Wow! Highly impressed with this management and tram overall! Jim is attentive and in it with his people 100%! The casheirs were raving about him and how wonderful it is to work for him. I had an issue and explained my case to him and although it was a struggle, he handled it and took care of me. I am grateful to see there are still quality leaders in retail environments!! This store is well stocked and well merchandised! If anyone is looking for wirh, Id go there! Hes a great leader and the store team is upbeat.

Tons of loitering outside of this store each time Ive visited including an older Asian gentleman playing an instrument for money and people selling what appears to be pies.Inside the store is just as chaotic. The checkout line is always a mile long despite most of the registers being open.That said, good deals on home goods can definitely be found here.

Normally I come to buy from this store from dress or casual clothes to home decor, today my husband saw boots that were worth $ 99.99 and we were going to buy them when by chance we see the same with a sign that put $ 44.99, as any other customer always want a better price on the product, I went to pay everything I had chosen an amount of almost $ 400 between clothes and decoration for the house I tell the cashier what happens with the boots and can not do anything, I understand her and ask to speak with the store manager. He insists me again and again that I have to pay $ 99 for some boots that are worth in that same store. $ 44.99 tells me they are worth more because they just brought her and I said “if a boots are next to the others and he said yes maan but I can not do anything and that bothered me since I took several equal with that price and did not want to leave me at that price I said you prefer lose a customer ”ye He replied “its your decision” my decision was to leave without buying anything more than some toys that my children had already opened if I didnt even buy them because it is a small hoax to see the same boot with the same color same materials paying $ 40 more expensive for a size difference, maybe they need to put a manager who knows how to keep the customer happy and not lose that kind of buy to the company.Anyway false advertising

This place is good for men, boys, and little girls. Hit or miss for a woman that is small framed. the prices are great though when you do find what you are looking for. We like to get our kids dress clothes here.

The people who work here are so rude. And the manager desperately need to take a course of costumer service. I dont think they doing his job .been a gm is not only sales! Sales! For a place called Burlington COAT Factory, this place has literally 3 coats. In a place that rains at least 6 months out of the year and during rainy season, youd think theyd have a few more coats. 😒

Buyer beware. Very dissatisfied with the customer service from this company. I purchased luggage on 7/27/15 for a trip I was going on. When I bag is packed with clothes and being pulled on its wheels it was dragging on the ground a little bit. I did not notice it until it was too late. I used it for one trip. When I tried to bring back to the store a WEEK later to exchange it I was told by the manager that it looks like you cut it! Then they just tell you to call customer service who then tells you to call the store and now they tell me to call the manufacturer. If you ever have an issue with anything you purchase from this company you are probably out of luck. What reason would I have to cut the bag? I wasnt trying to get my money back even - just an exchange as I believe I am entitled to because the product I purchased was defective and did not last one trip from baggage claim to my car without falling apart! I would have put zero stars if I could.Update on review. I changed the review to 3 stars because the regional manager Alex contacted me and was very professional and allowed an exchange. When I arrived at the store to choose a replacement they did not have anything similar or that would work for my needs. One of the managers Helen was very nice and allowed a return. In the end I am satisfied.

Shopped around for about an hour looking for lingerie sets as it was very disorganized. When I finally found a few I wanted to try, (they were 2 piece sets with top/bra and panties) I took them to the fitting room where the lady rudely told me I couldnt try on any of the items that had panties. I told her obviously thats gross and I only wanted to try the top part, bra/night gown. Then she said I still couldnt even if we left the panty piece with her. I couldnt take any of my items back in fitting room as they were all two pieces. There for, I walked out with nothing and wasted my time. NEVER AGAIN.

It was a bit messy and disorganized but my wife was able to find a good deal on the kids jackets so no need to fuss here...

Its absolutely ridiculous that they dont let you know until you get to the cash register that they are only taking cash. With four people standing around talking, one of them could have been telling people when they walked in. Or put a sign on the front door

I bought a coat gloves and hat from this company as a gift to someone... The gift did not work out, and I live in Florida... What am I going to do with winter wear in Florida ? I took it back a week later, and first it was because of no tags.. Then I went back in, and complained more,.. This time it was because it appeared worn because of dog hair. I have a dog, my dog sheds, whose dog does not shed? I put an item in my car and it is covered in dog hair.. Any other company would return this without making a big deal about it. And to top it off the worker cussed me out. And when I showed her the employee who said I could return it he denied it and said that he never said that.

This store is HUGE! The store is very clean and organized! Those who complain that the store isnt organized have never been to a East Coast FL Burlington... They are a nightmare that are to be avoided at all costs! This one is great! My gf even suggested that we make the drive from Ft. Lauderdale just to come back to this location...

Everything is a little crowded & doesnt seem to have a place. I always have trouble finding what Im looking for. While me & my husband were shopping for baby items, the employee kept walking away as we asked questions. He wasnt helpful at all! However the cashiers up front are always great!

They have a lot of coats available at different prices which is nice. However, it attracts A LOT of ghetto people for some reason which really sucks. Because when you are trying to shop there are a lot of ghetto kids running around the store messing with stuff.

This place sucks I went there to buy a pair of jeans and when I wore them they ripped in the back then I talked to the manager and they wouldnt exchange them at all! then I bought a second pair and a week later they ripped in the same spot those jeans werent tight on me and they were my size and they still ripped! i wasted 60 dollars for both jeans Im never going to buy anything here again this store sucks I rather go to goodwill and buy my jeans, DO NOT buy any jeans here, save your money and go to any other place that sell jeans trust me.

My daughter and i went to start a baby registry . it was very confusing we tried to scan the upc codes and were not having any luck an associate told us to manually type the numbers that did not work we finally had another associate tell us to scan a different bar code it was really annoying they have an entire section for babies and registering you would think they would train the staff to escort and show the proper way to do this besides the fact that walking around the store it is trashed

Burlington is one of the many chains that mostly offer reduced branded goods from the previous season.Jewelry, clothing and shoes, a few household goods, home textiles, decorations, accessories, baby items ...Mostly they are only single items, unfortunately in between also those that have a quirk, so be careful.When it comes to clothing, there are also many articles only in one or a few sizes.The shop appears clear, clean and you can make really good bargains.But the illusion of clarity is wrong with the huge range of clothing. Here you can sometimes not see the forest for the trees and have to search for a long time until you find the right clothes rail with the size you are looking for.My favorite here is not the clothes, but the pictures, house attorneys and bedding and the decoration department.Employees are more or less motivated.You cannot take shopping trolleys with you.

Good business, similar to Beals, Marshall s, or Jo Anne. Very large shop with a lot of choice, reasonably well sorted, which is not always easy with this amount. There is everything here, really everything to wear. Easy parking, reasonable prices.

We were here for the first time at Burlington and found the great range of apparel to be outstanding. Although the Great Hall has gotten a bit old in the years but then compensated but the variety and amount of clothing, etc. There were also many special offers, but many were also a bit hidden and not to see the same. You should take your time when you come here and take a close look, its definitely worth it. Branded goods can also be purchased extremely cheaply. With the staff we were also very satisfied, all were very friendly and helpful. If you do not find anything here you have done something wrong or it was missing the shopping pleasure :-)
