Ubelievable selection of costumes. I lost count of how many aisles of costumes there are. Childrens costumes, costumes for adults, Superfabulous costumes like the Darth Vader (pictured) or buy a few pieces and build your own costume. The staff are all fabulous, so helpful and knowlegeable about the thousands of items in the store. They offered so many suggestions, and found exactly what I needed. Truly recommend this store. OPEN ALL YEAR! 1OAM to 10PM.

I had some late Halloween shopping to do and had no clue what I was looking for. Luckily the store owner was there, Steven, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. All of his employees had excellent customer service. Whenever we needed assistance they were very helpful. I will definitely be coming back!!Also;) if you’re a dancer they give you a discount ! This place is AWESOME!!!! My husband and i wanted a matching outfit for this halloween season. For guys sizing seem a bit easier then woman. This is were the manager Peter came to the rescue for me! He showed me every outfit i was interested in and opened it up for me so i could see how it looks, how the taille/size looks. He gave me tips how to help adjusting clothes if necessary later on. He is just WONDERFUL, helpful and so friendly!! They also have A TON of choices in the shop. Anything you think of they have it! To us this is a must go to shop, not only for halloween but for all themed parties during the entire year. Hands down on this one! We will be back!

Great selection of costumes all year round for just about every holiday too. Ive gotten the usual Halloween stuff here and Christmas as well. Dressed as a Santas elf one year for an event at my job. Got the she elf costume and the glue on ears from here. Was a huge hit with the kids. Definitely check it out if your looking for something specific for any kind of dress up event or play.

2 days before Halloween and called them with question and the phone number they plaster all over the web is NOT IN SERVICE. Bad business idea to have your phones down during your busiest days of the year.

This place has a large selection of both childrens and adults costumes, available year-round. It is more pricey than the cheapest possible stuff you can find online, but still decent prices for Halloween items.Im writing a review because I went in here last Saturday, two days after Halloween, to buy some accessories for a late Halloween party my friend was throwing that night. I found good items and brought them to the front to pay. While I was paying, the employee behind the register, who was apparently a manager, got angry at an employee who had just arrived for being 3 minutes late. There was no line behind me, and the store was not busy.Management/owners should not discipline employees in front of customers, ever. It humiliates the employee and makes the customer feel uncomfortable. I left the store with a bad taste in my mouth. Wait until the customer is out the door to deal with HR issues like disciplining employees.

I LOVE that this place is open year round and not just during Halloween season. We did spirit week and needed something for decade day. My daughter LOVES their selection! :)

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve shopped here for years. I drove through an hour of traffic from my house today to get to this store to buy costumes for my family. By the time we got there my husband and I needed to use the restroom. There was a line. We waited... he finally got to go and came out and told me there was no toilet paper or soap. I sighed as I had already waited almost 10 minutes and really had to go. I started to look around and some girl walked up from behind me and started berating me and rolling her eyes. I was appalled. I walked up to the front to let the man behind the counter know what happened. He was shoveling candy in his mouth and rolling his eyes at me. He called the next customer up while I was trying to talk with him. I’m a customer service manager for a huge, very well known company. I would never fathom treating a customer the way they acted. I will never spend a single cent there again. Their stuff is extremely overpriced anyway. Better off buying online - not worth dealing with their atrocious attitudes.

The store is stocked with everything you need for Halloween! Clean and organized! The manager is very helpful too. Prices are average for a specialty store. Cheaper than Spirit Halloween stores! We love this place!

This place is AMAZING! I went into the store to purchase a Halloween costume for a patient that will be spending Halloween in the hospital. I was unsure of what to purchase and the clerk jumped in to help me. Once we found the perfect costume, he helped me with all of the accessories. We had a great time finding additional fun items to make a little girls day special under the circumstances. When I went to check out, he informed me that he was the owner and that everything was on him! He even gave her the first handful of candy. I must say, I started to cry because I was so touched that there really are wonderful people out there! Please support this store and great people that work there! Thank you again Stephen and you can be sure I will also pay it forward in your honor.

Great Selection and friendly, helpful staff. I had an issue with my sons costume and even though most stores have a no return or exchanges policy they allowed me to swap out for a smaller size. Friendly staff and very helpful. I will no longer go to the pop up stores for our costume needs.

The sweetest and kindest shop lady helped me today—went in to pick up some fun wigs for a friend starting chemo—and the lady was super nice and patient with my distracted choosing (the selection of wigs is huge!)... our first grader was looking at costumes for Halloween too— this was only my second time in this shop but it won’t be my last—deeply appreciate the service, variety of products, staff patience and generosity ...

Love that the store is open year round so you can get everything from a cheap mask to a high end, head to toe costume with every accessory you could want! Definitely no pop up shop here!

By far the best Halloween store in town... Steve the owner is amazing he knew where everything was and is I asked him a question and was able to answer in know time my and my wife went for two different events and was able to get everything for a great price... Recommend the store and Steve to anybody

Went here for a Halloween costume for a party. They had a nice selection of adult costumes and tons of stuff for the kids!

They are a great source as they are open year round compared to only the seasonal stores. Every time I go I get exceptional customer service from Jaz and the staff. Amazing selection of costumes also! :) Thank you guys since day 1!

They have an amazing selection there! It has to be the best Halloween shop in town! Youll find everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you need to complete your costume or house decorating. They even have adorable costumes for dogs!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately the Store Manager ( owner? ) named Steve does NOT value his community base and frequent shoppers. I am a mother of two who are in there teens have been a teacher (many Halloween outfits), Girl Scout leader (Halloween parties) and have shopped there for several years. Although other pop up Halloween stores surfaced, with sometimes better deals we still shopped with them.One of those costumes was a Halo outfit purchased two years ago. My son settled on a cheaper less impressive Halo helmet as its Deluxe version is a hot item, was thrilled last Saturday when we stopped by and on hand was 1, quantity 1 of these helmets in stock. We purchased this item, went home and realized my son had grown out of his bodysuit. We called and the store was out of stock on the bodysuit to replace. Offered to look into a possible credit if I bought there version, same version that I found online for $255, for $550.Although it hadnt been 24 hours, and never having any need to return or rethink a costume, in my many attempts to find a happy medium. Steve wasnt remotely interested in helping us with a possible store credit that the companys corporate office suggested as a way to address the situation. Halloween Mega stores are PRIVATELY owned and each store has the ability to create there own customer satisfaction repor. Steve had the ability to make things right, and defiantly chose not to.

Everything in this store is amazing, from the customer service I recieved to the huge stock of inventory. It was mind blowing. I recommend this store to anyone that needs anything. They had so much random stuff to go along with my costume.

We couldnt believe that this store existed & was open in July. This store has darn near everything. The most stuff Ive seen in person. Very fun to look around, see & feel. Prices were at standard retail.

Went here for the first time and they were very overpriced, I wish I bought online instead. All of the costumes were pretty unorganized as well, it was hard to find what I was looking for.

The owner is rude and yells at the customers. The owner was so rude to me because he saw me checking the price of a similar item on line. Why was he even looking over my shoulder at my phone anyway. I have the right to price check items without being yelled at and shamed in front of a store full of people. I have shopped there for years regardless of the season, but never again!

Selection was really good on costumes. We were looking for decorations but they didnt have much.

Everything was great until I paid, then as I paused to pick up my toddler to leave the cashier said so....are you leaving or what?. My six year old son heard it too, and was upset someone talked to his mother that way. While this made a great lesson on how NOT to treat people, it is totally unacceptable customer service...especially after spending my money on overpriced costumes.

I’m a huge halloween lover and the thought of an all year halloween store is awesome to me. but unfortunately that comes with the rudest employees i’ve ever experienced . it’s like they wake up every day mad and wanting to take it out on their customers. i’ll never go back in there . i will add there’s a very nice lady that works there but on 2 different occasions the men employees act superior and like they are above your questions orconcerns

They dont accept returns but fail to let you know that when you are checking out. So make sure your 100% sure before spending an outrageous amount of money on a costume that isnt even worth what they sell it for.

Very rude staff. My husband and I were discussing going to another costume store before deciding where to purchase our Halloween costumes. An employee overheard our conversation and felt it was appropriate to berate me for mentioning a competitor and harass us by going on at length about how terrible the other store is. A couple of other employees started chiming in from the aisles around us to back him up. I have social anxiety and had no idea how to react (beyond panic) to suddenly being verbally attacked like this, as nothing like this had ever happened to me before. We left immediately and will never be back. Absolutely awful experience that completely ruined what should have been a fun day of costume shopping.

We shot a pilot here for a show that never got picked for air, that said the staff and manager were super helpful and accompaining! I dont normally do Halloween or parties, but they got my business in the future if I do.

Typical mega costume shop... All the costumes, all the props, makeup masks that you find on line.I did however find the staff head that I want to try for the Pyrate Inquisition. Definitely big box merch but something for everyone.

The staff was exceptionally rude the gentleman I was trying to ask questions to with too busy chasing a little girl that apparently he was trying to flirt with and the young lady at the front register never made a smile never asked me how I was doing never asked if I got everything I needed tell me my total and that was it exceptionally Road

This store is great for finding what you need, especially because of the large size of the store and the great variety. But be careful of spending too much buying things that you didnt come to buy; the shop keepers can be very persuasive.

They were displaying giant Trump 2020 banners for sale at the very front of the store just before Halloween. No thanks! Walked out and purchased my costume elsewhere.

Avoid this place. We bought a wig amongst other items. Paid and then realized the wig wouldnt fit our son and asked to cancel that purchase the clerk was rude and said No Returns with a smirk. If you treat people rudely you wont get return business. I guess they didnt learn that in business 101. But hey there was a small sign there and technically we finished the transaction so shame on us, but really is it a return if we bought it one minute prior. Buyer beware.

Thought the store was pretty great until I dealt with its employees. I was asked by one particular employee if I needed help finding anything and told her I was just browsing for props for a photoshoot. After that it seemed like every time I turned the corner of an isle she was standing there and kept giving me a nasty look and asked multiple times if Im good with a dirty look and a sarcastic thumbs up. Even though I told her I did not need help I was just browsing which apparently you cannot do in this store. I finally did have a question about costume contact lenses as I have a Halloween photography project and thought it would be a neat addition to my models costume. She rudely informed me that laws have changed about selling costume contact lenses due to health risks. I did not know this obviously or I wouldnt have asked in the first place. She then went on about me seeing my eye doctor for prescription lenses. I informed her the contacts were not for me, but for the model I was photographing and she replied very rudely Oh so your going to screw up someone elses eyes great! After that comment I proceeded to make my leave after being treated so rudely the entire time I was in the store by this particular employee.If you need Halloween costumes or decorations definitely go to Party City or shop online youll be treated much nicer and get better prices.

Bought my son a costume here that was overpriced. Tried to exchange an hour later because it was way too big. No exchanges under any circumstances. Be certain before you make a purchase here. 50 dollars down the drain. Party City across the street allows refunds until October 23 and exchanges after that date.

My 5 year old daughter did extra chores to save up for 3 weeks to buy a rapunzel wig. (I wasnt going to spend 25$ on fake hair) The box was sealed with tape. When we got home, the wig was horrible. I tried to take it back the next day with the receipt and showed them the holes and gaps. They said they werent responsible for the quality of their merchandise...they just sell it. I talked to the corporate office and they gave me the same story. When I said that I was going to tell my friends about my experience and write a poor review, they claimed it was extortion and hung up....that pretty much sums up their customer service!!!!

There are so many things in this store, the whole store has items in walls, roof, everywhere. I think the costumes are a bit expensive if I compare with amazon or other places, but you can find anything you need in one place, for parties of for Halloween of course.
