We chose to purchase carpet from Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug after meeting with Rick a few times. He is very knowledgeable and patient with us during the selection process. Once we were ready for the installation, it was easy to get scheduled and the installation went smoothly. We are going back to Bendele Abbey very soon to look at their large selection of area rugs.

We went today to pick our flooring and carpet. Earl was most helpful and had pre measured our rooms. He was very informative on the products and had many helpful suggestions.

Wow!!! They did an amazing job and the deals are phenomenal. Rick Gerstein was wonderful to work with, and the installer, Jay, displayed excellent and timely craftsmanship. If I had known it would be this painless, I would have had my flooring done sooner!

I was expecting a visit at 2pm on Monday to finish the molding but to no surprise it was a no-show. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism we were expecting. We heard that Abbey Carpet was a reputable company and that is why we selected the affiliation with your store.From day one our order was mixed up on your end and our install date was pushed back a week, then your 3rd party installers show up on Saturday and said they would have to come back due to another customer being pushed back. My wife, who was very upset called the store to complain and they were able to get 95% of it complete and they personally told me they would be back the next week to finish up the trim. Naturally, the installers never showed up or called. We had to contact this store as usual to figure out what was happening. Our installation is not complete and at this point dont want to mess with it any longer.A rep from the store came to our house and supposedly color matched the remaining part of our job and set an appt. with my wife for the installers to come back at 2pm on Monday. I sat here waiting...but no show.I manage over 345 sales people in my line of work across the globe and always hammer it in that the Sales manager is the account manager from start to finish and that leads to referrals which leads to growth. It is apparent that simple rule doesnt apply here. No reply necessary and we will learn and move on.Thank you

We just had new wood floors done by Bendeles. Everything went really well. Our salesperson was Earl, and he really helped us pick the right floor. We were so confused, but he helped us pick the right type and color.The installers came on time, and worked hard until they were done. I was a little concerned the second day, because they were late, but they called, to let me know they were on the way. Ernesto and his partners all did a very good job. We are very happy overall with how this went.

We spent many thousands having them put in hardwood floors, and they used cheap a$$ quarter round that fell off. The salesmans name was Earl Smith. Wow what BS.

Very rude sales person on phone. They tell you have to come into the sales room to get an estimate. Their vehicles are too small to hold any samples.
