One of my favorite places for home decor and seasonal items. They have the best sales and best clearance selection always. Picked up summer throw pillows 80% off that match my coastal decor perfectly. Last year I was able to snatch up a vase I had my eye on after summer for $2. The register was not updated to the sales we did not get the correct sales price when we got out to the car to check our receipt we never received the receipt on heremail had to go back in store and the manager had to look it up look the receipt up and give us the correct discount code it took an hour and a half of our time extra and the store is extremely hot

This place is FANTASTIC! Definitely not how I remember Joann Fabrics. This Saturday is the most we rounded craft store around. They have sewing items, baking and candy making, woodworking, jewelry making, painting, drawing, candles. Significantly superiorly to competitors.

Yesterday I was treated with knowledge by assistant manager overall has a lot of customers service.. On the other hand at the register the cashier actually dont know the sales that are going on so I dont know if I got the right sales, or not, please let them what sales are of the day. I absolutely love this store!! They have such an amazing wide variety of arts and crafts items! The staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to help you save money! Even though nobody else has coupons right now they still do! Always look for that 40% off! This place is huge you got to see it!

I came in this store like a lost puppy dog looking for a gift for my artistic friend. TARA came to my rescue and helped me out with ideas and the merchandise needed. A+++

So, Im not one to write online reviews but their poor service warrants it. Today, I tried to call this location, while on my lunch break, to ask a quick question. I was immediately put on hold, Which is understandable. What I do not understand is how I am still on hold over 18 minutes later. I am still currently on hold while writing this review.I just wanted to know if they had stretcher bars for canvas in stock. Now I have no interest in supporting this store.Update: made it to 18 minutes on hold, phone started ringing again, then went to a busy signal and I was disconnected. Horrible customer service.

The biggest and cleanest JoAnn Fabric I have ever been in! This place was amazing! I especially loved their yarn area. The entire store was beautiful. I wish I lived here, so I can go to their Craft Area.

Hello,I was shopping today and had a pleasant experience. Someone did help me in the store and they were agreeable and nice. Which I always appreciate. When I took my merchandise up to the register I would not use my 20 percent off coupon that I received thru my email. When you are a senior citizen you depend on getting your discounts. It help you to survive the month. Well, I wasnt very happy that my coupon had no numbers on it which made it useless. My cashier Tracey jumped into action and worked very hard to help me and was victorious. I really appreciate people like Tracy because I was upset enough to stop shopping at Joannes. I started shopping at Joannes as a child with my granny. Five generations I have spent shopping with this Corporation. Thank you Tracy for turning my frown upside down. Because of you I give Joannes 5 star rating today. Keep up the good work!!! Thank you for giving this senior a great shopping experience and not just sweeping me under the rug.

They really have the Curbside Pickup down at this location. Once you order through the JoAnn app, youll be prompted via email to DL FlyBuy, which allows you to tell the store youre on the way, and gives the store clerks your estimated arrival and car type/color. I just pull up into the marked spaces, and someone is immediately walking out to my car with my order -- no phone call, and no waiting forever in the hot FL sun.

Always a pleasure to visit Joanns. This has been my go to p l ace for all my sewing and creative projects for over 40 yrs. Would love to work there but have not had any luck getting an offer. Would recommend Joanns over all crafting and material establishments

Ive never seen a classier JOANNs. You want it, theyve got it. Huge workshop areas where you can rent and buy machines to work on projects in the store. Definitely stop here if you like crafting.

Found lots of good yarn for my next projects

Jo-Ann fabrics has such a large selection of fabrics and patterns, I am never disappointed when I shop here. They have great sales, and great coupons that can often be used on sale items. They have knowledgeable sales clerks that can help with any questions. On this particular visit, there was not enough of a particular fabric for my project, so they called another store and are having what I need shipped to this store. There is a shipping fee, but it is well worth it to me, rather than fighting the tourist traffic this time of year. (January in Florida). I would like to give Kathy credit for making todays visit a great one.

This art and craft store has a huge selection of different materials. I stopped in to purchase some balsa wood for a project that I am working on and I can always find multiple items that I need (or can use) here at Joann Fabrics & Crafts which are difficult, if not impossible to find anywhere else. Additionally, while the balsa wood selection is somewhat limited here, the price is much better than at the one (1) hobby shop we have in town. The store is always clean, well lit and it is a very organized store, so you can pretty much just walk to the correct section and pickup what you need, without walking miles trying to locate what youre after. A great store overall.

The wife is always going in there and they have a large selection of crafting supplies.

I called the store and the lady that i spoke with ( sorry i cant remember her name.. i am really bad with names.. ) Tried to help me.. still having issues the lady offered to hold the item for me ( Easy press 2 9x9).i was kinda skeptical being that i yet had not paid for it .. but sure enough when i walked into the store there was my item ..THANK YOU SO MUCH !JOANNE FABRICS ROCKS ! Wow, giant quilt machine you can rent! Lovley quilter let me take photos. Wowza, lots of great stuff inside. Miles of fabrics. Tons of yarn. Sewing, knitting, crafting stuff galore. Check out my new pics. Also, aisles of childrens crafting items. So much stuff! I spent an hour and a half! Got a huge haul! Staff is excellent as always. Crystal cut my fabric for me, and she was so informative. Sign up at the kiosk to get a text message when you can have your fabric cut. No need to wait in line. There are these huge tables throughout the store, where you can lay out your project items, and see if you need something else. Used one myself during todays visit. Joanns is so much fun. Come and check it out! They have the most fabulous new shopping carts. They are getting in wonderful Christmas items. I got a huge haul today, as usual. I bought several fabrics for different projects. Cant wait to get started! I love shopping at Joanns. There are so many really cute things. I found a small canvas bag that will be perfect for carrying my lunch to work. It was under ten dollars, and you can decorate it yourself. There are always adorable seasonal decorations available to brighten your home. This is always a fun stop! Check out the fabulous Christmas ornaments.

Horrid customer service. Hot a hard time over purchase w argument over sale plus 30% off which is what the sign said. I dont make the signs. Real attitude when had to go look to verify we were correct. No apology. Just rude.

They have a a huge selection of DIY items and arts and craft items. They also sell decorative things for the house. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the items for me are a bit pricey.. but otherwise, really nice store to just walk around and it’s a go-to place for projects. I’m pretty sure they have almost everything.

This was the first time Ive been at this store since it was remodeled, and Ill just say, I was like a kid in a candy shop ! I was there for hours, amazed by everything they had. So many different, affordable things,it blew my mind! I love crafting and I love Joanns because it makes my crafting possible! All the employees I ran into were very friendly & helpful. I will be returning very soon!

I was upset that I was not finding the item I had called about ahead of time. I did so because they closed the store that was close to me and this one is far from my home. I explained to the employee that I was told that the item I wanted would be in a certain section, however I couldnt find it.The very nice employee looked for it and kept checking different sections of the store till alas she found it. I would never have found it on my own.That employee is definitely a keeper.

Was not impressed by JOANN Fabrics and Crafts. Nothing seems to have changed in many years. They are high priced for what they have. When I went in there tonight to find items I needed for my sewing machine, I not only didnt find anything there, mostly because their selection was slim, but what they did have is 3x the price of other places with the exact same items. Then while looking at the different Sewing machines they were sitting there, I was followed & told that area was closed & I had to leave. I told her that I was just looking at the different machines, she just shook her head at me... I wont be back again... Ill just stick with Michaels or Hobby Lobby for my craft items.

Loved it. The best Joann Fabtics I have ever been . Huge! So nice until we were checking out . They had 2 lines open. Stood in line while one shopper went back to get another item the other register the customer was arguing about .80 cents . This took twenty minutes before we could check out

Today at noon time I was in there with my mother we want to ask questions about a product that we wanted to buy and one of the associate snap right back at my mother all we had to do was drop item and walk out the store that was the last time well ever walk in the store bad customer service they need to retrain their employees and they have to smile more often because this one had a real bad smirk on her face. Instead we went to Micheals in Target Plaza off of Daniels and 41 in ft Myers FL.. They had better service and i really enjoyed my experience there than at Joannas.

Lots of choices, clean and bright however this is my 3rd visit and the lines are so long only 2 cutters and 2 cashiers. 42 minutes to have fabric cut. I will order on line in the future.

Ginormous selection of fabrics, yarn, trim, thread and craft items. They offer classes for sewing, baking, crafts and many other things. They sometimes have good coupons the store looks brand new and clean and most of the employees are very helpful.

This store is older, but theyve got a ton of space and recently did a major renovation... I pretty much always find what I went there for and always find a ton of things I want to buy!They have a place to put carts that need sanitized to seperate them from those they have sanitized. Theyre wearing masks and have plexiglass up at the registers. Oh and the cashier wiped off the card reader between customers, which I thought was nice attention to detail.Seriously though, the store is big and wide open... very easy to shop.... and tons of items for all kinds of crafts. The best selection Ive seen in a joanns store

Large clean very organized store. Only reason I gave a 4 star is they almost always (or at least the last 4 times in past 2 months) only have 1 register open. There is occasionally another clerk around but they are busy or taking orders out to cars. I understand the great customer service offered with that.. however when there are 5 people inside who have been waiting for 5-10 minutes already they should be serviced first. I try to avoid other customers while shopping but end up with many others 6 feet apart waiting in line. Not sure thats the best customer service for those of us who came inside instead of ordering online. So summary... Clean friendly but EXTREMELY SLOW T CHECKOUT.

Great deals in store and even more through the app! I really love the Cleveland location of JoAnn Fabric. It is beautiful, clean and packed full of tempting items for crafts and decor. No need to worry about prices most of the time because there are always tons of discounts and sales. And the seasonal stuff is great. I always drive out of my way to come to this location and some of the employees are awesome too.

Super friendly staff, store was very clean, and great coupons. I came in for fabric and found a good selection. If your looking for solid black cotten fabric for masks, the person inspoke to said its hard for them to keep it on the shelves because its the quickest to go. Call ahead to see if their stock truck has come would be your best bet for a specific fabric. Yarn section was displayed beautifully, and the rest of the store looked stocked as I did a quick run through before leaving.
