Ray was knowledgeable and professional. Took my laptop to him because it was not updating. Apparently my C drive was just about filled to capacity because its storage space was much to small. Ray removed the old C drive and replaced it with a larger one then transferred the info. from my old C to the new one. Now my computer is working like new. Thank you Ray. I highly recommend this place.Additionally, his prices were reasonable.

Great experience. Brief synopsis bought a new pc and needed to do a data transfer from the old. Unfortunately took the machines to another place-terrible results. Took pcs to Computer Help, tech told me he would take a look and call me within 48 hrs. 2 days later he called, had a couple questions and told me my pcs would be ready the next day. As promised everything was done professionally, and on time. when I picked my machines up he went over what he did and asked if I had any further questions he could help with. If you have a computer issue I would strongly suggest taking it here!!

I work for myself. Without my computer...I am dead in the water.Last week, while typing an e-mail, my Microsoft Surface Pro died on me. I brought it over to Best Buy (Geek Squad), and was told that although the Surface was only 30 months old...it could not be fixed. I bought another computer, but the Geek Squad needed eight to ten days to do a data transfer.I simply could not be out of work for ten days waiting for a data backup to be done. I called Computer Help of SW Florida and spoke to Brandon. Although I never even heard of this place before or had any dealings with this business, Brandon took the time to listen to my blight. He got the fact that without my laptop working, I was basically out of work.Brandon asked me to bring the new laptop over and he would take a look at it. Upon arriving, Brandon immediately began to download my data from the service provider I use for just such emergencies; installed e-mail addresses and did a bunch of other things that I dont think he had to. Instead of ten days, I was back in business in two days with everything being set up and ready to go.Based on my experience with Brandon and Computer Help of SW Florida, I can wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.A big thank you to Brandon for his expertise, understanding and professionalism.

I recently brought in a laptop that needed a lot of repair to the hardware (which could have been kind of pricey). However, they found a better, more creative way to fix it and it was very affordable too. The laptop works great now with not a single issue!Thanks for the great work and a job well done!

They do a great job for a fair price. Today I am prompted to write because Andreas came over to my office and DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME when he discovered that my expensive Brother printer only a year and a half old is shot, not fixable. So nice.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience in here. I had spoken to another similar shop and while the prices were about the same the customer service of Computer Help was much better. They dont talk to you like an idiot for not knowing what the heck you are talking about (which I have no problem admitting I dont) They honed in on my exact needs, and then proceeded to go above and beyond to make it happen. The work was done in a very timely fashion and the price was better than I had thought.When I picked up my unit he showed me everything he had done and was proud of his work, as he should have been. He explained things to me in language I could understand and adjusted to my exact needs. I cant say enough good things. I am sorry to read such a negative review right above mine but you know how some people are. Chances are good it didnt happen that way or they got rid of the people responsible.Go to this place they will take care of you.

After 3 repair shops said they couldnt get my computer up and running, in a reasonable amount of time, Brandon worked his magic and had me out the door and back to work, in under an hour, and with a very reasonable charge for services. Brandon is a star!

Ive used Computer Help of SW Florida (CHSWFL) exclusively for all of my hardware and software needs in my law practice since at least July, 2000. Obviously I was very concerned when I learned that CHSWFL was being sold some 14 years into my business relationship with CHSWFL; especially with how the new owner would be able to help me with my system when the prior owner had been working hands on expanding, updating and trouble shooting the same for some 14 plus years. Well now, after having worked with the new owner, Andreas Hochhausl, for just over a year, I am happy to say with absolute certainty that Andreas acquisition of CHSWFL has taken CHSWFL to a much higher level; a level I really did not know existed for small to medium sized businesses .
