I wish to share my exquisite buying experience with Gulf Coast Motorcycles. Throughout the lead-up to my purchase, the general manager Jeff was extraordinarily patient with my many emailed questions. He responded promptly and in great detail to all of them. When I finally decided to purchase the BMW F750gs from them, I already knew that I was in good and capable hands. Sure enough, at the time of purchase it took their administrator Theresa only a few minutes to complete the paper. Then, sales staffer Ed gave me detailed instructions regarding the safe operation of this bike. He gave me numerous important details that I didnt know about, even though I had rented that exact same bike from a rental company for a whole week just two month earlier and thought I knew everything about it. I live in OH and bought a used 2019 Ducati from Gulf Coast sight unseen (so I was a bit nervous at first). Ed at Gulf Coast was great to work with, and he took care of everything to make this purchase as easy as possible. Also, the bike was even nicer in person than I expected. Gulf Coast is an excellent dealership.

We are local here in Ft Myers and bought our 1st Ducati from Ed Cahill at Gulf Coast Motorcycles, showroom model 2019 Ducati Scrambler 893 Full Throttle.Had factory break in service work here that was reasonably priced, and Kevin and all the people that are in Service are really into their work and it shows.Now on second new Ducati, new Monster  regularly stop by Service for saftey inspections are always welcome again.Picked up 2nd pair of Ducati Technical riding Boots and love the accessory and Parts department run by Adam Lortie there.Sven, special thanks to you also and the Gulf Coast Office staff which is always really professional and helpful.Ed Cahill, you know we will be back for more Ducati purchases from you, and maybe a BMW or two also.In conclusion we highly recommend Gulf Coast Motorcycle store for all motorcycle riders new and all levels.Something here for everyone.

I brought in my 2010 Multistrada 1200S for a 15,000 mile service; it was a little pricey, but they did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. Kevin is the service manager; a wealth of product knowledge and very personable. Of course, while I was waiting to get checked in Ed came out and wasnt backward in letting me know about how many improvements/advancements had been made since the 2010 model year. Ill definitely be going back for my next major service.

Was in this dealership recently and was pleasantly surprised at how great the service was. After a very disappointing visit to a dealer in Naples, I did not go there with high hopes. Gulf Coast was 180 degree different from the other dealer.Gulf Coasts staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help in any way they could. Even though I ultimately did not purchase on this visit, I will be back.A special kudos to the parts staff and especially the Parts Manager. They answered some technical questions for me and were very professional about it. As a person with 30+ years of retail management experience, this is customer service as it was meant to be.

My last bike I bought I dropped 2 days later from slipping on slick pavement backing out, a noob moment I guess. Point is I emailed the owner Jeff on that sunday about my turmoil. He immediately emailed back with solutions and reassuring words that everything would be ok, that they had my back on getting my bike up and new again. They were closed at the time and I was beside myself. Just that one small email response saved me from crazy street. Bought my RT1200 here in 2016 and have been very satisfied with the staff and the high level of service.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. Called about a motorcycle, experienced the rudest call I have ever experienced buying a motorcyle for $15k. Would not recommend calling or speaking with the rude sales staff.

When employees do not ask if the customer wants some help it is easy to give one star. We walked out after 20 minutes of no interaction from the employees!

My second bike purchase at Gulf Coast was as flawless as the first. Ed C, sales-pro, is great to work with. While you might - but probably wont - have remorse about the bike you picked (because they have so many beauties), you wont feel remorse about the deal. Fair and professional are traits I found this time and last with the sales team, finance/title team and the parts folks. No need to waste time looking elsewhere, this is the spot for great bikes sold at great prices by great people.

A truly great buying experience!Bottom line up front:I got a great bike for a great price, and these fine folks made it worth traveling half way across the country to get it.I live in Colorado and saw the (used) K1600GTL that Id been looking for, on-line and contacted the dealership. I received a prompt reply on the weekend. This being my first BMW, I had lots of questions and being a cross country purchase it added to the complexity. Webb, Theresa, Jeremy and the folks there took great care of me, helping me work through all the details, answering the myriad of questions I had. I flew out there to test ride/purchase the bike. They made it possible to ride it for the weekend before returning home. Everything was ready so I could ride it out (including the Temp Plate), enjoy the bike for the weekend and return it for shipping to my home. When I returned the bike for shipping we discovered the aftermarket windshield is too tall for the truck, and had to be removed, no problem well remove it and ship it to your home, was the answer I received. I was apprehensive coming into this deal, hoping for the best and preparing for the worst but with great expectations. I left with a big smile. Thank you for the great service!

Gulf Coast Motorcycles is a highly skilled team of professionals with the goal, to get you on the right bike and to help you any way they can. I went in to get my R1150RT serviced and they treated me like family from day one. Since then I have upgraded to an R1200GS and my wife to an R1200C. Both purchases were done very professionally. They made sure we were happy with our purchases and went way above and beyond on my wifes bike to make sure we were taken care of. No one tried to sell us that day they wanted it to be right for us. The service dept is so helpful and friendly and always willing to take a look at something to make sure you are safe.We enjoy the cookout there almost every Saturday and I consider the staff there my friends now. I actually have not purchased a motorcycle from them but have been there many times when I have had the fever. These guys make you comfortable and at home, and dont make you feel like you are wasting their time. It is like the difference between going to a used car lot (most dealerships) and a Bentley dealership. They just are THAT MUCH better. Recently my friend Web started working there and I have gotten to know the owners personally. They are really nice people. I will ONLY buy a bike from here if I ever get around to buying one!

Had my BW1200LT, 2000, motorcycle towed early July 2013 to Gulf Coast Motorcycles due to a brake line failure. The bike is garaged in Wellington, FL and I preferred the bike to be towed 130 miles and pay for the tow charge rather than have my bike serviced locally. - they are that much better! Need I say more. The brakes and other items were repaired to my specifications and satisfaction, which tend to be very picky { I think I inherited this trait from my German American parents, I cant help it, everything has to be in order). The cost was reasonable considering work done on a BMW bike by a BMW dealer. I have had previous major work done at Gulf Coast Motorcycle, all good, all meeting my standards. I recommend them very highly for work on a BMW K1200LT, they have the experience and do it right. Captain Wayne, Wellington, Florida.

Huge shout out to Jeff at BMW Gulfcoast Motorcycles for going above and beyond what anybody would expect for an employee to do for a customer. On this past Saturday, my family and I were placed in a bad sutuatiin with a dead battery on a rented BMW 1600GTL. We rushed to Gulf Coast trying to get there before the 5pm close time on another rented bike and found they were closed. We were stuck in a huge dilemma. Saw in the corner of our eye Jeff walking out of the store. I ran up and told him our story and he graciously opened up the store and sold us the battery we needed to replace the dead one. If not for his kind act, I would have been stranded on Sanibel Island with my wife and children. He even offered us some water and showed us how to replace the battery, which we had no clue how to do. Thank you Jeff for being an answered prayer. I would highly recommend anyone to Gulf Coast Motorcycles. You guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, which is very rare these days. Thank you again.

I have purchased several motorcycles and had service here for about 4 years. I would strongly recommend Gulf Coast to anyone who wants the best. Recently I bought tires, gear and received service for a ride to Lake Erie on i 75. As a Neurologist I wont trust my life in anyone elses hands.

I rode my motorcycle to the store, and left it there to be fixed, because it was noisy at the engine, they told me it would take a few days, and its been over a month, and every time I need to call to get After the last call, they told me the motorcycle would be ready soon, and then I called back to get the motorcycle, and they told me that a part is missing and that could take some more time. So I am very disappointed, they are very irresponsible, I am very sad about that!

Great shop! I purchased a Triumph SprintST from them back in 2006 and it was an A+ experience. I would ride from the Ft. Lauderdale area to Ft. Myers (100 miles) for service due to their great mechanics and service manager. Always a pleasant experience to visit the shop with great inventory and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Use Caution!!I have purchased three BMW bikes from them, and wont go back!! One of the 2016 BMWs purchased was delivered with only one key fob, so the owner assured me he would provide the 2nd key if/when I asked for it. Well this commitment was not honored by the owner a few months later, so I had to pay full retail, and he now claims hes not going to honor his commitment with my having to purchase the key fob at full price, due to my buying BMW bike number four from another dealer in Orlando (which actually saved me $2,000 off his quote).Guys in the service department are great, and while I will miss taking my bike(s) in to them for service, Id prefer to make the ride/drive to the Orlando BMW dealership, knowing they havent made commitments that werent followed thru on like the owner of Gulf Coast Motorcycles has done.I thought this business was a honest family run business with honor and integrity, yet when it came down to honoring a prior commitment made at the delivery of bike #2 purchase, they flat out left me in the lurch. If you trust whats being promised during the sale by this business owner, theres a good chance youre probably going to get screwed after the sale.Use Caution!!

Without a doubt, my recent purchase of a KTM 1290 Superduke R from Gulf Coast Motorcycles was the best motorcycle buying experience I have had to date--at any dealership. I truly wish I had learned about Gulf Coast sooner. The communication with Webb was simply remarkable and did not just take place during regular business hours--way above and beyond. Theresa had me thru the paperwork faster than the express line at the grocery store and Adam in Parts quickly set me up with some add on parts that I needed. They were always personable and knowledgeable. Jeremy always steers me in the right direction getting the proper motorcycle products.Then I purchased a motorcycle from them. There was no pressure, out the door price with no hidden charges, good financing and excellent customer service. Ed and Jeff Gallo stood behind their products and helped me when needed. I bought a BMW K1300 Sport in May of 2013 from Ed Cahill at GCMotorcycles and experienced the most professional sales & technical staff any where. Everything is transparent from the price to the financing. The price marked on the motorcycles includes all fees and taxes, so there are no surprises when it comes time to take out the check book. Plus they didnt require a financial agreement or a down payment before I could take the bike out for a test drive. I have no doubt that when it comes time for me to trade in my amazing bike for another BMW, Ducati, or Triumph that it will be done at GCMotorcycles. First rate service and commitment to the owners are their first and foremost priority even after the sale is complete. I highly recommend them without reservation to anyone who is considering purchasing a motorcycle.

This review was made a while ago.. Since then.. My bike had some trolling repetitive issues. Gulfcoast did everything they could do to help my situation.. Right down to it I had a lemon of a bike..Gulfcoast made it all better and now I am in a 2014 bike and very happy.. It took lost of work, correspondence and patience but Ed made it happen, by no means was it free, but fair..I purchased my BMW GTL 1600 from this dealer here in Ft Myers.When it came down to needing some warrantee work done on my bike they were in the weeds with another brands extensive recall. The prognosis originally of me getting my bike in there any time soon was bleak. I was bummed...Miraculously They called me and I got an appointment to have the work done in a time that would meet my schedule to make sure I made a ride I was looking to go on..They had the work done when they said it would be, bike runs perfect. Big help.Great inventory of bikes such as Ducati, Triumph and BMW.Everyone is super friendly.

I thought these guys were very knowledgeable and friendly last year when I was shopping for a new BMW, but when I stopped in this year, Ed wanted nothing to do with me when he found out that I decided to buy a used bike from a private seller rather than a new bike from him. Based on the treatment I received this year, Ill never stop back in to Gulf Coast Cycles to shop for motorcycles or accessories.
