Went to the express lane (10 items or less) for checkout. The person ahead of us had at least 30 items! The cashier didn’t say anything, like sorry for the inconvenience. Only two checkout lines were open, I was either ignored or unheard when I asked if another line could get opened. One express 10 items or less, the other a normal checkout . It would have been customer service oriented to say something or open another line.

My favorite store. Great staff and managers. Store is usually stocked. They will in back room for an item. Also you can call meat depth ahead to reserve or request certain items. Was there today. Usually plenty of close parking in handicap areas.

Jess at the deli sub station made the best sub I’ve had! She gave me an awesome amount of Mayo! Phenomenal service and a great personality! Keep up the great work!

Always beautiful meat in the display in the rear of the Store.Want a SPECIAL CUT? Just ask. Ready while you shop. Lovely music in Produce. The aisles are nice and wide allowing easy 6 feet distancing.Checkout is a breeze. Carry-out of biodegradable Paper is always offered. The CHECK center is where I get. ALL of My mailing stamps and money orders. I play my 6 Lottery numbers every Saturday. If You are a Partaker of THE GRAPE, Youll find theres an EXTENSIVE WINE selection, as well as a hard-liquor outlet right nect door sharing the same massive parking lot.. Easy in... Easy out.Im 63. Always a good store to shop, I can find everything I need in food and cleaning supplies. Staff is great, customer service booth is efficient and fast. Cant go wrong shopping there.

Never a wait. The People AT The Check-Cashing Windows are exceptionally courtious. I dont know HOW.... LOL! Theres always a lot of multiple confusing transactions and They just keep smilingThey all do a great Job. I get all My money Orders here

My son received his covid19 vaccine at this publix and I shopped while he received the vaccine. Store is very clean and represents public well. Deli was well stocked with hot food also around 5pm while we were there I picked up meals to take home for dinner. Nice!

I always forget about this Publix because of how hidden from the road it is. The chicken tenders here are better than the others close by.

Always the best place to go for any groceries or common household items but the subs here are beyond great. Today adrianna made the best sub Ive ever had she was fantastic and i would highly recommend you have her make your sub.

I have shopped at Publix for years. I like that the store is bright and clean. The employees are always helpful. The prices are a bit higher however they offer many BOGO items every week.

Picked up my scripts. Pharmacy staff is pleasant and pay attention to detail.

Very clean and hospitable. Everyone has the attitude of I like working here. The whole staff all the way up to the manager who helped me find the cheese ball I wanted takes the time to be kind and helpful. They take you right to the item or find out if they have it.

One of the managers at this Publix is very rude. I believe her name started with a D. She has a huge attitude and I have overheard her multiple times be very disrespectful to the staff which is not something I find pleasing while shopping, especially since every time I have gone the staff has been so helpful and kind. I don’t usually write reviews but she makes me not want to go back to this Publix honestly.

Staff are very friendly except Brenda that works in the liquor store she is so moody one day she will speak next day she just so grumpy never smiles at all.

Called cuz I wanted to know if they had Iberian ham, it seems like my pronunciation of the product may have been totally wrong since deli staff had no idea what i was talking about, main issue that had and reason why I used my valuable time to write this is cuz staff didnt bear with me in order for me to explain them and disconnected the call, no the cs I expect from publix, I really hope it was a miscommunication issue since I have an accent instead of some source of discrimination.

Love Publix! Won’t buy meat anywhere else! The only downside to that is that lately I haven’t gone one day without waiting at least 10 minutes before I get helped in the deli line. Don’t know if they are just short staffed right now but hopefully it gets better soon especially since we are going into snowbird season! Other than that it’s always clean and everyone is super nice!

Best Publix I have been to! Moved here from Naples and this beats any one of the stores I have been too. The shelves are constantly maintained. The staff is awesome and the liquor store is so clean you can see it when you walk in..kudos to Barry! Love Tommi, Sean..and many whos names I havent remembered yet. Awesome deli and staff.. Awesome produce! Never saw Georgia peaches packaged and fresh like that before!

Marcia is a wonderful store associate! During this time of world crisis and worry, this location was absolutely prioritizing a clean and safe environment for customers! They were cleaning the carts, mats, shelves, etc I saw so many employees carrying cleaning supplies! The receipt says the store manager is Margie, you’re doing a great job! Thank you!

Wonderful friendly service, best place to shop. The bakery goes above and beyond. Love the care and service they provide for us each time. We ordered a cake and showed them a picture of what style we wanted, got exactly what we wanted and the cake tasted delicious.

30 minutes to get a sub sandwich. I asked an employee working the deli counter to help me get a sub - she had no customers, but refused anyway. Bad service. Dont go here if youre in a hurry.

This grocery store is always neat, clean and easy to get your groceries at. All employees and managers are extremely attentive and polite. The selection of groceries is nice, although I wish they had a few more unusual or international items. But I dont blame them as I believe this is based on their location. The one suggestion I would make for management would be to please train the bagging staff better. More often than not Im force to re-bag my groceries when I get to my car because they have mixed up cold and not cold items or have placed a heavy item on top of a delicate item like soft fruit, bread or herbs.

One of the least helpful stores I have been to. I ordered a deli sandwich online to get picked up at 2:40pm. I got there about 5 minutes early and no one was in line,the guy working was just standing there. So i waited because i figured he was about to make mine. The guy started making my sub at about 2:45 after i told him something. Then when I went to check out there was two ladies working just talking and said they will be with me shortly when there was no one line. Not only that, but when I went to eat my sandwich the guy who took so long to make it forgot just about everything i asked for. It was a simple chicken tender sandwich. After he gave me the sandwich he said here you go with a fake smile so i feel he forgot the stuff i asked for on purpose. I highly recommend to go to a different store.

Always finding what I need.

I love this publix it’s right down the street from my job, I always get a sub or wrap, but today the lady who made my sub pretty much made it to wear everything is falling out and I can’t exactly use my hands because then it looks like I smeared my hands in my sand which and made a mess! It’s disgusting, I could have made a better sandwich myself! And I usually get the same thing and have seen 3 different people make it! She also took 10mins making it when there is only chicken spinach and onions and mayo and cheese on it!

It was ok, called to order food and I had to call 3 times to prepare food because there was no answer, and that is not the 1st that happened, will be going back to the Publix off Alico Rd. more plenty people there.

The manager is always accommodating and friendly. The customer service is always very good. I always have a pleasant shopping experience at the store whenever I go. Its location in San Carlos Park makes it very convenient.

Such kind staff, outstanding customer service. Assistant Manager greeted us as we were in Customer service, very nice man. Ashley in the Customer service desk is extremely professional and helpful.

Always like Publix. Stores are always clean and well stocked. Employees are helpful and many good deals, usually BOGO. Only disappointment is not getting able to buy some products we got in Iowa.

Outstanding store! Everyone is friendly without being pushy. Store is super clean and everything is so fresh. Very efficient checkout, they will also open more checkout lanes of lines start to form. Id walk to Publix before Id drive to Walmart.

My husband went to the Deli to get a chicken dinner and they didnt have fried chicken it was 5 oclock they told him it would be a 30 Min wait this always happens at this store they always behind on getting stuff out in the hot case We never have problems at any other Publix. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Out of everything during dinner time at the deli! No chicken or pork! When I politely requested that they make more they threw me a 40 min wait time because their oil was burned...Love this Publix but certainly have a few logistical errors in the kitchen

Publix has always been a nice clean bright place with very helpful friendly people.. and it seems like its well-stocked... They have a Redbox in the store.. they have clean bathrooms.... They also have a liquor store next door...Theres just one thing that I cant stand about it... It is so expensive... You will pay about two extra bucks more for an item then you would at Save-A-Lot or Walmart..

They always have lots of food and let you pick what you want.

Opened a bottle of brand new cocktail sauce and there was grey funk all around the mouth of the bottle. Thawed frozen shrimp and they were mushy.Cold shrimp cocktail with sauce turned into mushy shrimp....no sauce

Most of my neighbors work here and Ive been going to this store for the last 20 years plus when it opened The pharmacy knows about my medical history and they know meds interact with each other. Good store.Update: All the people I knew in this pharmacy are now gone. :( The new people dont want to get to know you. They dont have personalities.And went in 3 days ago to find out they dont see my nitro prescription in the computer. Ive only been getting it there for the past 8 years.. Moved to Alico rd publix pharmacy 3 days ago.
