Running out of patience. James is wonderful. Seems to understand my concern. Why is it taking since March to get my drapery panels. Agreed that I ordered another set, but it’s still been months. But more than the time, it’s the absolute lack of communication. I’ve put out quite a bit of money. A return phone call shouldn’t be too much to ask. I dislike giving bad reviews, but maybe this is how I will get some communication.

Great amount of wonderful fabrics!! The first time I went there was an older clerk that ignored me and my friend and was very condescending. I went back because of delightful fabric. So glad I did! An absolutely charming young man was so helpful in helping me select just the correct fabric!! He was a wonderful asset to the store! The older lady only catered to patrons who appeared to be dripping with cash. A real shame!!

They have very nice fabric selections and do very good work at a decent price ...however I recommend you double the time they estimate. They told me 2 months which I thought was outrageous, but it was almost 4

What a disappointment in this place. I ordered and paid for the fabric and the job, for a fabric colored lid to fit on my coffee table on August 29th. When we ordered it they said it would be 5 weeks. I have called several times and my message was not passed on as I received no return call. I called again and the lady was extremely rude!! The last time I called, a lady answered and asked if she could call back, but never did! They have my money,(must pay in full) and if they just had some common sense to be polite and provide customer service, the length of time may be a little more tolerated. It has now been 9 weeks. Stay far away from this place!!! No manners, take your money, no communication and who knows if you will ever get what you paid for.

I just had valences and drapes made from Boca Bargoons for my kitchen and living room and they were installed today. The workmanship was perfect. In addition I had a remote shade installed for our sliders and I am so pleased with everything. A special thank you to Paul Orbe, who is their interior designer. If you want custom window work please go to Boca Bargoons. Their selection is top quality and they do upholstery as well. Now when I walk into my home, it makes me smile because it looks so beautiful. Thank you Paul

Excellent choice of fabrics. All the types, brands and colors you would need to redo a whole house or just a chair/drapes. The fabrics are layed out in a very organized and color coordinated way, so its easy to shop and take your time choosing a fabric. The staff was great to work with, all very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner is a craftsman and offered an honest opinion of what will or will not work. They do all types of upholstery. This place is a local gem.

I stopped by today and asked for a Patriotic fabric. (White embroidered stars on blue silk).They said they didnt have anything like that because they are a high end fabric store. Since when is any color or fabric associated with the American Flag LOW END FRABRIC???

Terrible pick up and delivery! No communication. Took about 4 months to get sofa back. Have called repeatedly to get extra fabric back with no luck. Apparently the work is done in Miami. Will not use again unless some of problems resolved. The upholstery work was fine. Too bad so many other issues.

If you are looking for fabric for drapes or upholstery, this is the place! Their selection is second to no other! We bought a new house here in Fort Myers and I purchased all the fabric for my drapes here. They also will make custom cornices and valances, and i believe they upholster some too. They can be pricey but they run 50% off sales all the time. I was disappointed though, that one of the fabrics I wanted was displayed on a pair of curtains and it was so beautiful I had to have it. But I was told it was not part of the sale and I would have to order a minimum of 12 yards of it! Since I only needed 7 yards I didn’t get it.

Lovely job on re-upholstering. Absolutely one of the worst pickup and delivery systems Ive ever encountered. Plan on extra 3 weeks, not for actual job but trying to get your furniture back

Very pricey - $1000 to recover a small barrel chair with a lower priced fabric. The sales lady there was not at all friendly & acted as if we bothered her by coming in. Look for alternatives.
