stock from a large selection of motorcycles to HD jewelry to HD luggage. I wish my local dealer had a place like this.

The sales person was very nice and respectful even made a follow up call but I was treated poorly by the assistant manager Curtis. He refused to let me take a test ride and made the promise of a taller windshield but has yet to confirm or ensure that it was sent with the bike to Michigan. Paul the finance person will try to sell you things you dont need and try and hide it in the price of the motorcycle and lie to you saying that the bank wont give you a loan with out it. I would not recommend anyone especially a woman to buy from this establishment.
Prices arent bad but get your own financing, i was approved through credit union on both my bikes but they never told me. They rather put you in a high interest loan from Harley credit and they make money on that too. Credit union called me the next day asking if was was taking loan with them. ( Thieves. )

We had excellent service from start to finish with the Rockstar team.Joe our salesman was so knowledgeable with all the bikes/models and made sure we made the right choice. He explained all the features of each bike and made the buying process so easy.Sara helped us with Harley helmets, shirts and jackets. She was so nice, patient and no pressure. It was a great experience in the apparel dept.The next day we picked up our bike and James finished the detail that morning. Its a large Harley dealer with everything Harley...nothing about it seperates it from any other larger Harley dealer. They have bikini bikewashes so thats nice...but everything else is status quo

Had an event going on there so it was very crowded and they had a band playing which was very nice! Just stopped by to pick up some shirts... They had a very nice selection.

I went to this store because they had the exact model/color bike I was looking for. The sales staff was very accommodating and even put a demo seat I was interested in on the bike so I could test ride the same fit I would be buying. The sales process was smooth, if not a bit slow. I would recommend doing business with them.
I don’t like giving poor reviews but this place definitely gets one from me today. I called in around opening time to see if they might have some parts in stock...I even supplied part numbers. The guy who I spoke with was super rude on the phone, when I gave him the part numbers he immediately replied “no we don’t have that” I barley even got the last number out of my mouth. I don’t think he even checked. The attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing him....so if your broke down and need parts don’t call these people, they don’t care.
The people are awesome. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Eric Hammert did a great job of making my wife and I feel welcome, and went above and beyond to help us make a good decision. Only negative, through no fault of Erics, was the amount of time it took to complete the purchase. We arrived at 4:30pm and finished at 9:30pm (they close at 9). When I saw how late it was getting I told them if they hade to pick up my trades, Id rather come back in the morning. They told me we could complete the purchase and they would pick up the trades the next day. AFTER signing the paperwork I was told there was a mistake and they actually had to pick up the trade-ins now (9:30pm they followed me to my house!) This did make me feel like they said what they had to so I would complete the purchase. This, however, describes just about any company trying to sell. Beside this incident, they are a great dealership with great 100% Harley people there to help.

Walking into Rockstar I have never felt so welcomed and respected right off the bat entering into ANY sort of dealership (powersports, car, etc.). Everyone was super friendly. respectful, honest, etc. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and Gary definitely helped make that possible.
Had Larry for our salesman and Chris helped get the deal done. Both worked diligently to help us get the bike we wanted very close to the price we needed. Very appreciative for them both! Look for them if you need a great deal! And for some reason this says a year ago but its Jan 2021 lol

Third star because of the nice facilities.With all the new models and things HD is doing, the selection of bikes on the floor was rather disappointing. Im the last one to claim extraordinary depth and breadth knowledge of all things HD, but when the barely 20-something sales member tried to explain the FXDR is just like the Fatboy I knew it was time for me to go .I understand HD is reaching for the new generation of riders but wagging the tail for customers is something youd expect when buying a Honda. Sorry guys and gals but this visitwas a NoGo.

This is my 3rd new HD... I bought my first two many years ago up in NJ and a PA dealerships. WOW! what a totally different experience! I was just going in to look when I stopped in on Saturday but because of the guy who greeted me I ended up buying that day!My salesman, Larry was great was very knowledgeable and patient . I even brought my 6yr old son with me and he kept an eye on him so that I could enjoy my buying experience! If it wasnt for Larrys easy going personality I definitely wouldnt have bought on this day.Thank you Larry !Chet, the finance manager was very enthusiastic and good natured as well which even made the part that most of us hate- the signing your first born over- a good experience.Jersey girl Melissa, took care of all my paperwork for the VIP and HOG club right there, so I didnt have to fill out any new owner membership paperwork she did it all right there for me.Even the parts gentleman, who gave me a tour of the parts department was excellent, I cant remember his name but seems like a lot of customers were glad he was back at the dealership .My overall experience was excellent and without a doubt I will recommend Six Bends HD!!
Six Bends HD have been spend plenty of time showing my spouse and I each weekend all new and used bikes available.Then finally 2/7/19 at Rockstar HD Jacob and Suzi worked me over selling me a new 2019 HD FORTY EIGHT Blue with lightning down the tank. Looking to change things up and find Nikki a new Harley. Went to Rockstar and met with Ryan (salesperson) and Chris (sales manager). Was a great welcome! They took their time, listened and showed us several bikes. We landed on a Wicked Red Road Glide. Ryan and Chris let’s us compare this with another, new vs pre-owed. We road both bikes and it was all about the Wicked Red. From Ryan to Chris to finance it was smooth and easy! These guys made ya feel welcome, comfortable like you were long lost friends! They seem to have a pretty good sales team and good inventory of bikes. Dealing with the service department started off a little rough but I believe has been solved and would recommend Tina for her excellent communication!

Would love to have my bike or my money back. Paid with a local check that cleared my bank a week ago. Now not even a call. They even followed me home to get the check. Now crickets
