SEEMS EVERY TIME WE COME TO SHOP THERE IS NO RIDER CARTS FOR THE DISABLED, NONETHELESS NEVER HAVE THEM CHARGED. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 TO ADD THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE WORKING, WHICH WAS LEFT OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT IN THE RAIN. NIGHT AND CLOSING MANAGERS NEED TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE BEING BROUGHT IN AND CHARGED. FOR THIS TO BE A STORE IN THE VOLUME THEY RECEIVE SHOULDN’T IT BE MORE THAN JUST ONE CART IN FHE STORE OR AT LEAST A WHEELCHAIR ♿️ WOULDN’T BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Great Walmart. Huge size, well stocked like all Walmarts, however I want to give a shout out to the wonderful staff. I accidently left my wallet here, came back an hour later and the team returned it, nothing missing. Also got my covid vaccine here as well. Very quick and professional. Thank you to your lovely staff!

I went to pick up and item and was ignored in the correct line so I waited in the ONLY customer service line available for 25 minutes only to be told that I was in the right line to wait more. Then another associate comes and tells me shes got to run to the back and get it. I could have just went and grabbed the 2 items myself and saved half an hour. Catch 22 times two

Packed to the gills. Not even open registers. The line was literally all the way around to the back side of the store. This should never be the case when you have 20 registers in your store. You need at least 10 registers going at once in this popular location. Not 1 or 2 registers. Just poor management

I had to unfortunately make a very large return for things I purchased for work that was not needed anymore. I knew walking up to the register that the people behind me would lose their patience and I apologized ahead of time for any trouble my return would cause with all the angry people behind me. The women who helped me, even when the insults and profanities started our way, remained calm and professional. I don’t remember the other woman’s name but Kyra was a huge huge help. Very kind, explained everything perfectly, and was more than happy to provide me with a wonderful service. Get those people a raise because I couldn’t do that everyday for sure. Thank you again!

This location is always slow and not enough cashiers checking out. The self checkout and regular lines are always ridiculously long. Our last wait in the normal checkout line was 40min!!! The self checkout line wrapped around the counters and all the way down the aisle almost to the back of the store. Is this poor management or lack of employees wanting to work?? This needs serious help. Who has 40min to waste in a checkout line??

The bathroom 🚻 was very Clean. However, the lines was all very long as usual. I havent shop at Wal-Mart in 2 years. I needed some personal hygiene stuff that Family Dollar doesnt have right now. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Lazy management and employees. God forbid you try to call and speak with a representative. Website says one thing about amount of checks cashed. They go by rebate specifications. Try to try on cloths. 5 workers playing with their phones and say the cant find a key.

Everything I needed under one roof and my cashier was a delight. I wish I could remember her name. It was at closing time. She has a great personality

Consistent with other reviewers, a HORRIBLE pickup experience here. What I thought could be a quick pickup on the way from the airport to my hotel turned into convincing my Uber driver to wait 20 minutes while I banged on the ominous steel doors as no one answered the phone. I watched other shoppers drive off furiously after waiting longer than us. Avoid at all costs.

What can you say? Its a Walmart. I avoid it on weekends. Early weekdays are good. Not crazy busy. Long wait in checkout line no matter what time.

Some employee here have bad attitude. The way they talk to the customer it is unacceptable. I was walking down a line which I though it was a lane. This girl that works there stated in a rude way you not suppose to walk behind the register you not suppose walk behind the register. I answer well there is no sign that said that. I though it was a small lane the cuts. This happen in the electronic section of the store. Learn some manner and how to treat the customer .

It’s a super center so really has everything you need. A big busy at times, but the self check out line moves pretty fast. Also has the option to pick up or have groceries delivered. I’ve noticed when you do this though it’s usually guaranteed that there will be a couple out of stock items.

Has more variety than others walmart stores

This place I have to say is one of the trashiest / scariest places Ive been in. Visiting Ft. Lauderdale and came here 10pm on a Monday night, security outside the front of store, went inside lights in the whole store would dim and come back on 100% after a few minutes. Stock laying around, workers you could tell didnt care, the people in the store were way past the funny folks of Walmart I was nervous and told my wife we should not split up....what a relief to leave that place...they need to close it down...dont go! For your own safety do not go in there!

The one thing I like about this Walmart is the Service in the pharmacy in the Am Best service is from a pharmacy Tech Name David he has the most amazing 🤩 personality ☺️ respectful and responsible.

This Walmart definitely needs a better employees to organize cluttered aisle and the vegetables and meat section that most of the time is not stock properly. The cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff is really lacking, I once ask one of the employees for the price of an item that was displayed but no price tag, she just simply told me I dont know and walk away.... Other than that, I am mostly able to get what I need.

It was not a demeaning experience. Everyone was fully clothed. No one in shorts they bought when they weighed 150 lbs less. No drama. While not pleasant, not a hellscape.

Walmart would be good if they had more cashiers to get customers out faster

I went at a not so busy time (is there such a thing?) and found a close parking space. They were in the process of restocking as most popular items were out. I was still able to find most of what I was looking for. Weekends are really busy, so I would suggest going during the week if possible while most people are at work. The customer service was okay and self check out was fast.

I like walmart, I get in and out pretty fast, and the cashiers do a great job with things I buy, I never really have a hold up. I feel pretty safe shopping there.

Wow is put simply the crime rate must be the highest in the state theres trailers with cameras in the parking lots and camera vehicles patrolling from a private company called Brosnan security when you go Into the store you pass uniformed guards and the store reflects the area spray paint is behind glass cases even 6 dollar fishing lures are behind glass cases. Theres was even a method out lady screaming for over an hour in the parking lot.

Very good shopping experience.No long lines.The store wasnt crowded.It only took a few minutes to pick up my meds and do my shopping and I was out. The associates were very nice .

Store was understaffed and tore up. Grocery area also in disarray. Produce was fair at best. Mandarin oranges were in bad shape. Check out lines were very long. Cashier however was very friendly and efficient. Grocery bags filled properly. Customer service closes about 3 hours before store closes. Reps were surly. Manager did help my friend with his return about 5 minutes after department closed. Im not a big fan of Walmart. While there were a few bright spots, I dont anticipate returning any time soon

Never enough registers open, and shelves are always mixed up or out of Stock. This location is not for everyone, twice I have been there and the entire police squad was there for robbery.

Never choose the pick up option for an online order at Walmart, specifically the Broward location. I’ve now been waiting 20 minutes inside due to no one showing up at curbside, which defeats the whole purpose of convenience and social distancing.Dear Walmart, improve your app and train your employees.

Interesting place.. Curbside pickup does not work. Had to go in to the pickup desk. No one at the pickup desk. Spoke to customer service, they said someone would show up Eventually...waited 20+ minutes. Also at the pickup desk they had a Blood Spill Kit. How often do they need that at Walmart?

Went to the store on Broward Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale, I asked one employee if he could get something off the top shelf and he told me no, I said you cantget something for me and he said no that he was working on getting an order for a customer and he couldnt help me. So I left a full cart there and left the store. Walmart doesnt have good customer service anymore.

My neighborhood store but it has alot of red flags instore and online. If youre looking for something its better to go to the store and look then online and prepare for long lines, overall its essential.

Well stock...you can find anything you need at this location. But the electronic department people needs 🙄 to be better when it comes to customer service. Sell me something Im not looking around for no reason...but to purchase. Grab my attention come on..the products are not gonna sell themselves. If the products couldve done that trust me when I was looking to purchase my 55 TV 📺 along with all my other home goods that I was getting forget those workers. Poor service 😞

Nothing like screaming children that wont shut up my parents wont take him outside. Finding cold items on shelves that they dont belong. And the ridiculously long lines to checkout.

Do not do curbside or even in-store pickup at this store! Though the store inside is maintained well enough, their pickup process is a disaster. The check-in doesnt work, the staff inside just sends you outside, and the 20 pickup spots outside are always full.When you call to let them know youre there, you just get voicemail. When you go inside, they just sort of shrug at you. Usually, youll end up waiting outside 30+ minutes no matter how early to try checking in and at that point, youre much better off just running inside to grab whatever youre looking for.

This walmart is terrible, the shelves are always empty and Im standing here on a Sunday after noon and they only have 3 checkout lanes open. I would blame it on covid and being short staffed but it has always been like this

Store was not clean, all the associates were not friendly. 1/2 of the speedy check outs were closed. I had 5 items and it took 50 minutes to check out. I needed something at customer service. It was even worse. Only one associate behind the counter and she had an attitude problem. With people lined up. So I just left. I dont expect to return. I would rather drive out of my way to another store. Or do my business elsewhere !!!!

Illa, a cashier at Walmart, was very sweet and patient tonight. She was closing up her register and a man came in behind me after she turned her light off and stayed in line even after he was told the line was closed. She served him without complaining and I really admire her for her calm composure during the situation. Thank you for being amazing to others! We need more people like you in this world 😁

Im here from out of town. Came to grab a few things. I have a lung disability so walking around the store sometimes just isnt an option. I walk in and ask the greeter where do they keep the electric carts she says they only have ONE!! Just ONE! Shame on this store location and this company period!

I needed two new tires. I went to Walmart. They had a good price on Douglas tires. Which I found out from Google that they are made by Goodyear for Walmart. I walked in the tire department. Tangela was super helpful. I told her what I needed. She went in the back for two minutes and came back with the tires. I paid for them and I was out the door. Very fast for Walmart.

The employees were very polite, courtesy, friendly and respectful. Ill recommend my family, friends and coworkers to visit your store.

I really liked this Walmart - they are not created equal. Although this was on e of the Super stores, it was really a super Super store. In fact I think it was the largest Walmart I have been in. But what made it special was it was meticulously clean, all the stock neatly arranged with everything in its place, not jumbled up with other stock, but noticably different were the store employees. There were lots of staff on duty, super friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable. It really made a difference. In my experience ithis was the best Walmart I have been to. Highly recommended.

This Walmart was packed on the evening I was trying to grab 3 items and leave. The lines were top the back of the store just about. They have way too many people at this one location.

This location is in a plaza thats very busy. The plaza has a lot of stores that one may have interesting. If youre looking to pick something up quickly and leave, you may not want to go to this location. Now if youre not in a hurry and want to visit a couple of stores, theres a variety for you to see and kill some time.. Many food restaurants to choose from if you get hungry while shopping.

Needs work. Too narrow isles injected into larger therophare(s) causing cart traffic issues and proximity to other shoppers. Some employees were very helpful while others wouldnt give you the time of day. Check out in cashier lines is far too long a wait for your turn, relieved by self check-out, also very busy, but wait time is lowered significantly. Cashier personally there are tyoically very helpful.

I already dont like Walmart because lines are always long...but my sister had the pickup app so I tried it out. i got here at 1:27pm...IM STILL OUTSIDE WAITING RIGHT NOW AFTER 45 MINUTES !!!! When I arrived I called the number and spoke with someone and told me they were bagging my things and will be right out. 30 min lacerated seeing people who came after me getting groceries, I called over 20 times and no one has answered. then I someone comes out so I stop him and he says no one has checked into the spot im in. so I called the store and talked to the same lady (who btw was very nice and helped alot) is on the phone RIGHT NOW trying to find out whats going on...in 10 minutes now I will have been here a whole hour ! smh

I could not ask for a better store. People both customers and employees are very nice and very helpful. I only have one problem. That is their electric carts. This store does not have any. They are all gone or out if service. Some days I just can’t walk and iNeed the electric cart especially if I have a lot to buy then I go to Winn Dixie. Their electric carts are always working.

Empty Shelves and No Cashiers. I understand its a Complex store but Leadership is all u need and Workers. I understand its hard to get workers now but u had 6 people in Garden Center Kickn It with 3 registers open in the front but Garden Center wasnt even Checking People out. I’m heading to the beach and came here to pick up liquor snacks and ice. The snacks I wanted weren’t on the shelf. The liquor I wanted also wasn’t stocked. There was no ice in this entire Walmart. We asked someone for help and were shot down. Didn’t even offer to look just told us to try somewhere else. It was also super crowded and everyone was running into one another.

First time doing pick up curbside, best experience ever!!!

I went to buy a printer. Here is the price I see. So I take the printer. But here is the but. The price on the bottoms say 69.00 so they say the 49.00 is wrong and they will not honor the price. Management won’t honor the price. They say the price is not next to the Box only next to the printer on display. So if I the one that is falling apart I can have it for 49.00. Even a customer agreed with me any the manger stared to argue with them. Sad. It’s Wallmart. They cover the price as I walked away.

My brother was having a graduation party and I went to Bakery section to ask about cake prices. The young lady I believe her names was Claudine helped me out tremendously. She was so patient and she was showing me the different cakes and helped me figure out what cake design I wanted. People were very impressed by the cupcakes and the design.

One of the most pathetic Walmart I have ever visited in USA. The aisles are dirty and the the person at the counter was dumb not to hand over all the billed items. Avoid this center if you can.

Walmart online grocery order and pickup service is outstanding. The program is very organized and well thought out. I placed my order this morning at 9am and it was ready for pickup at 3pm. I was able to let them know when I was on my way and the color of my vehicle so they could be ready for me. This is the easiest way to shop here without any lines or hassles!

I absolutely hate this place. Ordered photos online and we’ve made two separate trips to collect them and at each visit we’d waited around an hour for someone to serve us at the entertainment / photo booth and when this one lady did she was so rude she yelled at me and then her coworker laughed in my face and they both found it funny. I was so annoyed and disgusted with their poor and disrespectful customer service. On top of that I waited half an hour for them to look for the photo and they could not find it or offer any reason why it was not there. We will not be coming back to this store with such rude staff.

Main doors are wide open. Freezer section should be further back. Clash of hot air when the freezer doors are opened is what causes condensation/frost on the doors. Patrons then stand with the door open. Product labels are now frosted, which causes doors to stay open longer. Freezers are working way too hard. You can see how food has semi-dedrosted and then re-frozen. Patrons spending too long selecting because they cantsee anything, preventing additional patrons from selecting. Move them further back, away from front doors. Poor layout.

My Walmart experience at the eye center was amazing, ladies at the front desk were amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Optometrist knows his job,. For the first time in 7 months I have clear crisp vision with my new glasses. Kudos to the staff, will definitely recommend the service.

This Walmart is always very busy whenever I come here but I will say that the cashiers are very fast and customer friendly. The store itself is very nice and clean and they have a good sanitizing crew that keep the carts clean.

This spot is always super busy. Not my favorite Wal-Mart location, but I live nearby this one for now. It is what it is. They are always stocked tho and fairly clean, so thats good.

Huge branch with excellent products and service

Attitude is everything, and the attitude I got from the young woman in TV/electronics was NOT pleasant. I had stood in line, patiently waiting behind 3 other people. I WANTED to buy a TV... and SOME stores actually want to HELP you buy a TV. Not THIS Walmart. I could barely get an answer from the clerk. I will NOT be back. Oh...and I bought one an hour later from a store where staff were actually PLEASANT. A novel concept! Youd think with the past year weve had, people would be grateful to have jobs and might even want to be moderately kind to those who are out and about. Dont expect that here...I picked up a couple of other things I needed and got the same icy treatment from the cashier. And yes, I even commented ((prior to the big chill from both) that I was smiling under my mask.

Excellent store, all the things you need in daily life, you name it they have it.
