Just got my windows installed. They look great. Like most companies there were some delay due to supply and production issue but they kept me informed and were great to work with. Would highly recommend.

I unfortunately would not recommend this company to anybody. The installation guys were very polite and they did a great job however, the salesman measured my windows and ordered the wrong window so after I took time off work to get the wrong window installed I then had to wait several more months for the correct window to be ordered. Needless to say it took six months to get one small window through this company. If you’re looking for convenience And to get a timely repair this is not the company for you to use

I would recommend this company as one of the best in the industry. Ive had them install windows twice before and this year I had hurricane glass installed. Their location is 5641 Division Drive in Fort Myers. Tom Roz who is my sales contact and Ginger Smith who is the office manager were top of the line in helping me get these very important upgrades done. The installers were neat, on time and did an excellent job. Hardly knew they were here. Clean up was spot on. My next project is to switch out my doors and Window World of Fort Myers will be my source to accomplish my goal. Excellent company. Thank you Window World of Ft. Myers.

My mother a 73-year-old widow of a 100% disabled veteran purchased a window for her living room which was installed in April of 2019. After several months the sheet rock around the window started becoming soft and she requested that they come in and inspect it. The inspector blamed the damage on the roof and not the window so my mother looked into getting the roof replaced. Of course, the roofer was happy to replace the roof and my mother had the work done hoping to solve the problem.After the roof was replaced my mother noticed the problem still existed. She once again had window world come out to inspect and they again blamed it on the roof. Since the sheet rock was soft for over six months by this point my brother and I removed the sheet rock from the wall concerned that there could be mold that would make my mother sick.After the sheet rock was removed, we could see that water was getting in from the window after it had rained and once again called in window world to inspect. The first inspector that came over stilled claimed it was not the window but then the owner came over to inspect and he determined that the window frame was cracked, this was approximately in June 2020. They ordered a new window and finally got around to installing it 16 Sep 2020. When they installed it they broke her marble window sill, so they took it with them and said they would order a new one and replace it.Since the sheet rock was still down when I got a chance to come over and see the new window, I noticed that they had not replaced the wooden border around the window which had rotted due to all the water over the last year. My other brother who was washing the house sprayed some water and we saw that water was still coming in. Window World returned and said the new frame was also bad and that they would get another one. They also promised to replace the rotted wood around the window frame this time.December 2020, Window World finally gets around to installing my mothers now third window in her living room and replaces the wood border during the install. No leaking from the window which is a positive thing. When asked about replacing the sheet rock around the window they say not our responsibility. When asked about the marble window sill they first say, what window sill, then say they are ordering it, then say what window sill, then say they are ordering it again. Got ahold of them once in shortly after new years and they say it will be scheduled to be installed in about two weeks. No contact since then, my mother and I have called several times, when they do answer (which is not often and usually when we use a phone not recognized as one of ours (my work phone)) we get a promise that they will handle it personally and will get a call back before the end of the week.So almost two years since the first window install my mother has had a roof replaced, Mold growing behind her wall, no sheet rock on her walls for almost a year, her window installed two more times and can’t get her window sill back from them. What a deal! This business is a joke, they don’t take responsibility for their poor workmanship, don’t follow up with their customers, don’t call back when they promise to and take months to get anything fixed if they do acknowledge fault.Do yourself a favor and find a different company to install your window. The owner also owns the one in Sarasota so one of their tactics is to say he is out there and all decisions have to go through him causing further delay. Buyer beware!

We ordered 8 windows from Window World on April 8, 2020 and received our windows the middle of June. One of the windows came in with a crack in it and they put a big blue piece of tape over it. The installer said it would be in in 2-3 weeks, but it actually took 8 weeks. We called the office and Ginger repeatedly told us that she would get back to us and she did not get back with us. Upon installing the window that was broken and the adjacent window they broke our electric shutter which we use every night to keep the sunlight out since we could not have our blinds put in. They sent out someone to fix it and was unable to. Therefore we called the company that installed it and they charged $89. We submitted the bill and no reimbursement. That issue had been going on since the middle of June. I wrote a letter to the owner of the Fort Myers office and the national headquarters and no one has responded. We have had three inspections that have failed. We would not recommend them. It seems that they are in it for the money and definitely not customer satisfaction.Byron and Marti

Would highly recommend! Wanted my windows replaced while working from home during Covid. Window World came prepared to provide a full estimate from the exterior. They were knowledgeable and respectful when it came to social distancing. They just finished my installation and I am very pleased with the whole process.

I had hurricane windows installed in my entire house and it was a pleasant experience. The 3 workers were polite and answered any questions I had. They totally cleaned up after themselves and were done in a day. I would totally recommend Window World to anyone who needs windows.

Well the windows themselves look good except for the installation. They caulked a 5/8” bead of caulk all around the inside of the windows. In addition, the receptionist Ginger has an edge with her customer service. She could use some customer service training.....6/20I wanted to update this review to mention that lately, Nicole, who has been answering calls is very polite and great customer service 7/28/20.

Waiting for hurricane windows ordered in December2020. Installed end of June2021. Missing screen,another screen torn, and part missing day of install. Passed inspection, but waiting for completion of parts.

As an ex employee I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. majority of the reviews on google are fake and have been created by Ginger and Pam to increase the ratings so “corporate” doesn’t come visit them. They are VERY unprofessional and lie to 99% of their customers. The owners are only out to take your money and do not care if you are satisfied with your product. I was “let go” due to COVID and received a letter stating I would be hired back May 4th. That date came and went, I have tried to reach out to the owner and received little or no response. I was told she “sent a text message” stating I would not be rehired, I never received that message. Pam is a very angry owner who does not care about anyone but herself and making money so she can retire in 3 years. Ginger, the “office manager” is very rude, do not go visit them on her lunch break because she will refuse service. All she wants to do is sit outside and smoke her cigarettes and weed, of course when the owners are not around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!! Take your business elsewhere, where they actually care about their customers and their customers satisfaction!!

03/30/21 Update: On 12/29/20, I emailed Patrick for replacement of 2 slider windows that now have cracks in the corner of the frames. After multiple emails and calls to WW, I found out today that the new frames have arrived and will be installed on 04/08/21. In the first week of March 21 the inspector from the City of Bonita Springs would not pass the installation of the windows due to an insufficient number of screws used for each window. It is now 1 week shy of 1 year since this nightmare started with WW. If you are thinking of purchasing replacement windows for your home, use any company other than WW of Ft. Myers, their sales, service, and customer support is horrific!!!----Original Review---- We selected Window World based upon recommendations from several friends. Our experience with Window World Ft. Myers has been extremely disappointing. The salesman Mr. Morris came out to the house as scheduled (01/08/20), made all the measurements, discussed all details, wrote up the order and contract for all windows and a custom sliding door and took a 50% deposit. Mr. Morris stated that the order would take about 6 weeks for install.A week later Mr. Morris called to state that the owner was very upset with the order, that the price quoted for the custom sliding door (with interior blinds) was not quoted correctly and we needed to pay an additional $1,800. We asked Mr. Morris if he was new to the company and why the original price quoted for the door was not accurate. Mr. Morris said he has been with Window World for many years and he did not understand why the cost of the custom door was so much higher than quoted, yet there was nothing he could do about the added cost. We agreed to split the difference and pay an additional $900 for the door and Mr. Morris came out to the house on 02/19/20 to have us sign a new order and contract. He told us that the windows were in production and the door would take about 2 weeks longer.It is now 04/07/20 and we have made multiple calls to the office in Ft. Myers. The office manager consistently tells us that Mr. Morris should not have made the statements about the windows being in production or that the door would take about 2 more weeks for delivery (since 02/19/20) and she tells us that until her computer shows that the full order (windows and door) are on a truck to Ft. Myers, she cannot give us any information on a possible install date. It is now 13 weeks from the original visit from Mr. Morris (with a signed contract and deposit of $4,211). Window World has had our money for 13 weeks and we have NOTHING, not even a possible install date. We have requested that the order be cancelled, and Window World refuses to cancel the order and return our deposit of $4,211.Based upon the incredible lack of professionalism and this extremely poor sales and customer service experience with Window World, they have gone out of their way to earn this terrible review. We wish we could give then a negative star, yet 1 star is the lowest allowed.

One star is three too many! Was supposed to have windows installed two weeks ago and Window World mismeasured them and I have not been able to get them to respond at ALL! Nothing! No apology, no windows, no return of my $1,250.00 deposit. I cannot even get a response from corporate when I call or email. RUN!
