We met with Danny and sat through a wonderful demonstration of their windows and siding. He worked within our budget and we were convinced that Morgan Exteriors was the right choice for us. We will have our installation in the Spring. Meanwhile, we are having seamless gutters installed. All of the people who have come out to measure have been wonderful, on time and professional.

We were impressed with Morgan Exteriors beginning from Brian’s sales presentation. We liked the lifetime guarantee and the product samples, but the best part was when he demonstrated the heat meter to compare ordinary impact windows with the low e impact windows we were interested in getting. The install with Victor and his crew was awesome. They were polite, organized, professional and efficient. So happy that those windows are keeping the brutal Florida heat out and will not need those heavy metal shutters if another Irma threatens us. I would recommend Morgan Exteriors to anyone. They are growing because they’re good!

Morgan homes came to my home in Rotonda West for an estimate on impact windows and fascia and gutters and roof replacement . I had an appointment with their sales expert Brian. He spent a considerable amount of time exploring my home inside and out. Then he proceeded to explain all the trims and gutters and reviewed what I currently had. All the while admitting they were not the lowest price.. The windows they have are amazing and priced right. Amazing. Better than the quality of new builds. Very impressive warranty as well. That’s a lot for the state of Florida. If this was my forever home. I would have signed the agreement right away. However I did not hire them. But I will hire them when we move again. If you need roofs and window or any home improvement . Call them. Mary will answer all your questions and send someone right away. Customer service is a powerful motivator.

The food here was amazing. Everyone was tasting each others dish. The place doesnt look fancy outside but feels homey inside. We all plan to go back soon. So good. Best seafood ever.

Have to give a poor rating on their customer service! Was missing some items such as screens and locks. Had to make multiple calls for screens. Finally arrived weeks after install turns out the screen is so tight cant be moved. Called three times scheduled appointment no call, no show. Asked for manager of Ft Myers office to call me. No call. Spoke to someone in the Tampa office and she was very nice and was going to have district manager call me. No call, but April from the office who set up the prior appointments that didnt show called me and said she was setting up an appointment for me. When I said are the going to show she said well they did show up two other times. Yes they did for other items that were missing no fault of ours! That does not excuse the three times I waited home all day and no one showed up.

Tried to schedule an estimate for replacement for numerous windows. They would not schedule an appointment without my husband being present. Last time I checked I am fully capable of making decisions for my own house. No thanks - too many other reputable companies out there. The sales rep actually hung up on me when I stated my husband would not be present at estimate appointment.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! We needed 5 custom windows replaced. I found Morgan Exteriors when I googled the best window company in Naples. I called and spoke with Kim,(office actually in Fort Myers, but they also work in Naples & all over Florida!) who could not have been more professional, polite, kind, courteous, friendly and helpful. She promptly scheduled a sales representative to come give us an estimate, within days of my call! The representative was also very professional, polite, kind, courteous and HONEST (a rarity these days). My husband is a retired builder and he was sooooo impressed with the long time family owned business, the sales rep and their product, he signed the contract on the spot!! Which, trust me, he normally researches everything to death, so that alone says it all!! There was excellent communication from Morgan Exteriors, keeping us updated on production of the windows and when windows were complete, called us on a Friday and scheduled installation for the following Monday! The installers were absolutely spectacular, professional, hard working, nice, neat and honestly the best clean-up I have ever seen from any contractor! It was like they had not even been here!! Meanwhile, we also desperately needed a new front door. We live in a condo and had to get aboard Approval first. Sooooo, when I called Kim about a new door, she put me through to Nick, the General Manager. And Board wanted me to get an estimate for 10 doors, in case down the road - any other unit owners would like to replace there wood door with hurricane impact glass door. Our condos are very dark and we sooooo needed to lighten up. Nick, again, extremely professional, polite, kind, friendly, courteous went ABOVE and BEYOND!! He actually came from Fort Myers all the way to our condo in Naples, after hours to meet us! First he measured our front door. And then went over all the Miami-Dade Hurricane Zone approved glass doors, left catalogues with appropriate doors marked (enough for each unit owner!) and gave us an estimate for door with and without hardware. You can use your current hardware, if you so desire. We would have ordered right then and there, but first had to get Board Approval, which soon thereafter was granted. We then called Nick informing him of same and ordered the door of our choice. It so happened that the door came in with the windows, so all were installed, again best installation & clean-up EVER and 5 windows and one front door ALL installed within ONE day!!! Amazing! AND Nick was also kind enough to apply for the necessary permits ( in Naples -you need a permit for just about everything!) We are LOVING❤️❤️❤️ Our new door and windows!!! A few neighbors got to see, before heading north (we are full-time residents😊) and believe upon their return will also be purchasing a new front door from Nick and Morgan Exteriors!! And my friend just scheduled an appointment with Morgan Exteriors to replace several windows in her Fort Myers home! Honestly, I cannot say enough just how wonderful every single employee we had the pleasure of working with and how fabulous their products are!! I personally had nine different window and door companies come to my house and out of the nine companies Morgan exterior offered me the best price, the best warranty, with a beautiful product. was having the windows and doors installed theyve already saved me $100 a month on my electric bill so I cant wait to see how much it saves me once we get back to summer months.

Called to get an estimate and was told by their representative that they WILL NOT do an estimate for me unless my husband was home, as well. Im sorry, is it not 2020? Does my husband have to be there to discuss every aspect of our home improvements? I am fully capable of having a walk-around estimate to discuss different siding and windows, but apparently Morgan Exteriors does not feel the same. I am absolutely appalled by this sexist and completely backwards policy that is enforced with no other reason than I dont make the rules...there are other reviews on Homeadvisor stating the same thing. Crazy!

Window replacement- first off the salesman was great. He was the reason we went with Morgan exterior for our hurricane windows. He came across as up front and honest. He said they were not the cheapest but they have the best installers that actually worked for the company and not contracted out like other companies. He also said we would have a lifetime warranty on our windows that for whatever reason(even kid hitting a baseball and hitting window) that they would be 100 percent covered under warranty. He also said the windows we get would be the best and they had best relationship with manufacturers.First I found they have no special relationship as my windows were delayed by 2 months. They had to wait like every other installer. Covidi get that but still not what I was sold on. 2nd they mainly installed Andersen windows and I did extensive research from 3rd party reviewers. All were similar in saying they were decent not one said they were top of the line like I was sold on. 3rd and lastly we were sold about installers being the best. They left with dirt and smudge marks all over the windows and I was told they would be clean. The person who applied the caulking was not neat at all. It does not look professional. It is all over the window casing smudged on by finger with no clean up of excess on casing. Now 3 months later the caulking on the inside is cracking on several windows. SoHopefully the warranty is real.In essence I paid more than competing quotes by a few thousand because I was buying a Cadillac. What I got was a Ford Taurus. Nothing wrong with a Taurus but I paid, expected and was told I would get the best. RESEARCH THE WINDOWS AND price they want to install before signing anything. PGT is best. 2nd they do and did use contractors with me. As far as the final product the caulking is very sloppy and having issues already. I dont think they are a bad company just not what I paid extra for and was sold on.

Sorry, i dont understand why both persons on deed have to receive a quote, im making the decision, paying the bill, and just want a window installed (a square picture window -simple) - sounds fishy to be honest that they want those listed on deed.... i never heard such thing, so dont think id work with them - they prob have their reasons though. sorry, since the persons on deed are out of state - another company will get this job.

Scripted salesman with a booming pitch in a 3 ring binder, 10 week out time, and 3 times (yes - I said THREE TIMES) the price of Home Depot, Lowes & another glass install company here in town. Save your money & shop around. Quoted us 12,000.00 for a STANDARD PATIO DOOR INSTALL in an existing hole requiring no fabrication!

I’m looking for new windows for my home and this company came out for us and they were great. Low pressure, not pushy, they explained the value of their windows, and they look great, definitely high quality. I’m looking forward to getting my windows installed.

Ordered 10 windows back on march 3rd. Windows arrived 12 weeks later. Wrong size they had to cut window frames down to fit. Screens were wrong siz . They reordered three times.still wrong.when you call the office because of no show .they dont answer phones.i will never buy or recomend them .
