Hello Krispy Kreme...I gave you 4 Stars for doing a great job! I wanted to give you 5 Stars that You Deserve! For a (Fabulous Job)...But I noticed a little slippage in quality control and consistency. Many Donuts Looked smaller in size. I had to eat 2/3 thirds of my donut to get to the Raspberry Jam. These things can add up to loss of Quality Control and Consistency!Which can displease your customers.Other than that your Donuts are Delicious and Yummy...😋🤗😂Douglas S.

Yum! Stopped in at 830am, no line in drive thru and the lobby was empty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a dozen mixed donuts for 12.99 and a Vanilla iced latte. The glazed donuts were hot out of the fryerMy husband thought the drink was very sweet. Probably due to the syrup that they use to make it. We will definately be back!

I didnt think there could really be a big difference between glazed doughnuts until my husband encouraged me to try Krispy Kream. We got an original glazed & chocolate glazed they were warm, light and delicious 😋

We dont have Krispy Kreme where I live and decided to try this one while in FL. First, its a popular place and can have a line, however; they move the line pretty quick. All of the donuts we ordered were fresh to the point where our box was warm. Im not a big fan of donuts in general but the pumpkin was great. My wife said the warm glazed donuts were amazing. If you want a fresh donut this is the place for you.

Growing up in a small town I didnt understand the hype over Krispy Kreme because we didnt have one. Now that I am older and my husband has introduced me to them when we travel I cant get enough! I always ask if we can stop and get a dozen glaze. They bring me to a happy place, lol. This location was very clean, the staff were nice and efficient.

Doughnuts are warm and cooked to order. Yummy. Got a couple dozen for one of my employees birthday plus for office staff.

First time here on a weekday morning & the dining area was practically empty. They explained the coffee drinks very well, although the illustrations on the walls of the differences of drinks such as lattes, mochas, etc were also very helpful. More importantly to me was how kind the employees were; I simply do not see that often here in Florida. Everyone seemed they actually wanted to be there. The place was clean except the floor was a bit sticky under our table. The parking lot was clear of debris. I do plan on returning!

Were in here in the only Donuts that I had available or blueberry and chocolate covered cream filled play Men At Work. It Is a shame that they had no glazed donut at all they told me it would take at least 2 hours for them to make some they were making chocolates going up whenever I left. If you do not have your most popular donut you need to make it first. Im very disappointed in this place we are from out of town and we have a local Krispy Kreme and they always have a great assortment of everything even when theyre running a special

I might count my calories and do pull-ups but I can not resist a fresh hot donut from Krispy Kreme! Today they are giving a free dozen in honor of their birthday and there was no way I was going to pass that up! We dawned our masks for the drive thru and drove an hour and waited 30 minutes in car line, totally worth it! I might be on a sugar high right now - I shared donuts with family and even dropped a half dozen off to the neighborhood guard shack for officers to enjoy.......lastly, the equally delicious Krispy Kreme coffee is sure kicking in, so eh, maybe I’ll clean the house?

I come from Naples because we do not have a Krispy Kreme. I have come here before and never had a problem. They have so many pictures offering things but nothing to give. My son wanted a island time they advertise but they don’t even have it. Asked for a Oreo mocha chiller they didn’t have that either than I asked for 4 raspberry filled I got two raspberry and 2 yellow filled. Wasted donuts because neither I or my husband eat them. Asked for two caramel iced coffees. Was asked if I wanted cream or sugar. I replied both and got some cream. If I could give -5 I would. I’m beyond shocked because I never had a problem but this topped it. And sad the day managers couldn’t even cover up or post signs saying we aren’t carrying anything of the items at this time....

Bathrooms were disgusting. Looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while. No hot water in faucets. Donuts are amazing.

Always loved Krispy Kreme donuts. Especially the Grazed ones are always nice and warm. I wish I can give them 5 stars but the drive thru takes forever. I waited about 35 minutes just for 6 donuts. The inside isnt even open due to Covid-19. They should hire more employees. Worst customer service.

This is the best donut shop in the us I swear! If you want a great donut shop go to this! If you want a couple levels lower just go to dunkin donuts.

(Drive Thru) Honestly they were extremely rude, it’s my friends birthday and it started to pour down in rain, we paid and got the donuts and they just decided to drop the card on the ground in the pouring rain and just closed the window abruptly. Only 11:30 and none of the donuts are fresh.

Stopped by here before heading to the airport since my home state doesnt have a Krispy Kreme. It was a little after 4 AM so things were a little slow, not a problem at all. Came here with my covid vaccine card to get my free donut. Even though it was a bit of a wait, the donut was hot and fresh. Kudos to the overnight workers here.

Love coming to Krispy Kreme on occasion, but have foundvtgecservice to be pretty slow at times. Also, they took away the 50% military/veteran discount and changed it to 10%, but it is what it is... guess the kids will have to consider someplace else on that occasional Sunday morning as long as they offer military discount as I prefer to support all local businesses that offer it anyway. At 10%, theyre officially competing with practically everyone else for breakfast.Just a reminder if you go here, have patience.

About as clean and nice as a donut place can be and they actually provide home delivery so if you dont want to risk getting COVID in order to get some donuts, this is a great option. This location is clean, orderly, the staff are polite and were wearing masks when I went to the drive through.

This place makes Dunkin Donuts look like a joke!!! Once you go here you will never ever go back to Dunkin Donuts even if they were free.

They get 3 stars for amazing doughnuts. But the wait was horrible, sat 20 minutes and the drive thru moved 2 cars. Probably wont be back even though I love the doughnuts.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. I went here, they had nothing and said it would be two hours before they even had glazed. So i came back two hours later, hoping to get an assortment, and they were even more empty than the first time. I was here on vacation and have never been so severely disappointed.

We were here tonight, and the “hot donuts” sign was on which made me and my friends drool so we went to get some donuts… we drove into the drive through and said “hello” and there was no response so we drove to the first window and there was nobody inside so we drove to the back and saw 3 employees sitting near the back entrance and we asked one gentleman if they were open and he said “systems down” and the 3 other employees just had blank stares. We didn’t get any donuts :(

Came here for the first time yesterday (10/20/18) and it was insanely busy which is to be expected. The vehicle traffic stretched around the building, onto a side street and out onto US 41. We ended up parking in a nearby closed business and walked. We still waited in line for about 45 minutes. But, I stuck it out so I could finally eat a fresh KK. I have to say, Im not a fan. I wish I was, but Im not. Just waaaay too much icing on every single donut. I cant eat that much icing.However, the coffee was good. I got the rich (dark roast) hot and was happy with that.

When the hot now sign is on, the donuts should be hot. The donuts were ok, but lets be honest. The donuts are worth $10.99 if theyre hot, not if theyre cold.

Doughnuts are never fresh I think they leave the fresh light on all the time regardless. Always out of stock for half of the selection of doughnuts.

The workers are rude and give attitude. They got my order wrong and when I brought up they made a mistake I basically got oh well from them with no effort to make it right. More worth it to go-to Bennetts or another local place thats 1000 times better

I ordered a small hot coffee with cream & sugar, with one glazed doughnut. They charged me for two doughnuts, and worst hot coffee from any chain I have ever had in my life. I dumped the coffee on the concrete and went to Dunkin’ Donuts instead.

Everytime they do a promotion, I think it takes 20 minutes or so because everytime I go and choose what I want they dont have it they only have like three options, and everytime I ask if they have anymore options they dont have anything but those options.This is a real joke....

Very poor window service. Three cars in line when I ordered. Waited at window for box of 6 donuts, but then a much longer wait for a black coffee. Why any wait for a cup of coffee? I asked the young man why it took so long for a black coffee, just a shrug. Better service elsewhere.

This location has the slowest drive-through line of any drive-through I’ve come across. Consistently slow. Slow even. Donuts get put into bags or boxes and handed to people. I’m not sure why it takes 20 minutes for three cars to move through the window.

I come from North Carolina where Krispy Kreme is the best. This Florida location, however, is the worst! They have messed up the glaze and it is way too thick!. The first time it happened I thought it was just a bad day. But when it happened again weeks later, I knew it was a bigger problem.The filled donuts have been good though.

Very average donuts. I came from a city when Krispy Kreme’s went out of business because there were so many superior Mom and Pop shops. The customer service is terrific, the wait can be exceptionally long, but for all future donut purchases, you will be far more satisfied and delighted by nearby Duck Donuts or Divine Donuts.

Usually the donuts are light fluffy and melt in your mouth but today, they werent the same.... They almost tasted old or like theyve changed the recipe. Ill have to try again in 2 weeks to see if they were just having a bad day. (I still ate em though 😋)

We ordered 2 dozen glazed. They were great. We also ordered a Special donut for Our Granddaughter paid extra for it. We were from out of town and didnt check our bag and the Special donut which was $1.99 was not in the bag. We were already miles from Krispy Kreme when we noticed it wasnt included in our order. So be sure to check your order before pulling away. They were too busy talking and not paying attention to customers orders. Sadly it was our first visit to this location and it was a disappointment.

Best glazed donuts around. They melt in your mouth!! Freshly made while you wait. Also plenty of other donut and bagel choices. Coffee, lattes fruit chillers too. Can be some wait but worth it. Sometimes have found quicker to go inside.

Ordered online and was waiting for a long line. Opened the box of 6 donuts and there were only 4 donuts in the box with the red seal on it. Thought it would be worthy for the wait but that is not how you done when it is busy. Donuts still tasted good thou.

Waited in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes only to be told they were out of strawberry creme filled because they didnt come in today. May I suggest a sign to let customers know whats not available? A little effort on your part would save your customers from wasting time in your ridiculously slow drive thru!

On November 1st at 10:40pm I had the pleasure to arrive at what the people of this community (Fort Myers) were wanting and expecting for a long time, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (Hot Now). Like every Krispy Kreme that I have encountered before, a good greeting and an awesome customer service, why not. SWFL needs some of that and of course, doughnuts.I could say, my experience was and still a 10. Lets hope and pray that awesome tradition keeps on going. Thank you staff for making me feel welcomed and loved.

You would think that the drive through would be a little faster due to them still not allowing people inside. Well that is not the case. The drive through is extremely slow! They have signs that they are hiring everywhere all the time but I don’t know if that’s the problem. Also, when I got to the window the woman was very rude and not friendly at all. I just don’t understand why they are so extremely slow every time we come here. Will not be back for awhile. I hope they get it together by then!

I absolutely love this place. There is a long wait during busy hours, but you can always go back later. I have a weekend tradition now, of taking a nice break on sundays, sipping on hot chocolate and enjoying a delicious donut. Ahhh, enjoying life and its sweet moments.

Super delicious donuts i love them, and they also have samsung pay, if you have apple pay, they could have some problems with it. But about the donuts, really sweet and delicious. I would definitely come back for more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. There were 4 cars in front of us, and the wait was so long, we decided to park and go inside. Its too bad there is not much for competition or this place would be toast. By the looks of all the other 1 star reviews and no response from management, I doubt things will change anytime soon.

Slow drive thru and okay coffee. The donuts taste great and are super soft and fluffy but not really a great deal.

We are originally from NC and we know our KK doughnuts. This store needs some quality control experts to come in. Their glaze is not the same. It is thick and does not stay on the doughnuts. The glaze on the filled doughnuts seem to be ok. What a shame. They are normally soooo good except at this store.
