Christine in parts picked up on how urgently I needed the part and went way above and beyond to make sure they shipped. Shes awesome and if Jim Goodall sells whatever I might need in the future, I will go out of my way to buy from them because of what Christine did for me today.

We needed a new Harley Rake for our business and after a bit of searching none were to be found in the Midwest. I came across an ad on the internet and quickly called Jim Goodall Equipment and found that they had one in stock. Our experience was above and beyond expectations. Jim answered the phone and helped with making sure we had everything we needed to make the attachment work for our machine. After the rake arrived I realized I hadn’t ordered the wiring harness for our machine (Kubota SVL95)and when I called back to order that, Jim explained that he took care of it and sent it with the attachment.I was not expecting this at all so when we need another attachment Jim will be the first (and last) call I make!Great people and great service-THANKS

Shout out to Jim Goodall Equipment in Ft Myers FL.My TD34TN had problems from the day it rolled out of the showroom. It went in for warranty repair 3 times in Clearwater and once in Sarasota. Both times the mechanics couldnt figure out what the problem was.The mechanic Josh at Jims shop had that problem, as well as two other smaller problems fixed within 48 hours. He was the only one who took the time to open up the controller and troubleshoot the wiring to replicate the intermittent problems.This is the kind of competence we should demand from equipment dealers and mechanics. I wish I would have bought the unit from Jim last year instead of going somewhere else to save a couple hundred bucks. Lesson learned.

The best customer service you could ask for. I own a tree service in the panhandle and needed a lift able to fit into spaces a bucket truck couldnt fit after hurricane Michael . I talked with a couple other companies in the business and got the regular run around. Not with Jim not only did he give me a great price but knowing I needed this lift immediately he had it delivered to me in 1 day. Nobody does that not even us. Thanks Jim you are the man.
Its not often that im satisfied but this is a great business to deal with.Bought a avant loader while back. Also a berlon multi attachment plate that was out of spec. Called to see if this was normal because it was ripping up face plate of my avant machine. Jim validated my concern and told me to take it to a machine shop and he would file a claim against berlon. Wish all businesses operated this way.I love my machine and still havent seen a deal online as good as i paid .
The sales and service department here are some of the best in the state of Florida. I have bought several Biljax lifts here and everything has been great. They also have a really good mechanic👍🏽
If we could leave a -0 star review we would. He’s all nice before the sale of an $68,000 machine. He gladly took our business check for $10,000 down. When we needed service he turned in to a negative monster and demanded CASH for payment of what should have been warranty. He refuses to provide further service and sent a nasty gram “Find another service provider.” Stay clear of this place!!!! He’s just an internet seller and has neither the staff nor the desire to be a full service dealer for anything.

We are D C Lawn Services Inc from Port Richey FL and we just purchased our 2nd lift from Jim Goodall equipment and as always he walked us through the operation of the equipment and even gave us a bag of extras for it. Now our first purchase was in 2008 I believe and it was the nifty lift 34t great towable lift a hydraulic ram when bad and Jim said bring it back and wellw fix it, so I thought we would have to drop it off and come back,nope he pulled his guys off another unit and put them on mine fixed it and had me back on the road 20 minutes later. We buy all of our tree equipment and supplies from Jim.All we can say is if you need any equipment or supplies you need Jim Goodall equipment!We love jim and his awesome business!

I had to pay the freight of $250 for snow plow that goodall equipment was supposed to pay after receiving several threating letters from the freight company and talking to an attorney. Would never deal with them again
