I bought two Honda EU2000i generators on the Friday before IRMA. I saw some places selling them for up to $1250.00 each, but Brinker Brown only charged me $995.00 each. I would like to thank this company for being more than fair with their pricing, especially when they had a captive audience. The fact that they had the wisdom to special order all the generators, and i heard a number of four thousand, have their employees stay at the store to sell them, and at a more than fair price speaks very highly of this store.I will definitely do business there again.Thank You.Gil Drake

After Hurricane Irma I sent my neighbor to Brinker Brown to buy a generator. My generator only supplied 120 volts. We needed 240 volts to run our wells. I was supplying 120 volts to neighbors on both sides for their refrigerators. He returned with a Generac 3500. We used the 240 to run both his well, house and my well. The generator ran 24 hours a day for two and one half weeks with no problems. only turned off for refueling. When the rope was pulled it started right up. Fuel consumption was nine gallons per day.

Knowledgable staff with hands on service: Juan in sales is outstanding-- they have several high quality vendors including Louisville ladders & Festool. Their tool service department is a rare gem.

Purchased $1200 worth product including a generator & power cord prior to last storm and must commend management for customer service. They did not raise prices & were competitive with Amazon.Had minor issue with trying to return power cord.Called immediately from Jeff. Issue resolved due to employee misunderstanding. Thanks for follow up & resolution.

Very disappointed after buying 2 drills and both breaking they can’t do anything but “fix” them, last time issue was “fixed” worked less than 5 minutes!!!Will not return here!
