Great Place for the students to have lunch at!! Always a friendly staff!!Only that weirds me out is these two.. i guess customers, that will stand at the counter and stare at the ladies working. Im not the kind of person to say anything to them but it would make me feel uncomfortable. BUT other than that i would definitely recommend this place.

My coffee was too sweet and they made it again for me when I asked!!!

I really do enjoy the coffee at Einstein Bros. In my opinion, Einstein has the best coffee, thanks to Caribou, but at this particular location Ive been repeatedly getting medium sized drinks instead of the large I always order lately and its been very inconvenient to have to address the issue the multiple times its now happened. I dont mind having to correct it every once in a while, but its now happening more often and I just dont want to bother paying the extra money and hope I get the size I ordered.

Great location and feel. The customer service is not on par. But if you dont care about attitude the food and coffee are great!

Full stars awarded just for the quickness of staff and actually having bagels - when other local places dont care about making more as-needed.

This particular store is awful. They messed up my sandwich twice! Not even slightly apologetic, I finally gave up and left and went somewhere else to eat.

The supposed very young manager is so detrimental to business. He could not figure out how to process an e-gift card resulting in this customer walking out and not coming back.

The employees make this place awesome. Without the friendly smiles i get walking in, id go elsewhere.
