We went crazy in this place and got one of almost everything because it all looked good. It all tasted wonderful. We had small cakes bread pudding, truffles (15 different flavors) and 2 different coffees all 150% amazingly good. I actually want that bread pudding every night for dessert :)

This was my first visit to the Norman Love home base, and it was to attend a class for making truffles.It was so much more than a class, it was an experience. Dan was our expert in all things chocolate. He led us through the process of the truffles, shared his knowledge of chocolate making and his enthusiasm of working with Norman Love. This was thoroughly enjoyable, and I will return for another class in a heartbeat!

The best chocolate in Florida! Even though they have been around for years now, the chocolate and pastries remain amazing. It has become a bit of a tradition to get a box or cake from them at least once a year (sometimes more). If you get a chance, stop in to see the factory and sample the chocolate, you will not be disappointed!

This place turns chocolate into works of art. They have dozens of flavors and let you create a custom box. There is also a crepe station and a Gelato case. Everything is made by hand in this store. We got lucky the day we went. The door was broken and we got to walk through the factory!

The store is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We bought some gifts for friends back home so didn’t get to try them. I would have bought more if I’d been able to try even one. Hope they’re as good as I’ve heard!

Amazing designs of chocolates, hard to decide whether to eat or adore. Presentation, packaging and descriptions is really good . But you pay for everything, chocolates are expensive $$$$. In end I payed almost $100 for two boxes.

Oh my gosh! Havent been to Norman Love in ages. When in the area today, did a U-turn. Picked out a few chocolates, a couple beautiful desserts, a pastry, and, of course, gelato. We will be fighting over the treats for the next few days! But the gelato is mine! One of the flavors- Blood Orange- is sheer summer bliss! Must try this one with the tang of the citrus in gelato form. Of course, the staff is as pleasant and helpful as always. 😊

The selection of gourmet chocolate is unlike anything I have ever seen. They are amazing. The staff is very friendly too. Little expensive, but it is about what youd expect from a place with such high end chocolate. The Gelato was really good as well. Worth a try!

Normally I love love love the dark chocolate collection box but it was disappointing today. The country sources have changed a bit and was not as good. That bitter taste you expect from 70-95% cocoa was not there. They all tasted like flavored milk chocolate. Still tasted good but did not taste like gourmet dark chocolate

This place could never disappoint me. Roast beef and cheddar crepe, amazing. Peanut butter cookie, incredible. And of course the selection of chocolates were delicious. The lemon gelato was absolutely to die for, so light and creamy and fresh.

This has been my favorite chocolate place since childhood. It may be a bit pricey, but its so worth it. Everything is so beautiful, you almost dont want to eat it, but once you do, you cant stop. Anyone with a few minutes and some money to spare should definitely drop by and try some. My personal favorite are their key lime shells.

The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because its very expensive. You basically get what you pay for, but its definitely a luxury, not an all the time treat.

Norman Love provided the desserts for our wedding and they were delicious! We’d decided we didn’t want to serve cake, because, well, we like other things more than cake. And after having their brownies, cookies and key lime tarts, I am thrilled with our decision. They were also able to provide a gluten free option for some of our guests with food allergies. We’d like to make a special mention of Rachel Murray at Norman Love with whom we communicated by email. She was amazingly helpful in arranging our ideal spread of desserts, and was always incredibly thorough and prompt (more so than us even) at answering our questions and figuring out what would work for us. And we were able to pick everything up at the store near us and it was all fresh and ready to go. Very happy with our experience.

I didn’t start with your flag ship store but I drive by it all the time. There’s always a few cars parked out which is a good sign it’s a nice place. Excellent quality chocolates. Their gelato is great as well. Every chocolate I’ve tried has been well done and delicious. I think all of the flavors are excellent and it’s really a matter of personal preference.Pricing is a bit on the high side, however. Boxes are around $2 per piece and each piece is fairly small. It’s probably worth it but I’d try more flavors if it was cheaper.

This place is always spotless clean. The flavors are always vibrant & Incredibly tasty. The customer service second to none. It might be a little bit out of the way but the flavor and the customer service its well worth it

Fantastic chocolates & gelato. Coffee is okay. Chocolate is very smooth and melts instantly in your mouth. Flavor of the month chocolate is fun to try. Price is very high. Expect to spend a lot here.

The best chocolate here! Very decorative and of high quality. This is the perfect place to get gifts for friends and family, and especially for significant others. Also great for treating yourself :) Only issue is that there is usually a wait around holidays, but it isnt too bad.

I dare you to go in there and not purchase something. All the chocolates look so spectacular. They recently expanded they have more sitting room and ice cream. Its a nice experience. They have huge chocolate covered strawberries. When I was there for Valentines day I saw a dark chocolate package. I might have to get that next time.

I get its the holidays and this place gets busy because of how popular their chocolate is but being nice and smiling goes along way...just felt like another number here. I prefer the Mira mar location the staff are always friendly to me. The prices of product should be a little cheaper however their quality is on point.
