Worked for this company for a try out day and it wasnt for me. But they never paid me. I filled out the paperwork and communicated with the HR manager repeatedly asking when I would get paid and even had to reach out to the general manager and he promised Id be paid in a week. Its been 3 months! I know it was only 8 hours worth of pay but its about the principle. Isnt it illegal not to pay someone? But it wouldnt be worth it to take someone to court over 8 hours of pay. Instead Im writing this negative review. Very low down to not pay someone and then not communicate with them about the reason why. Is it that they cant afford the $10 an hour they pay? Come on.
After 5 months of service I have to say worst experience ever. I am going to contact corporate to cancel this service. The are not responsive to service request and has caused me to not pass inspection because of their faulty chemical machine they were to remove 4 months ago. Called Nick the supervisor several times and was promised someone would be coming to remove and it never happened. I am with a well known franchise and cannot warn people enough not to use this service. Only nice person was Danny who made deliveries to my restaurant. Horrible Horrible company. I will be contacting other franchisees to discontinue there service.
Couldnt be more disappointed with a company. Initially I was excited to interview for a sales route position. After working over 12 hrs shoulder to shoulder with my training driver. It took 3 weeks to receive a check for less than minimum wage. I was fully under impression that I was working for 20/hr. They never even got back to me if I got the position or not. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with Cintas like I did. I truly feel unappreciated and completely taken advantage of.
The uniforms are great. I have to wear FR for the line of business I am in. Cintas has always supplied exactly what I needed. The reps work great with you.

Our small restaurant in Sunrise just received a threatening letter from Cintas Fort Lauderdale, Tori Remington, Service Manager, stating that if we don’t return to their 52-week even billing by the end of this week, they will send their “Legal Team” after us. How disappointing to receive a threat like this from a major corporation. None of our other major suppliers are taking to threats to gain their business back. Most seem to understand things are different now with the pandemic and restrictions that have been placed on businesses. Any thought I had of returning to business as usual with Cintas, as soon as things got back to normal, we’re just wiped out with this threat. Let’s do business with people who understand reality and support us. Not those who threaten us with legal action. Shame on you Cintas
The worst company ever. Please if you see this review do not signed any contract with this company. They put you to signed in a tablet and the sales rep never says you are signing a contract for 5 years and if you broke the contract you have to pay $12,000 to Cintas for breaking a contract. They take the money from your pocket, the keep charging for items you never recieved. The drivers does not leave the amount of product they charge you. Do not signed a contract with this company. Check the reviews everywhere you will see the complaints.

Difficulty getting set-up, order incomplete. Items in backorder. Locker for garments extremely small, inadequate for purpose intended. Garments sent to be washed received extremely wrinkled, looks horrible. Really considering cancelling service due to breach of contract.
