Terrible !!! Ordered a bearing, purchased it ... and then when i drove 30 mins in traffic down to the store no one knew where my part was i was told to call the store again the next day and hopefully some one will have an answer ........... this part was supposed to be here thurs .... its sat.

Checking a Napa Batery and they made all excuses not to give the warranty because i did not bring a receipt. Moreover they were truing to sell me a new one. Then they hit upset because i was cheking prices online. They could not tell me what to look for if i did not buy it from them. They said kast then go to walmart if i was looking for a hood price.wow. !! Not a good experience!!!

The seller passed my card twice and only made me a refund he told me to come tomorrow to check ... today I went 29 and he rudely told me to call the bank ... I had car trouble, do not start and I bought a battery from this store,and I saw that the battery was not the problem,the starter need to be replaced.The second day i go to return the battery and the manager store said,the electronic products it not returnable.Then I said, why did not you tell me before I bought this battery as i knew no longer i will buy from you store.I asked him why there is no mention in the receipt if thats the case?But the boy was very disgusting with his attitude. I will never, never go again to this store.NEVER!!!!

Friendly people and they had a battery for my bike.

Somehow the employees at this store do not honor the opening and closing times. I got to this store at 5:49pm and the doors was locked although its posted that the store close at 6:00pm. The employees was already packed up and ready to leave. NAPA clearly may not be aware of the business they are losing but its sad and unfortunate.
