Not a proper coffee shop.Baristas did not know how to steam coffee.They asked what size cortado I wanted.They also didnt know what a pour over wasThat being said, the shop is charming. The coffee bags on the walls are nice. The little brick with sitting area is so neat! The customer service was pretty good as well, with kindness towards the little baby with me, and trying their best to serve what was requested.

This is my favorite coffee shop for now. Its not crowded. Its comfortable to meet for business. And they make great coffee!

Great experience. I could not find one Cuban place to make me my coffee that day; machine was down, they dont take cc, etc but thank goodness I found The Grind. Exceptional service. Too bad I dont live here this place would be a go-to for sure. Matt rocks!!!!

Adorable coffee shop. Happy hour in afternoon. They have a large White Mocha Chocolate with 4 shots of espresso for half the price of Starbucks. My companion had a delicious egg croissant.Enjoyable place for coffee or dessert.

First time here, tranquil setting and I hate coffee but needed caffeine lol. I had a vanilla iced latte and it was perfect just the right amount of espresso. Staff very friendly and knew their way of making things to custom!:) will be back

Only about 4-6 pastries when we were there on a Saturday but BF and I both got iced coffees that were SO GOOD. Batista were energetic, kind, and knew the menu well. Lots of options I had a hard time choosing

Fresh coffee all day. Coffee from around the coffee growing world roasted and ground on the premises. Friendly professional staff that are willing to help you figure out what you might like, whether its coffee or something else. Great place to meet up for a cup.

This place always has an excellent selection of coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are very good too!

Good coffee. Would prefer pastries thawed out a bit more. Most people I know dont want them warmed up, or frozen. I understand they need to keep them fresh, but room temperatures are a favorite.

Service better than chick fil a.

We had the drip coffee, which is usually treated with disdain by most coffee shops but the one at The Grind was surprisingly good, not bitter or burned or washed out.

This place is awesome! I like the mocha. Service is top notch. They need one of these in Boston.

Had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly and eager to help us understand certain items they offered. The food ordered was simply plated, but entirely fresh ingredients, well put-together, and delicious. Nice assortment of lunch/breakfast/grab-n-go items, as well! Coffees were a good price for what you get, so no complaints! The seating areas are great, especially when you get one of the sweet little nooks. Entire place was cleanly and pleasant. Will definitely be back!

Really liked the overall cafe, felt cozy in there and had really good coffee. Food was limited and wasnt a place you could just get breakfast and sit. Definitely a grab and go place but we quite enjoyed it.

Very nice coffee house and roasting company in Fort Myers, FL. The staff is very nice. The coffee and danish are awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone, from the average person to the coffee connoisseur!

An easy location for meeting up with a friend or colleague for coffee. Free Wi-Fi and booth nooks with outlets for a laptop or phone charger. The caramel macchiato is very good. It isnt as sweet as Starbucks (which often times, I prefer) Always friendly staff.

The coffee choices were great and the coffee of the day, Brazilian bourbon was great. They do lunches and breakfast. Great staff and great prices for coffee!

Good coffee in Fort Myers is hard to come by. but these guys and gals do it right. Always smiling faces and top notch service. The fresh, hand-made breakfast sandwiches are my guilty pleasure.

Staff is not courteous at all. They treat you like youre a bother or a burden. The coffee is so-so. If you want better service, go to Starbucks. If you want better coffee, go to Dunkin.

Their Ethiopian Yirgachefee is some of the best I’ve ever had. From Hawaii to Seattle to LA to New York and across the Midwest, I frequesnt the local coffeehouses wherever I go and this is certainly in my Top 5.Great service too!

Nice to get away from Starbucks and try something different. Certainly good choices available. Only issue is that they seemed some sort of grumpy, hipster attitude. Maybe it was just a bad day.

As a visiting non-Floridian, I found that The Grind was reminiscent of mom & pop coffeeshops of home. I liked it. A chill environment that offers free wifi.Oh yes, almost forgot: there are outlets near most seats for laptops.

As a coffee shop, this place was great if not perfect: the coffee good, the seating comfortable, the restroom clean, and the prices fair. Seeing as baristas are the non-executive face of a coffee shop, however, I must deduct two stars from an otherwise perfect rating, as one of the baristas, a blonde woman in her early to mid twenties with a nose ring, was relentlessly and obviously impolite to me. Perhaps she was just having a bad day or took something that I said in a manner that was not intended. Regardless of the reason for her demeanor, my experience was made less pleasant as a result. Perhaps you, the future patron, will have a more desirable experience.

Three weeks ago, on Saturday morning, nice place, the waitress was very disrespectful, she threw the plate on the table and walk away. The waitress was a woman.
