My first bracelet I got this Christmas.Its so pretty. Second bracelet we bought after Christmas as a great bday present for one of our granddaughters. Will be back again.

So bad they’re rude I just trying to see the charms and they only show me 2 or 3 and they told me what u want and I show u so how i know what they have in the store so bad attention the mexican girls speak so bad with us

The two stars are for the staff at this location. They are always friendly and very helpful. My problem is with the product itself. The jewelry tarnished and turned brown in 6 months. I cleaned the items as they recommended and it has hung in my room on my jewelry rack with all my other jewelry yet these are the only items that have turned. Sadly I won’t be buying anymore nor getting gifts for family again.

I originally went in just to look and I explained to them how I wanted to get more into wearing rings. Derick was super helpful and I walked out with 3 rings that I absolutely love. Would definitely shop with him again.

Silkia always takes such good care of my boyfriend and I from the moment we walk in the store. She knows Ill pick from the Rose Collection and she has suggestions ready for me to try on. She has helped us spend a lot of $ on beautiful jewelry, we will be back to spend more!

I have been to the Edison Mall location several times and everytime I was helped super fast and they took their time to help me. I am a SAHM of 3 and I have came in looking rough and was still given the same treatment as the other well dressed customers.

If i could give a zero rating, I would. Stood in the store for 20 minutes, was not greeted by any associate, and watched as every other person who entered the store was greeted and served AFTER us. Staff was rude upon being asked why we were being ignored. Will not be back.

Second time going to this store and having 2 employees being rude ! I will not be going to this location again. I hate when someone is rude, I simply went in to ask a question about the ring I got ! & right away they were rude ! But as soon as I started getting rude back and trying to leave the lady started trying to be nice!!

Be prepared to be interogated and harassed by the sales associates. Not a pleasant experience at all.
