Terrible maintenance! Half of everything still in containers not put on shelves. The floor is dirty! In a really filthy environment itd be helpful in this pandemic for the employees to have their masks on, but not even that. Dont come here.

They were very helpful. I went there before work because I needed crayons for the kids that come into the restaurant and there were some crayons that were open and some were missing, etc. The manager gave me a discount and was very good natured.

This store deserves a zero rating because when I pulled up there were 6 homeless people panhandling in front of the store and looking into cars and trying to open car doors while people were inside shopping. Avoid this terrible store

Horrible store. Run down. Ceiling is leaking. Aisle are blocked. No sense of organization. Employees are walking around talking, eating and drinking soft drinks while working. The shopping plaza should be updated

Most of the prices are not what they say on the sign. I had Weaver pop corn for one dollar they charged me 1.25. Shawn said he was the manger and that was the correct price. He would not go back to see the price listed on. Shawn was doing nothing second .

The manager April is very rude. Lack customer service skills. Always on cell phone. Store dirty, boxes blocking aisle. No one greets you when you come in. Please hire a better manager or just close this sad excuse of a store down. People want to feel appreciated. Do us all a favor, hire another manager and staff to clean up filthy store and stop talking on cell phones while doing your job.

This my 2nd visit to this particular location and it has been about 3 yes since my last (1st) visit. It definitely is not the same, the appearance of the store is horrible. The floors are dirty as in something wasted and track marks are on the floor, trash and items on the floor, boxes everywhere, things all over the checkout counter and a few shopping carts filled with miscellaneous items. This location is far by one of the worst I have seen. I will say that the staff if very nice.

They dont take coupons on phone. Considering that everyone is pretty much paperless or digital. Stupid to me. Talking about fraud...what so I cant use my digital coupons due to a fraud issue the company should have under control, instead of penalizing good customers that are just trying to save a buck.😡🤬

The manager MsApril was very helpful, even the ladies stocking shelves.

Air Conditioner has been broken for over a month the store is always crowded so FAMILY DOLLAR IS MAKING MONEY FIX the Air Conditioner Damn its hot in there

This store have some of the worst customer service and I am not saying this because of 1 bad day but because I live 2 minuets away. The lady with the blonde hair and the manager who work in the morning on Thursdays are so rude it’s not even funny. I do understand that there are customers who are rude but these two employees always seem to have a problem. I see people ask simple questions and the lady with the blonde hair just go crazy. Not only that anytime you go to the store you will see the manager on her phone (ALWAYS) and her behavior is I don’t care kind of attitude.

I dont know y but this is the saddest family dollar ive ever visited. The 2 cashiers look as id they mad to be at work and they dont want to be there. Never seen such sad n sulky employees before...i had to laugh

Family Dallor on 19th and 9th Ave is junky never have the store clean or shelves stocked!!! Cashiers were rude!!!! No shopping carts in store.. costumers had to carry their items...

Some of the staff not so friendly. Some, not all, lack customer service skills. Thats very important in the retail industry. Shelves empty sometimes.

This location is A HOT MESS! The isles were full with merchandise to stock there was no room to even walk & the cashier had an attitude. This is the 3rd time I shop here and its been awful each time no customer service skills at all. This is the only location near me unfortunately, hopefully they can get it together....SMH😕

Staff was nice and friendly, but the store was untidy and some items in wrong places, candies eaten and placed back into containers.
