Not helpful. The techs are inexperienced in removing lug nuts off my sisters vehicle for a tire change. I was told it was difficult to remove them. We went elsewhere and the job was completed successfully.The counter service was slow as well. They need more help to get the customers in and out fast. No one likes a long wait. I am sorry but Walmart will not be seeing me for any service.
Great service. Great prices. Front desk could use some work on customer service and communication. Walmart itself needs to put a correct time that they actually open. Made an appt, got there on time and they didnt open until almost 2 hours later. Reoccurring event.

I read earlier reviews about this Walmart Auto Care Center, but decided to give them an opportunity to prove the reviews incorrect. Unfortunately the bad reviews were accurate. Poor customer service. I drove out of my way to purchase tires only to find out that the tires I needed were out of stock and that I should check online
Ill say this is a well organized Auto Care Center. Employees care and work like they want to earn there business. Prices are affordable and the work completed in good amount of time.
I used to go to Tire Kingdom but its better service at Walmart.

The employees were rude, as well as they were raising their tone. They refused to perform services and they asked for my personal information when I only needed to change oil.

Had an oil change done and as part of the package they were suppose to check the tire and add air. On the printout it says the tire pressure was 32 driving the tire pressure still read 29 which they never added air. The package also included vacuuming of the interior...nope never done. The young girl at the counter seems like I was annoying her when I asked about tires. When I can to pick up my keys one of the long time female employees was there and was extremely nice.
Great attention in this store. Auto Care Center work on time. My recomendation is that if you can arrive early is better.
10/27/20 time: 2:30pmWhile I understand that the customer service industry can be frustrating and deameaning as I work in this industry myself, Im astonished at the level of little to no care I received here.It didnt feel like there was a sense of detachment from personal feelings to the job like how usually people treat a job, it felt like I was a pest here and I was rushed to get out of here.It felt Like I was the source of problems and hardships to this particular employee.If anybody reads this: if you hate your job that much, leave go do another job thats more exciting to you or less stressful because you make everybodys experience miserable because youre miserable.PS: this all happened at the automobil service department, I had the pleasure to be serviced by a young lady who wears fake eyelashes and who was using her phone alot.

Im waiting now 2 hours to have my new tires installed. Luckily, Im in no rush. Tires arrived from on line order on time as promised. Installation is cheap. But this waiting. Not even gonna asked how much longer. One senior gentleman with a cane already gave up after an hour and a half. Price is cheap but make sure your in no hurry. This matches the check out lines in the store. Im always waiting in line. Well, finally done here after three hours. I raised the 🌟 to four because they actually charged me less. Only came two $54.42 for installation. Pretty cheap. And Andrew gave me new silver matching caps at no charge. Mine were shot.

Please do not waste your time and hard earned money at this Walmart Auto Center located in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. AWFUL! Awful customer service from the front desk employee that answers the phone to then being transferred to another unprofessional employee in the auto service center. I called asking basic questions about tires. The female employee answered my questions as if she was annoyed then hurried me off the phone. When I called back to ask a few more questions she then put me on hold, to only be greeted by another rude unprofessional employee that told me to go online to buy tires from their website if I want cheap tires. At this point I’m thinking they have lost their minds. This is why I always use the dealership. It was a coworker that suggested Walmart because she heard they had a auto care center. Management needs to invested in hiring secret shoppers to get an idea how Walmart employees are treating customers that pay THEIR bills. I never assume nor expect to receive professional customer service from employees that work at discounted stores, but today I merely called and didn’t have to walk in to receive the disrespect I received via phone call. I can only imagine the quality of service they actually give servicing your car. There’s too many other competitors to have a lack of customer service skills Walmart. I’m good. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
The people who work in the back are completely untrained for the auto department. I called the day before to try and make an appointment to get tires that were already delivered there put on. Drive 25 minutes, they tell me to come back in the morning because there’s too many people ahead of me. So I just ask to pick up the tires instead so I can take them somewhere else that will put them on today. It takes these people 35 minutes to find my tires. I told them I bought them, they try and find tires for me to buy. No.. I bought them. Another associate writes all the info down. Doesn’t know what to do or where to go to get them. Finally someone appeared, Jasmine, who knew exactly what to do and took care of everything.You guys should probably train your associates for what department they work. One employee couldn’t even log in to the computer system so the line backed up even farther. No one knew what was going on. And why couldn’t I make an appointment anyway? Meanwhile, took it to another tire place closer to where I live for the same price and same day installment. 🤷🏻♀️

Walmart Tire Ceneter has the worst customer service ever!!! I got here at 5:07p.m. on the dot and was turned away by the associate named Jason. It clearly says they closed at 7:00p.m. He didnt even try to assist me. Walmart has to do better. I thought I would be saving by coming here, obviously I was wrong. I left work early for no apparent reason. At this point I rather pay more and be treated like a valuable customer elsewhere. Disgusted!
Im disappointed. Call me crazy, but when I pay for something, I expect to receive the services I paid for.I got 2 tires replaced and a standard oil change, and the price was great. Hard to beat, although next time I will probably get my tires from Amazon and installation at Sears.I am disappointed in the integrity of the service technicians. When I got in my car to leave, I noticed that the Low Tire Pressure indicator was still on, so I went back in to tell them. I was reassured that light would go off after driving for some miles and that they definitely did in fact check the tire pressure. I decided to double check for myself, and found my two old tires were indeed very low on air. I went back inside and this time was told that checking the tire pressure on the old tires isnt included with the service I purchased, then I reminded the associate that I bought the standard oil change which includes a tire pressure check. A few moments later a technician went to check my tire pressure, asked for keys, and filled the air. At this point, the tire pressure was now higher than the recommendation for my vehicle, but after 3-4 hours in Wally World, I figured forget it.I should also note that other services that were supposed to be included were clearly not performed, such as vacuuming the interior, and I have little confidence fluids were checked or topped off, etc.My wife is going to be driving across the state in a few days, and if I simply trusted Walmart to do what I paid for, she would have been driving on tires that were a major hazard.Perhaps, this is to be expected from Walmart. But again, its about integrity. If you say youre going to do something, and especially if you insist that it was done, you better follow through.
I went to buy a pair of tires to the Broward store. The woman on the counter recommended the best choices for my budget, without pushing a sale. I looked around, but got the best deal at Walmart. The mounting service was very professional and the car was finished by the time they said. Great experience and saved at least $60 from other offers.
You ever wonder why so many Americans move to poor countries? Well, this place is the perfect example. In a poor country people take pride in making sure their job is done properly and with pride.
If you need a new car battery as I did, there really isnt anyplace else that comes close. Their prices cannot be beat, and theyve got their service down to a well-oiled machine. Everyone involved knows what theyre doing, with no frills and no nonsense. Aside from the cheapest price for the battery itself, they install the new one for free, as well as taking care of disposing of the old one. You can even have it done while you do some shopping. I was very impressed. I had it done at the relatively new West Broward Blvd location, but I had the same experience 5 or 6 years ago at the Atlantic Blvd location in Pompano Beach when I bought my last battery. So I dont think its just a matter of what location you use; it seems to be consistent. PLUS it didnt take all that long, either! Maybe about half an hour. One warning: Be sure to park in the Auto Parts entrance area.

Bad service. I brought my car for a tire change at 12:37pm, I was told that it was a 2 hours waiting time and it’s 3:37m my car is still parked where I left it. Overall horrible customer service. First and last time.
The staff was very helpful and the warranty I had on my battery was amazing. My battery only lasted two and a half years and I got a new one for free installed. What more could you ask for!

Short staff, only one employee to take care of customers on a Sunday. Be ready to wait 30 mins minimum until they take care of you.....management needs to be more attentive to scheduling and have in mind peor do call out so plan accordingly so service doesnt suffer and customers receive proper service.
Very satisfied with their service, their prices were competitive and I was able to catch an online sale on their website that saved me a lot then I had the tires shipped to their auto care location near me for installation.. Im very satisfied. .I Will be back when I need more service. . I was glad to see they also do other car services .. very clean place plus I can shop at Walmart while they work. .yes the back wall of this shop opens into Walmart
I went in hoping to get 4 new tires and an oil change. The lady at the register was a bit brash. I ended up only getting the tires because during their oil changes they dont top up any of your fluids. They didnt even have a good reason for it, something about them not having them (which doesnt make sense since they sell them). They did a great job with the tires and the balancing though, so kudos for that.
Pleased by the quality of service. The price was awesome. It was busy and took some time to get it in, but it was worth the wait.

I came to Walmart to have two tires changed... immediately upon driving the car after the new tires had been installed, every single tire/steering/breaking sensor popped on. I brought the car back five minutes later and despite no indicator lights being on prior to the servicing (which was also reflected on the receipt) the “manager” had the audacity to tell me that all of the lights coming on were a coincidence and that there’s no way they could have caused the lights to come on. Absolutely no responsibility taken, no attempt to investigate or solve the issue prior to telling me that it’s a coincidence, just a complete joke. I should have taken my car to Tires Plus or Tire Kingdom where they actually know how to do work on cars.

They lost my order, took 2 hours to determine the simple solution of cancelling the old one and placing a new one, then they said the tires that I was told were in stock were, in fact, not but then they magically were again, watched them ignore the phone call that I could see was my fathers number on caller ID as he was trying to help me get the tires, the next day they called asking where the wheel key was but called again later saying they couldnt find it, the following day they found it where I had originally told them it was located. 3 days total to change a pair of tires and then I had to wait until day 4 to pick it up because of a miscommunication. I should have bought the tires and put them on myself because a 21 year old female is more competent than this group. Unreal.
Awful service. They estimated a wait time of 1.5 hours and ended up waiting 3 hours because some of the mechanics had some friends that came to see them and were just chating on theside hiding from customers. If this was my business they would be long gone.Also one of the employees had her kids waiting in the lobby making a lot of noise and misbehaving. Unacceptable.
The staff who actually do the work are amazing. The managers really take them for granted espeially on the weekend. The techs provide great service and are very friendly. They work fast and efficient and always have a smile on their face.
The techs do a good job but are stressed. They definitely need more help.Came in at 7:45 am on a Sunday morning, nobody there. Left at 8:30am. Still not open. Three other customers also left.Came back Thursday, 4 customers deep at opening and 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Came back at 2PM same day to have Walmart tires I bought installed and theres a 3 to 4 hour wait. Again this is on a week day. Ended up going to a non-Walmart place to have them installed.If Walmart is going to take the fight to Amazon, they need to up their game here.

Ordered new tires online got there they couldnt find them after 35 minutes of sitting I left . 20 minutes later i got a Phone call they found my tires. Went back sat for 2 more hours to get them put on. Never again will pay the extra money for regular tire store. Though the girl behind the counter kept on it until it got resolved credit where credit is due. Horrible overall experience. sorry I used them for my tire needs.

I spoke with manager this department Carol and she was on same wave like her personal. So i took my tires and run away. If I could I would have give them zero stars there were only 2 cars in front of me and they said it will take 3 to 4 hours to change the tires ... why I have to wait for 4 hours on Saturday to change the tires !!! Needed new tires 3 months later because whoever installed my new tires was too incompetent to fill the correct PSI. From the side view my tires still look brand new but after getting an oil change on my car, the dealership I went to informed me the center tread is worn ad that I need to change my tires ASAP. I thought that was impossible but it turns out thats exactly what happens when you over fill your tires.... No wonder I have been sliding around in my car. SHAME!

I asked how long was the wait time they said up to 1 1/2 hours . So I waited, waited and waited. Two hours passed, another 30 minutes went by and decided to ask what’s going on?All I got was a very rude response from the service manager . All I wanted to know was how much longer giving the fact that I already waited 21/2 hours without saying anything before hand .Terrible costumer service, waiting time is ridiculous which by the reviews they are always short staffed. Never coming back here again. Don’t waste your time .Update :Got there at 4:30 left at 8:30Horrible !!

This place is awful. I went there at 3:00 pm to get my oil change. They told me that I was going to be the last customer and that the wait was four hours. They only had one mechanic working. I asked a what time they opened. I showed up at 8:30 am the next day and the place looked empty with, again, one mechanic. There were a few parked cars. I went inside there was no one in the cashier area. I waited a couple of minutes until someoene showed up. She did but she did not even acknowledge me. She didnt even walked over to the counter. Another guy walked in and she took care of him while I was waiting in front of the register. I turned around and asked to be buzzed out. I will never return to this Wall Mart. One time wss enough. Ugh!!!

Arrived at 8 a.m. in which the cashier did not start checking in vehicles until 8:30 due to the only worker who is able to check-in customers being late. Doesnt make any sense that only one worker can start processing customers at the beginning of the day. To make the situation worse, one of the managers inside the store claimed the auto center opened at 9 a.m. to try and save face.

Wasnt too long of a wait and was the best deal around for a new car battery. Just wasnt happy as I was driving home my hood was bobbing because it was not fully shut after service, and both of my A and B trip milages were reset.
