We love wine tastings and this place didnt disappoint. Several different wines at decent prices. We took several bottles home (discounted cases). They also have beer tastings if youre not into wine.

Everything you could ask for when trying to make wine or beer. My friend and I were staying to make mead and the very helpful staff where able to answer all of the questions we had. Definitely my first choose when buying equipment.

Went in to buy supplies for my first home brew. The shop was well organized and had more ingredients and equipment in stock then I ever would have expected. They also had a grain mill that you could use for the grains you purchased.I checked prices online before going to the store and they were only a few pennies more on the dollar which I will gladly pay to support a local business. In addition to this, I was able to buy exact amounts I needed for my brew, rather than buying a quantity rounded to the nearest pound, so the overall price for my grain bill came out lower.The employees were helpful when I had a question, but did not pester me as I browsed and measured out my ingredients.I will definitely be back for ingredients for my next brew and any equipment I may need.

These guys are clueless (or at least the 2 people on duty were when I called). One guy told me bacteria and yeast are the same thing. And he didn’t even know what I was talking about when I asked if they sold Brett, Pedio, or Lacto. Guess I’ll be buying elsewhere. Thanks a lot.

After years of buying beer kits that included all I needed, I finally decided to attempt to make my own. The gentleman working there was more than helpful in finding me substitutions for the yeast I needed.A polite and friendly experience from beginning to end.Also the price was nearly the same as buying a kit.

Sandy I believe her name was and whom I believe to be the owner or manager on duty at least, provided very poor customer service with multiple visits. I live around the corner and thought it would be so convenient to make this my new go to store, but I felt so unwelcome and that my business was not valued by anyone. I was not greeted with a smile nor a hello. Sandy did not want to help me with a problem I was having with my keg and tank yet would not say she couldn’t help, just talked in circles. She did not provide any helpful information unless I knew to specifically ask. Definitely not helpful or friendly staff. Instead of purchasing a whole new tank from them, I decided to take my business elsewhere where someone may appreciate it a little more. Very disappointed.

Nice place, great staff, reasonable prices. If you are a zymurgist this is the place for you. They have an extensive inventory dedicated to fermentation of literally any type. They have a huge selection of kit wines and brewers malt and hops. You will find equipment and supplies to cover all the bases for vintners and Brewers alike. The most complete selection in SW Florida.If you just want to have conversation and talk wine or beer you could not find a more knowledgeable or amicable forum. If you just want a good bottle of hand made wine this is your place...Great place, great selection great staff...

This is a store that sells wine kits and just so happens to sell some brewing grains. First impression: owner arrives late to open which is kind of hard to believe since they open at 11. This was really no big deal, life happens. We make our way around the store and the owner comes up to ask if we needed help; I told her that this was our first visit and we would like to buy some grains. She shows us the one shelf of grains and tells us how they do things. This is where things went south very quickly: she asked if we needed the grain milled. We did and that is when she lost all interest in helping us; she told us to get the grains we needed and we followed her to where she found someone else to help. she proceeded to carry on an entire conversation about wine equipment and found a place behind the counter to sit down as my wife and I were just standing and watching her in awe. Did this just happen? It did and it really is upsetting because we wanted to give her or money. Now it is back to the impersonal online brew stores for us.

A great place for wine tasting! They have a huge selection of in-house wines for tasting and purchase. We love the Cabernet/Syrah/Zinfandel blend.

Fun place to shop if you are a new home brewer !! The prices are great. The selection of beer supplies is super and the staff is well educated and answered any questions I threw at them. I was probably a pain in the ass all with the things I needed to know, but they had no problem with that. Going tomorrow to pick up another 5 gallon batch .....running low ...............Paul

When I asked the guys at the counter how they felt about the low ratings on google, they were quick to respond with how they have increased stock in bulk grains as well as specialty grains considerably in the last 11 months. I have developed a lot of trust in just the two short visits I have made. The employees are very knowledgeable and willing to offer input and opinions if prompted.

Pleasant experience. Staff took the time to answer all of my questions. Just started my first batch of wine today and cant wait to start more.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to started brewing beer again, i was missing some supplies and was in a jam; my rubber plug for my 5 gallon glass fermenter had gone missing :( I took my chances and came here, a winery / brew shop. I was greeted and helped as soon as I opened the door, i explained the situation and they had exactly what i needed. The employee even took the time to show me their stock and go over everything with. As someone who buys my supplies exclusively online I am glad i found this shop. I went in for a $4 part and left with $40 in supplies. I will be bringing my girlfriend back for a wine tasting soon and also for all my future brewing needs!

The wine is really good. But I live in kentucky and we are use to a homey atmosphere and this place is not like that. You dont feel at home

Home of the Hanger41 Homebrew club, and a great place to pick up supplies for brewing beer, wine and other fermented beverages.

I am getting back in to Home Brewing and was looking for a less expensive alternative to ordering Malts and Hops on line and was pleased to find Time to Make Wine come up on a Google search. I wanted to make my boss a Hefenweisen and called to make sure the ingredients would be available. The young lady I spoke with confirmed almost all the ingredients were available but the Hefenweisen yeast which was to be delivered the next day. We discussed flavor profiles of a number Hops to offer a less bitter and more fruity flavor than Hallertau and we agreed to use a half and half of 2 different Hops. She was extremely knowledgeable and put all my items aside with my name on them so I wouldnt need to do anything more than pay and leave. I havent gone yet but this shop sounds so interesting I may wander around a bit before I pay.
