We had high hopes for the vendor, but unfortunately we were greatly disappointed. We received the door 4 weeks late with many excuses and it was greatly damaged. We received no monetary deductions or reimbursements. All was offered was a “free” install...of a damaged door. At the end of the day we gambled using this company and we lost. There are other companies that offer better steel doors and windows and we highly suggest you do your research before moving forward with a company like Cantera.
