I went in to get a free quote on the paint thats peeling/chipping from the hood and roof of my car. Marianne was so wonderful she disclosed to me that the reason why my car is painting/chipping is due to a manufacture defect with the paint called an e-coat failure. She was so honest with me and gave me advice on how to through the proper channels to have the dealership correct this issue with no cost to me. Even though I didnt have any work done by them their customer service was amazing and they went above and beyond.

Mike’s Auto Body is an amazing operation. The office staff helpful and thorough. The job they did replacing my trunk, a palm frond fell on it, was perfect. My car looks brand new. In addition, they bought me new floor mats when I had thought I had mats. I didn’t . I offered to pay for them and they declined my offer. Talk about five star service. Purchased several pre-painted parts for my car and every part did not match. I would caution against it. I ordered a new hood for my car and had Mark and his crew paint and piece together my car. Everything ended up coming out better than I expected. They took great care of my car and had it back in a reasonable time. They also gave me quotes that were half the price of the competition. Great group of people and very dedicated in doing the job correctly.

This was the best experience I could have ever asked for . Mikes auto body did a terrific job on my truck that was involved in a hit and run . When I went to pick the truck up it looked like it never happened 10/10 would recommend. Thank you mark for making this an easy process and honest work .

They wrote with green marker on my truck in a few different places.Didnt notice till I got it home. Had to go out of my way, taking more time off work as I was not able to get it off myself. They buffed it out and here is the outcome.

Good service and excellent work

Folks seemed nice enough. They fixed my car the at faults insurance. When presented with my car, the grille was bulging out & not in properly. This was visually obvious. The job consisted of new bumper, new grille, new radiator & 2 new headlights. To be presented with such an obvious faux pas right off was not good. They took it straight back & fixed it. When it came back, it just didnt look right, but I was afraid I was just being picky now that the faux pas had occurred. I took it home & presented it to my partner, who also agreed that things were not aligned correctly & the parts all looked like used parts. Sure enough, when I called, they verified this to be true. They are currently reordering new parts. My motto is put your best foot forward...check your work twice before presenting it to the customer. This is definitely not what they did. Now, this could have been a fluke...a bad day...an off moment...you decide.

Clear on what they where going to fix and how much it will cost. He worked with our insurance to make sure it was done correctly. Just well done sir. I had a slight issue with my 2013 Camaros front bumper sticking out after I ran over a parking bump. I called up asking if I could be seen and they asked me to bring it in. The staff was very helpful, able to get me a quote and an appointment to fix my bumper. They took me in the next week and I was out in no time at all. My bumper looks brand new, like there wasnt anything wrong with it at all. The women in the office were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mark, your mechanics do fantastic work that deserves the highest praise I can give. Absolutely wonderful experience! Mary Anne is amazing, from getting an estimate on Monday morning to picking up my repaired (and freshly cleaned & vacuumed) car on Wednesday morning.I’ve never had an accident and didn’t know how to really do this whole ‘insurance game’, plus my busy work schedule is hard for me to plan around. Mary Anne was so reassuring that she had it handled and i had nothing to worry about. I’m so pleased with the fast turnaround and amazing customer service. Mark has been a lifesaver! A friend wrecked my truck and we thought it may be a total out. He was able to put my truck back together for a fair price and make sure that the vehicle was in good working order. Some items came needed after my initial quote and he did not charge me. ( I had to cover the cost of repair without insurance, due to friend being at fault) The Truck belonged to my dad and has sentimental value. The truck looks fantastic and is working like a champ! I also had been told that the truck needed new brakes after Mark repaired everything, I mentioned it and he took a look. The brakes were fine, and he saved me from throwing money into repairs that did not need done. I am a single lady and get swindled often, I feel this place is a highly trustworthy business.

So, with living in Florida you have to weary of who you take your car to. With this being the first time that I had to use a body shop in Florida, I felt a little stressed trying to choose a shop that I felt was respectable and would take care of me. Mikes Auto Body & Paint took that stress away.From the very first time I spoke with Karen Williams to just now when I paid, the level of service was phenomenal. I had a rather unique issue that took longer to resolve, solely due on my end, but nonetheless, took longer than it really should have. This was my first time coming to Mikes with a car I have only had for about 2 months. The woman who quoted me, Vanessa, was EXTREMELY kind and honest! I was very impressed and satisfied with her customer service and the help she provided me with. I had come to Mikes with 3 different repairs I needed. She had given my an excellent deal on my paint repair, and pointed me in the right direction of some other businesses that could fix the other damages more efficiently and affordably than they could. Service was great and fast, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and my over all experience was very pleasant. HIGH RECOMMEND!!

Great service and great work! I chose Mikes Auto based on others reviews and I was not disappointed. They came in at the same price of their original estimate and all of the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend.

I was referred to them by Sutherlin Nissan. And after Nissan had taking my car to them, one of the employees had gotten into an accident in my car yet Mark the manager never let me know until I called and asked him about his employee getting into an accident in my car and using my insurance company instead of theirs. He tried to make this event as if it was not a big issue but failed to realize that it bought down the value of my car even more. I did get his companys insurance information to get the depleted value amount but I would not recommend this place at all. Mark is a liar and will give you a date for pick up and the vehicle not be ready so your stuck with the rental fees because he would have already spoken to the insurance company also.

I would like to thank everyone involved with the entire process of getting my wifes Saturn repaired. From my first call to my GEICO agent Fred Trelli guided us through the process, from getting our estimate to having the car towed to Freds recommendation to Mikes. From the first call to Mikes the receptionist Hillary Blake helped decrease my wifes anxiety and assured her that her baby would be taken care of. We took the car in right before the Thanksgiving holiday and they finished the job by the Monday following. The car was detailed in and out and looked better than new. We would like to once again like to thank all involved for making our experience as painless as possible.

Went to get an estimate on fixing my front bumper. It ended up only being mostly cosmetic damage & didn’t have to pay anything in the end.

They dont deserve the one star I have to put on here. I called and spoke with the owner Mark, explained the extent of the paint repair that i needed done to the front bumper of my car (very minor work). I was told that i could bring the car in on a Monday and should be able to pick it up the next evening. When I called to check the progress on Tuesday morning, the receptionist told me that i could not speak with Mark she would go check on the car and give me a call back to update me on the progress. I got a call back shortly after from the same receptionist, informing me that my car was going to need to be picked up because they could not do the touch up until the next week, said that Mark stated that he had never talked to me the prior day. Then tried referring me to another auto body shop. When I got there to pick up my $60,000 Car as I was walking into the front desk past my car low and behold they put the key on the hood of the car in the parking lot and just left them be. So my car is in the parking lot unprotected there for anyone to come and take. I never actually went in at this point, took my keys, got in in the car and drove off. Not ONE time after i left was I in any way notified that my vehicle was no longer with them. Nor did anyone make sure to stop and check that this was my vehicle as i pulled off their lot.

Amazing! just had my volkswagon convertible there because someone rear ended me. So I asked if they could fix my window regulators while they were doing the other repairs. and wow car looks amazing they did such a fantastic job. polished it up and really had an eye for detail!

Mark is very nice and professional. I had a small repair needed and he finished the job quickly. Cant say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I brought my car in after a minor fender bender, and through my Geico policy Mikes was the repair shop. The entire staff went out of their way to make the entire process a breeze! Anthony, one of the mechanics, was fantastic. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my car looked brand new when he was done.Over all great experience, and if something were to happen again to my car I will definitely take it here!

First of it was very stressful to have a Turkey run into your car. When I called Mikes to get an estimate on a rear-view mirror Loral said we would have to bring in the vehicle to be looked at then they would determine what kind of repair and I explained it was the whole mirror.She then stated she couldnt order it without looking at the vehicle. When I called another place they right away said they could have a part ordered with the Vin number. Thats what I ask her she said no and then stated this is how we do business. I felt like she didnt care about my situation. When I called the other body place the first thing they said was I am sorry you hit a Turkey. Loral I believe needs to be a little more personable. This is definitely a first time impression. I will not be doing business with them. Also, they are only open 8-5pm people work and need businesses who are willing to do extended hours and be more concerned for the customers.

I just recently went here through Geico. According to reviews we knew it would be a good experience. And they didnt disappoint!! Not only was the exterior crisp. But they went above and beyond to clean the interior as well. Very friendly. They made the process go easy for our first claim.

Was not happy at all with Hillary. She had an answer for everything. Not very professional at all. Mark is great and so is the paintwork. I worked for a dealership in ny for 25 years and this place has the best paintwork I’ve seen.

My car was involved in a hit and run and had some extensive damage. Not only did the shop get me in right away to get an estimate they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and kept me updated on the process the whole time. Also they have some of the best pricing around this area! They have exceeded my expectations and hopefully I will never need to get my car fixed again but if I do I know where I will be going!

Ive had to bring 3 vehicles to Mikes Autobody for Body work and each time the service is phenomenal. All the employees are friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Additionally the repairs are done to our high standards and the one time I had to bring my truck back they corrected the minor problem immediately. I have had experiences with other auto body shops in this area and I strongly recomend this shop to anyone and will not go anywhere else for body work. Now if I could get everyone to stop hitting my cars! :P

My elderly mother was in an accident and I recommended Mikes for the repairs. She dropped her car off and got a rental through her insurance and Mike’s fixed her car. But once the car was done they called her to come pick it up on the Friday before Christmas at 4pm AFTER having told Geico it was ready. So the insurance would not pay for an extended rental. We live an hour away from there and she was preparing to leave town for the holiday. Her rental was packed and she was in the shower. Mikes told her they were closing for Xmas at 5pm. They would be closed for the next 4 days. Mom called Geico but they said if her car is ready they won’t pay for anymore rents time. I called and asked for some help with it but was told there was nothing they could do. So she scrambled and nearly had a panick attack to drive into town at 4pm on the Friday before Christmas to unload and reload her cars. Almost 80 years old and she gave Mikes over $7000 worth of work to her car. Why not give her more notice a day or two.? So she could plan to come get it. And not run her around like a nut right before the holiday. Poor business practices. I won’t be recommending them again.

Back at the end of September I was asleep at home and when I was woken by my anti theft system going off, all because someone in my driveway decided that when they were leaving the house they were going to pay any attention to backing up even though my car was not directly behind them and slammed into my car... The front passenger side bumper was really damaged and made sure we got on the phone with the ladies insurance... GEICO took the claim and sent me to Mikes Auto Body... When I got to the shop I was greeted by Anthony, very knowledgeable at what he does... Very polite and courteous... He along with the GEICO representative looked at my car and put me in a rental... I had my car back the next day in pristine condition... Anthony you did a fantastic job and I could be happier... I would recommend them to everyone!!!!

After having my car at their shop for 5 weeks, they finally decided to tell me they did have the equipment or tools to work on an aluminum frame vehicle. Would have been nice to know this when my Corvette was dropped off instead of 5 weeks later. One star for lousy communication and zero customer service in this regard.

I called to get a qoute and was told that the starting price of a paint jobs is $4,500. Only qustion i had after that was how many paint layers do they do and she said it depends on what color, i informed her the color and then they decided to say i would have to bring it in with no moee information.....no worth my time if you cant even give me any details.

2nd time around, great service and great job

After not hearing back from geico about the accident I was in I decided to take matter into my own hands. I took my truck in 12 days ago to get an estimate. the guy who came outside to take a few quick pictures hardly listened to anything I said, I had to explain everything and repeat myself 4-5 times throughout my visit that I had a geico commercial insurance policy and that I was not trying to make a claim through geico, but through the insurance company of the at fault driver of the accident I was in and that I simply wanted a repair estimate. I called 1 week after originally taking my truck in to ask about my estimate, after being sent to two different people Leeann said she would find out who dropped the ball and get back to me by the end of the day. here it is now 5 days later and I have yet to receive a call back or an estimate. unless you have plenty of time to waste I would not recommend mikes auto body, or geico insurance, as I have experienced they will never call you back.

The worse customer service ever. I went there through a Geico claim. They were supposed to replace the whole bumper, to keep it cheap for them, they had painted the bumper. Now, it is cracking and peeling. Since I have a lifetime warranty, I am going to get it fixed by another collision shop. Their jobs suck.
