**Beware** This is “not” a Toyota dealership. This is an “auto nation” dealership who just happens to service Toyota vehicles. That’s exactly what my service provider told me.I already know the dealership is going to talk back to me and tell me they offered to call and have my truck serviced, but no thanks. Here’s the deal. I own a Tundra. I paid for both a service contract and an extended warranty. When I arrived my service adviser told me it was going to be $75 for the oil change and $29 for the tire rotation. I told her I had a service contract and she immediately snapped back at me and said “which contract?” I told her I was not aware but it was through Toyota. She said “this isn’t Toyota, this is Auto Nation.”So, ultimately she made a couple of calls to Toyota but they were not open until 8 am. (My service was at 7:15). She said you’re going to have to wait. So, another gentleman arrived and told me that because I bought my truck in Texas, that every dealer will have to call and get authorization for service under their contract. What??? I’ve been to 4 different dealers in 3 other states and EVERY dealer has pulled up my truck info and saw the service and maintenance contracts and had NO problem taking care of my truck.I ONLY have my truck serviced at Toyota dealers…just not this one.

TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!!The truck service section stands around and talks rather than doing the work. I saw it for myself! Truck sat for 1 1/2 days at their service center and all they did was put roof racks on the top. Had to take back a second time and again it sat for another 1 1/2 days and all they did was put an exhaust tip on and replaced 1 speaker. The communication is horrible amongst the employees and the accessory manager is never there. I highly recommend going to another dealership.

I was just there this weekend, to get the ac looked at cause it was warm. Long story short Mechanic says there is absolutely nothing wrong with it I recharged it for you and it’s coming out ice cold. $200 later I leave and lo and behold no ac. I couldn’t even go back in because they were just about to close. My fault I guess should’ve gone to a shop that specializes on Ac. Overpriced & not worth your time go to a local shop. Where they’ll actually take their time.

When I was on the hunt for a car because I got into a car accident at the beginning of February, my first place was this dealership because a friend told me to go check it out! When I made the appointment i didnt know it was for the new car side because I know I NEVER get approved for a new car but my salesman, Alex and his manager was the best of the best! They literally did everything they could and got me approved for a BRAND NEW Toyota Corolla 2021 and fit within my budget! I would definitely recommend to a friend! I am really thankful that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations and couldnt feel more blessed!!

Beware of this place. This service center did not take responsibility for causing a tire to fly off my elderly fathers truck while on the interstate. A third party professional mechanic confirmed the other three tires all had loose lug nuts. This happened within 6 weeks of a tire rotation. This is a short amount of time considering this is not my fathers daily driver. I am extremely disappointed in Toyota and more specifically this dealership service center. Their negligence couldve hurt someone. Unfortunately there is not much recourse when they flat out tell you they are not going to cover this. After our family being loyal Toyota customers for YEARS, you better believe we never want to deal with another Toyota ever again.

Where to start..... appt is at 1:00.... for oil change and another recall. Arrived at 12:45 only to see my vehicle still in parking lot at 3:30... not even started yet.... when you call service dept and ask them whats going on they hang up, so service dept doesnt even deserve the one star because they didnt do anything

I would try to contact you, but every time I do try to call for service, or try to get ahold of someone in service aka a service writer for help of any kind Im on the hold for over 10- 20 minute waiting as the recording says. 45 minutes later or a LOT longer than that I get hung up on, and I get to call and start the process all over again. After the 3rd or 4th time NO thank you, I will take my business elsewhere!

I have been having my 2013 ravenous serviced exclusively at autonation Toyota since moving here 7 years ago. My last couple of visits they seemed to find a screw in one tire at time of rotation. Prior to the visit the tire is not low on air nor does it pull to the side as low on inflation. You unfortunately find this out when you are ready to pay.On a prior visit I used a coupon that specifically included a service that I had to convince the advisor and explain that it was included.Be very careful with using this dealer. They are slick and slippery.

Not a happy camper..just bought the car in October..1st good rain the windsheild was leaking..which I pointed out..they supposedly resealed it .just had to take back in cause went thru a week of rain and yep it leaked..big time..this time I got charged almost 1300..all but 170 was labor...never will I go to them again..

My appointment was at 10 with Orlando. 10:30 still sat waiting. When I asked for someone else to help me they went to him to tell him I was waiting. Multi-point inspection (MPI) results are not filled out in detail. Every time I get my Tacoma serviced here AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers does not fill out the MPI completely. They do check the boxes with bare minimum information. Not even tire inflation information are filled out. After my 25,000 services, I was informed I needed a front end alignment and wheel balance. I did not get a report or details as to why. I will move and try a different Toyota service shop going forward. Earn every customers trust and confidence AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. I recommended my daughter to buy here at the AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers Used cars. Long story short, the 2018 RAV4 she bought was supposedly a certified used car was making noise a few days later by the front springs and we took it back to AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers a few times without the rattling noise getting resolved. My daughter got the noise issue rectified from a Toyota North Carolina dealership service center.

Could you please explain the purpose of an appointment when so many vehicles are waiting to be checked in? Not happy with Auto Nation, and the only reason I scheduled for today was to have them check differentials they put in that are leaking on my garage floor. Ill be looking for a new place to service my RAV.

Coming to Autonation was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I came to see a brand new Rav4 and my sales contact, Christine, just didn’t show up to our appointment.This was a blessing in disguise, because I had the opportunity to work with Paul, and he was absolutely fantastic.After taking the Rav for a test drive, Steve from finance came in and decided he wanted to lose a sale really quick. He treated myself and my girlfriend with the utmost disrespect- Steve here’s a lesson buddy- negotiating isn’t raising your voice and saying “YoURE NoT a SeRiOuS bUYeR!!” Over and over again. I had cash and a trade in ready to go the next day, and I can’t wait to give it to another dealership.Oh and the only reason I came into the dealership in person during a global pandemic? Because Christine told me the only way they’d give me a quote is if I came in person to show I was a serious buyer. They wouldn’t even put pen to paper and give me a quote- very sad sales tactic, Christine! Very sad!Steve and Christine did everything they could to ensure I would never purchase a vehicle from AutoNation- and they succeeded. My girlfriend and I walked out of that building feeling harassed and disrespected.

I would give zero but...Bought my vehicle there 7 years ago. Its been maintained by them and has even been rebuilt by them when the front end wash crushed. 10s of thousands of dollars to this company.There are two weather strips on the passenger side doors that have disintegrated and water will come in. When I asked what could be done the immediate answered was that it will dry rot because it is in Florida.Mind you, no other areas have disintegrated, just those two pieces.I have lived in Florida over 40 years and have owned another vehicle twice as long as the Toyota and have 0 disintegration.The fact that the immediate response is to declare that the company you sell products for will rot and fall apart in 7 years is absurd.They offered a discount after I made a case with corporate, and continue to defend their statement that the cars they sell will fall apart in 7 years, because its in Florida.Update 1/22/19Against my own better judgement I once again found myself it AutoNation Fort Myers Toyota. I asked them to please change the oil and inspect the front end for steering issues, there has been a continuing problem with a loud clunking sound that is felt in the steering wheel. They have never found anything wrong until todays visit.The clunking is now due to both front struts failing, mind you I had brakes done three months ago and the struts were fine. No oil leaks or sway issues at all and the new tires have worn perfect to spec according to another mechanic.Also now there is a water pump leak that wasnt found when the alternator was replaced at the same time the brakes were done.And lets not forget the serpentine belt that needs replacement, also was fin three months ago and after I just inspected it there are no cracks as their technician found.Im not an auto mechanic, but I repair my outboard engines so I know a little about what Im looking at.Final estimate $2247.After I saw this I went back to the Google reviews to see tons of similar, one star reviews, some have had response and some like mine remain unattended.Do us all a favor Auto Nation Toyota Fort Myers, get outta here and stop ripping people people off.

Very disappointed in the Toyota product and customer service at AutoNation. I ended up going to Toyota Corporate and have decided to proceed with Lemon Law. So they send a letter requesting maintenance records from the dealership and purchase agreements. All of which they have as all my service was done at AutoNation Fort Myers where I bought vehicle. What a joke. OMG I have never experience a history of this bad of service EVER. Basically, their plan is to wear down the customer. They don’t care!!!! That has been my experience. The manager is AutoNation Fort Myers Toyota is non existent and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I lease several vehicles for my family and all my business will be taken elsewhere. Never never again. Really bad experience and quite frankly will probably just turn in lease early somewhere else just to move on.

I got a quote to replace sparkplugs in my 2011 Prius for $175. A month later I took my car to have it done. When done, I got a bill for near $400. They told me they had to replace one coil. I know it doesnt take more than 5 minutes to replace a coil when you are replacing a sparkplug.I was ripped off.I will never go back to this dealership!

The service was no more or less than what I asked for and it was quick; as it should be. Good job to the service guys in the back.Pamela Carter, the woman who helped me, was very professional and polite. She is a great customer service representative.The waiting room however is another story, it’s absolutely filthy. Employees standing around gossiping, why can’t you pick up something that’s not supposed to be there? Keep it a little bit neat? It’s like a pediatricians waiting room in there.They also don’t seem to honor coupons from their own website. $10 off of $59.99 equals a total of $59.99. I may have gone to school in Lehigh but that doesn’t quite add up.I believe I’ll drive out of my way to go back to Coconut Point Ford next time.

Terrible paint job on our Corolla and terrible customer service! They stated that no where in their recall statement were they required to blend the original paint color with the new paint. Now, we have a car that is 2 different colors. They have taken no responsibility and have completely ruined the value of our car. I told them autobody is what I do and I will fix it myself just give me the money for the repairs. They said if I am going to repair it they would give me $200.00 or let there body shop fix it. My wife bought a 4 Runner two years ago trading in her Mercedes and loves it. On a recent service call, she asked about trading it in for the 4 Runner SR5 Premium. The KBB even in fair condition of her current SR5 is over $28,000 trade in value to a dealer. She has always had the vehicle serviced at AutoNation and it is in great shape and about 40,000 miles. They offered her $22,000. When she said that she had to think about it, they said to call two days later. She called and left a message to call her the very next morning, both to the salesman and the finance manager. Neither the salesman, Carlos M. nor the Manager, Jeff L. called back. The sad part is that we did not need financing and would have done a deal if they were fair. We will never buy a car here again. We will be buying at another Toyota dealership, but not AutoNation.

Autonation Toyota Ft Myers has got their act together. I searched tirelessly for 3 days for a very specific vehicle, and nobody could seem to get me one without having to wait a week. These guys magically pulled one up for a test drive AND offered me a great deal. They were very professional and personable, with no pressure, or round about gimmicks. Its rare to find a large company like this that is ran as a tight-knit team, that treat you, and their colleagues like family. All and all, a great experience.

We were afraid that the service would be different from AutoNation than it had been previously as Fort Myers Toyota. We were right, it was better! Tim Paden was still there to take care of us, found us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was efficient and friendly. I would put zero... Very horrible service. Wait time soo long. Tire rotation 1.5 hrs, oil change 2 hrs. All with appointment. And my car under warranty which they sold me for 3 thousands $. And I started hearing noice. Brought it and they took 2.5 hrs to check. Even I asked to give me a car, bc I had to go to work, they refused. And still couldn’t find the problem. And asked to bring another day so they will check different way, I brought it again. And same story. 1.5 hrs wait and “we didn’t hear the noise” I draw it with them, and they hear it. And they said u have to leave the car. I said okay, just give me the rental. They started charging be for rental and for they gonna check the car. 115$It’s awful. Why should I pay money so they can find it, and my valuable time, when I already paid 3.000$?! Never gonna buy Toyota again. Specially from them. And not recommending them

Bought a new car for my wife Keysha at their dealership last Sunday. A plastic construction barricade rolled into the street and she hit it two days later (our luck haha). There were many big scratches on the front bumper and the bumper itself was partially hanging off. I thought we were going to have to replace the entire front bumper. When Keysha took it in on Saturday, Tim spent time educating her on her best options and removed all the scratches with a buffer and some other tools AT NO COST. He was also able to pop the bumper back into place. He also did a courtesy check on the engine to make sure nothing had been damaged. We are very grateful for Tims professionalism and knowledge and he is a huge asset to this location. Will be back in April for her first scheduled oil change and will be coming here for all of our maintenance needs.

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. My husband and I walked in thinking about leasing a car to walkout without so much as 5 mins of negotiations. The gentleman, and I’m using this word to be nice, was rude, obnoxious, and did nothing but talk over us telling us we didn’t know how to do math. My husband and I are both college graduates who are infinitely more educated than the “gentleman” who spoke to us. Next time you want to make a sale try treating your customers like customers and not nuisances. If you want to be treated like garbage and want to get insulted then this is definitely your go-to place.Edit: We were contacted by the manager of the internet department, Bob. He apologized and we were again put in touch with Kim who was our original agent before the aforementioned party came in.... we went back in and walked our with a beautiful 2018 Toyota Highlander. Go see Kim! You won’t be disappointed.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and they told me to bring my vehicle in at 2 I got there @ 12 and I had somewhere to be at 4 so 3:30 rolls around and its still not done so I had to come back the next day I got there at 10am and was there till 3pm 8 and 1/2 hours for an oil change I called the GM and left a message and he failed to return my call I had a coupon for 69 dollars and they charged me 98 dollars at my Toyota dealership they only charge 54 dollars all around bad service I wont go back dont recommend anyone going there

I came into Auto Nation Toyota looking only for one specific van. I have to admitt that I was dressed down after playing an intense game of ping pong earlier that morning, with that being said I believed I was pre judged by a salesman eating ice cream which he also didnt offer me any (jk) but apprently he thought the ice cream was more important than asking me if I needed help. With that all being said I was approached by sales manager Dimas Guzman who was more than kind and whilling to help me out he brought me a salesman after realizing I had been waiting because the dealership was extreamly busy. My salesman Kevin Bays was knowledgable and quickly made me feel comfortable with his joking personality and took the edge off of the complete buying experience. I would high highly recomend that any one who reads this review look for Kevin or Dimas as they have gained a customer for all future purchases with there steller commitment to customer service and the made my purchase fast easy and stress free and I greatly appreciate them taking the time for me on a busy day and not pre judging me so i say agian thank you and to the sales guys eating your icecreame you missed out but I think I won with that too so thank you too
