Just like everything thats happened to society because of covic 19 ; I havent been to the mall,movie theaters only essential places work, getting fuel, and groceries.Anyways I had been checking out a pair of doc martens for awhile online.Today me and mywife went out for lunch and then decided to actually check out the Edison Mall.While we there I rembered there is a Journeys store in the mall. We walked in an immediately were greeted and helped by Jas. She brought a pair of Docs in my size and let me try them on and I walked around in them.She also helped my wife with a pair of Timberland boots. It was actually nice to try something on instead of imagining from online.And the fact that Jas made the in person experience pleasant made our trip to the mall enjoyable. Because of her we wont hesitate to go back to the mall to Journeys and actually buy the shoes we tried on. If you are looking for a pair of shoes try Journeys in the mall and ask for Jas.

This place is amazing. The store manager when above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Kudos to you and your staff.

Carry very little supplies as far as sneakers go. But I get it, its the season. Going back after new years to see what they got in

Just wanted to say that the customer service in this place sucks. i went to pay for a pair of shoes and the guy checking me out treated me like scum. he asked me debit or credit and i said credit but he put in as debit...so i put my pin number in and he said very rudely You said credit!! practically yelling at me. So I asked him why he clicked debit then? He got frustrated and said here try it again, just follow the damn steps it should be pretty simple!! no joke. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Then when the receipt wouldnt print, he started cursing. NEVER going back there. This was on 6/25/14 before noon.

Staff is horrible went to store to look for a pair of shoes for my teen my husband proceeded to sit while we looked and a sales guy asks him sir do you need help husband says no i am just waiting rep then says oh then I will need to kick you out guess where I will never spend another one of my dollars again!! Wow.. lady here called my son a she but even after correcting her continued to call him a her.. also got his shoes in womens size instead of men, I came back to switch them out and she still tried arguing with me that it was the same.. very bad experience never getting another dollar from me

Customer service by Nena was extremely professional and kind.

The manager, Bri, was so accommodating with me and my family! She offered a bunch of different options for us to try on and gave us her undivided attention!!!!

The manager is very rude, he yells at his employees in front of customers. He yells at customers, pnly good thing about it is the shoes. Wish they had a different manager.

This place really do suck bro I worked here and watched orientation video it literally says report a employee if there rude being races or anything bro one employee said she hate immigrants and all these managers cuss up the ass who is there to report to. half the female employees dress inappropriately who tf be making these people manager
