My 2008 hard top convertible went down fine but couldnt come up without manual help. Weve taken it to 2 other places then was told to try Custom Car Tops. It needed new hydraulics they put them in and it worked fine a couple days took it back since it has 2 year guarantee and they were very concerned that it wasnt working. It needed lines blown out and more fluid in. I will find out Tuesday if it works. Very nice people to work with. I feel confident it will be in working condition when I get it. Confidence is going down its been another week!! Well now they say a new motor for the top. Another 1600.00 ugh this car is nice but getting to much money entailed. Going tomorrow to talk more about repair.

Terrible customer service! This guy was so rude. He changed the price 3x. Then I arrived to get a service done that was supposed to take a half hour and was told it will be 2 to 3 hours! I sat for 45 minutes in my car watching him eat and remodel his office. I told him I had no other choice but to wait. He acknowledged me sitting in my car in the heat waiting. He was on his phone walking around. My last visit I went in for a 5 minute callibration, which the last 8 i had took 5 minutes at a different location, and i sat there for over an hour. There was absolutely no reason for this. He was walking around eating tha time to. I ended up leaving after an hour and went to affordable auto performance who had it done in 20 minutes and charged me less than half of what he was charging! Custom car tops is the worst! They need to learn manners, good customer service and common decency! Very unhappy with them

My Rv was at a me hanic shop getting service work done. The colonial tow truck operator who was dropping off a pickup truck missed the drop off point by about 25 feet and backed into my rv putting a large hole in the rear corner with the slide bed. They offered to repair the damage at their body shop. We took it there for the work. It was terrible. The fiberglass was put on so the patch was very obvious. The paint match isnt close and there is a primer ring around the outside. They also got resin all over the tail light lense. After they had a complete meltdown on why i was unhappy they agreed to fix it a second time. It looks like it sat in the parkinglot and had nothing done. Definitely a wasted 4 weeks for a repair that is not acceptable on any level.

I came in with the check engine light problem. I had already been to another mechanic and they gave me a list of what they thought was wrong with my car. Coming to this mechanic, they gave me a totally different list of what was wrong with my car. I trusted them to repair my car. Within a month the check engine light came back on. I went to the 1/3 mechanic and they can hurt. The problem was the same as the original person. Clearly custom Kars did not know what they were doing. They socked me for a bunch of repairs I didnt need. I will never return to their establishment again. I wouldnt even give them the one star if I could.

Dont bother getting a quote. This place is terrible since the new owners. Never go here. If I could give them negative stars I would. If you dont pay what they want, they will charge you a daily storage fee until you do. So you have to pay and get it out of there. Bad people. This is my personal opinion. Never go here.

They did a great job on the upholstery of my Ford F150. Very reasonably priced as well.The upholstery rated 5 stars.I returned to have my truck painted.I had to bring it back twice as the rubber on the left of the windshield was pieced together, falling off & leaking water into the cab. This is all documented with pictures & a letter which were sent to the owner via certified mail requesting justice. He was kind & caring & even provided a rental car for me.After bringing it back twice, its still leaking.Since then, the roof of the cab has started rusting through the paint. It wasnt prepped properly, the layer of silicone the painting technician used to hide the fact that he did not correct his mistakes has worn away.The individual hired by the owner who is responsible for painting my truck only sprayed heavily over the problem, never corrected it as it showed up again a year later. Now I have a much worse problem dealing with rust that has been building up beneath the paint, bubbling up through the surface.The paint tech had TWO opportunities to correct all of his mistakes since the original painting. He was dishonest & devoid of any work ethic. I am out a lot of money. Extremely disappointing......

Bad intoxalock installation. My car would consistently die even after walking in to eat and coming back out. I took my car to another place and they told me they installed in to my starter, which is what caused the power drainage let alone constant strain on the starter on my German car that is no cheap fix on anything. Thanks guys 👍🏻

Pedro and David were awesome! I needed a tow and they showed up within minutes. They were super friendly and made a bad day laughable. Hopefully I wont need a tow again for a long time, but if I do I will call them!!

I am so dissapointed with this towing company i called them was broken down on i75 looking for a tow from back to lehigh spoke to eddy the dispatcher he told me to call down town towing then i spoke to the owner he said why did eddie tell u to call down town and i said can u do the tow and they said 175$ on credit card when i said i have cash for them i cant believe these new owners😡

My mom’s car was backed into requiring repairs. Because the other driver was at fault another insurance company was involved. Mike and Gloria spent a lot of time working with them to get everything needed to do the repairs and went out of their way to straighten out other issue through the repair process. Her car looks like new and she is extremely pleased with the result.

Accommodating, had a appointment time. Got right to it and finished the job correctly at a fair price.

The business is still new and the overall function of the company is slightly disorganized. Other than that the cost is acceptable.
