Advance auto parts is a very good store. Except they hardly have the tire shine I love.

The associates have by and large been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond. If I know what Im looking for and theyre not really busy, they usually run and grab it for me. If Im just in to look around, theyre helpful and professional without bothering me all the time or hovering. Thank you!

The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. If they dont have the parts you need, they can get it from the nearby store or have them ordered.On my most recent visit, they unfortunately didnt have parts that I needed. However, the person helping me said they could order them and they would be there in just a few days.At the time, I thought I could likely find them somewhere else. Its been a few days now and I still havent gotten around to trying to find those parts... I should have just ordered them while I was there and my van would likely be fixed by now.

We needed a car battery the young lady was supper helpful. In and out in 15 minutes . Even took the battery to the car for us. Military discount and everything.

The worst service I’ve gotten in a long time. Very unfriendly STORE MANAGER that doesn’t try to understand what you need (although I had the faulty part my hand and showed it to her multiple times), but gets stubborn and angry when you point out that what she’s showing you has nothing to do with what you actually need. Doesn’t know the difference between a bolt and a stud. Continues to get angry and throws a measuring tape at you to measure your own appropriate length, only thing, she doesn’t know the difference between metric and imperial units or the difference between length and thread size. How do you work at an auto parts store, much less run it as a manger without knowing these things? Or treating your customers with respect and providing them with actual customer service? Just ridiculous.

Needed new wiper blades. Was greeted by a friendly lady named Lorraine. She was so polite and courteous to everyone who walked in the door. She guided me through purchase (with rebate info) and had my new wipers installed in about 2 minutes. So nice to be treated courteously and with a smile!!

I came in for a specific type of auto paint for a spray gun, they did not have what I needed so I returned to my company truck without purchasing anything. One of the employees came out of the store taking pictures of my truck so I came back in and asked why he was doing that and he proceeded to tell me that I had a guilty conscience and that he thought I was stealing.... I have never been treated so poorly at an advanced auto parts in my life i used to be a return customer but now I will never shop at advanced auto parts again thanks to these clowns.

My battery died this morning, and after a Good Samaritan jumped me off I went to this advanced auto store. I told the person my battery died I need a new one, they said well lets test it first. They could have just sold me a battery, but instead wanted to test to make sure. She was very informative and friendly. The man who installed the battery was also informative and made sure everything was installed correctly and running smoothly. I will go out of my way to go to this advanced auto store because they did the job meticulously.

Bought a battery for my car. Female salesperson could not put battery in the car. Another employee was able to get it in the vehicle properly. Costs $170

Great customer service. Lorraine and the young man that worked with her on July 4th were very helpful and knowledgeable. The young man even offered to help with putting the license plate bulb in! Great customer service!!!

I could tell I was frustrating the man with my brake light issues but he powered through it and helped me out. It was my own fault. I shorted the bulbs myself. We replaced the bulbs and he checked everything was good.

Ordered a battery online and after 10 min went to store to pick up. The guy was ready with battery and core on the cart. Excellent service. Cheaper than most places.

I have this store, most unfriendly staff, one time they refused to take a $100 when I was buying $35+ worth if products. I bought a battery here and a year later it failed, I didnt keep receipt and they never registered it under my phone number. It is the most useless Advanced Auto in Lee county, stay away.

Ive been working on cars for over 15 yr and i have never had a problem, I can honest say this is the one of the worst experience Ive ever had . Bad attitude and very unprofessional Nicole was very confrontational at this location .they sold me any unsealed item but wont let me return it.number one rule with this company dont buy anything unsealed. stay away

Love that they put my purchase wipers on for free. Better wipers for less than the dealership.

The store was as expected as far as merchandise, although it was messy. It seemed like there had been a mad rush and no one straightened up the store afterwards. Maybe thats to be expected on a Saturday afternoon. When I went in there was only one employee present and he spent more than 18 minutes with one customer at the counter. The customer was thinking about which part he needed, just standing there in silence. In reality, he had no idea what he needed and the employee didnt have the skills to ask the gentleman to step aside while he was thinking so that he could wait on the 8 or 9 people in line trying to make purchases. I just walked out without making my $650 purchase. I went to Pep Boys in Ft Myers where they actually want to serve paying customers.
