It was the most embarrassing and helpless thing that I have ever encountered. The woman manager started talking about strip clubs because she gave me my change and there was a bunch of ones and she kept explaining how her and her friends love to go to strip clubs it was embarrassing my wife so much my daughter and her had to leave

Good service at the store poor delivery guy they were nice enough to send another service guy and he was great and saved the day

We bought an entire new kitchen of GE Cafe appliances with full delivery and installation of the just the cook top and dishwasher. There was an issue with the installer who required a payment that exceeded that which we were quoted and put some additional minor scratches in our counter top. My original review was negative since I felt this was inappropriate. The company recently resolved this issue and so Ive revised my review.Its not a Bill Smith issue but we are disappointed by the performance of the Cafe appliances. The soap dispenser in the dishwasher not longer properly operates and the refrigerator has a new annoying noise. We would buy from Bill Smith again but would select products from a different manufacturer.

Attention to details a d willing to listen to what is needed

My experience is different that the norm. One of their service trucks dropped a package off of the back of the truck while traveling down the road. Realizing a customer my be in need of this part, my husband picked the large package up off of the road and we drove it all the way down to their service center. We did not expect a reward or anything as we felt this was the right thing but not even a thank you from the lady my husband delivered it to. All he got was attitude. So that being said, I would not ever give them my business nor would I recommend them to anyone or any of my many customers I encounter daily. The customer service is obviously not good in the service center or with the service guys who deliver the items to install. This couldve been avoided if the service guy wouldve just closed his doors on the truck and if this woman wouldve at least said thank you.
