My old laptop was over 10 years old. The guys were awesome and very helpful. They suggested a new laptop Asus ROG zephryus, which I researched and agreed it would fit my gaming needs. They also helped me turn my old drive to a portable drive. I also enjoyed the aliens.

The team at Area 51 helped me after hours and were totally upfront about my situation and advised me without charging me a dime. Amazing crew.

I have had everything computer related fixed here...including a bad virus. Even Best Buy and Office Depot recommend him; thats how I found his shop. Great job, more than fair pricing, fast work, friendly customer service, cute alien theme for the shop. I would NEVER EVER go anywhere else for computer issues. Hes a life-saver!!

Despite my best efforts, I wasnt able to crack the strange booting error my laptop was experiencing. Having exhausted my options, I searched PC repair near me and the mystical Google algorithms brought me to Area 51. Like a transcendent extraterrestrial being, Shaun (the owner) remedied my issue. He is both an adept technician and an honest person. On numerous occasions, Shaun would remain after-hours to accommodate my schedule, going so far as to return from a house call on the weekend to check the status of an operating system update. His response time is essentially immediate, and he will make every effort to keep you abreast of your computers condition. For what its worth, I see no point whatsoever in taking your machine to a larger operation. Go with Area 51 and you will be beamed away to an ethereal plain of functioning computers and low prices.

Ive been an Area 51 customer since the business opened and cant say enough good things about the business and the people who work there. Ive had repairs done there and also had Area 51 build a PC for me. Simply put, everything has been top notch and Ive been proud to refer the business to friends and acquaintances.

I went into Area 51 PC looking to get my computer repaired. I walked in the store and the décor was like wow this place is amazing. It was alien themed with newspaper articles and their certifications on the wall with a nice little space ship that crash landed into their roof. The guys there are phenomenal. They contacted me and told me where they were at every step of the way and they made sure that I understood what was wrong and told me the diagnosis. Keep up the great work, I will be sending all my friends and family here for their computer repair needs.

Ive had my share of problems with my large custom built gaming PC, from operating system crashes to graphics card faults to memory failures. I heard about Area 51 PC through Google here, and they had lived up to their reputation several times over with each problem. I took my 6 year old laptop there after I attempted to fix it myself it had practically everything wrong with it. From Viruses to broken parts from my lame attempt at fixing it so I was going to leave it with Sean for parts and he said let him take a peak at it first so roughly 20 min later not only was it working again but better than ever and his fee was so low I felt obligated to tip him.Second experience:He upgraded a cheap refurbished tower I bought from tiger direct bring its parts up to the level needed for basic use and again he did right in front of me which took him all of 25 minutes. Best PC man in town

Generic chargers at best buy were $60 - the owner of area 51 just happened to have my laptops exact charger and sold it to me for $20. He really bailed me out when my charger broke

It is wonderful to find local businesses that exceed my expectations, and these guys were outstanding in every way.My computer failed to boot and there was a lot of important data that I needed to have (tax returns, quickbooks company files, legal documents, etc.). At first I took the PC to Staples and used their EasyTech services. After nearly one month, they had made absolutely no progress. Because the Staples staff seemed so unknowledgeable, I decided to try another computer repair service.Boy am I glad I gave Area 51 a try. I could instantly tell they really knew their stuff. They had the PC working like new in less than 24 hours. What a difference their expertise made. I cant even calculate how much time and money they saved me by not having to re-do my taxes, quickbooks entries, etc.I have learned my lessons. I am going to invest in data back-up services and if I ever have any more computer problems I will use the experts at Area 51 first.

I took my laptop there to be repaired, it was promised e complete the next day; it was over two weeks before I got it back. This after several unanswered phone calls. went to store only to find it closed.They to do not answer phones or return calls.
