Had great customer care with James for my annual servicing of my f pace. I waited and James got me in and out quick !Walked 10 minutes down the street had some lunch and toured the new inventory upon my return to be pleasantly greeted upstairs by Bill. We chatted about the 2021 roll outs and what jag incorporated in their updates to really up their game. WOW. I cannot wait until my lease is up next year in hopes to slide in to a new F pace. They clearly went back to the drawing board and Bill pointed out all the new updates from the 12” screen and speaker system (which really needed an upgrade ).Always good to say hi to the most amazing sales manager, Matt! He helped me every step of the way on my current lease and I could not have had more of a better experience with the jag team. Highly disappointed. Long story short, my 1st and last time ever going there. The service advisor I had did a poor job when it came to communicating. I had to keep calling. The tech took apart some thing in my car and left them on my passenger seat with a gift card I guess as an apology. Ill go to any other Jag Dealer miles away before I return to this one.
I had another great experience at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale with James in service. He was very helpful and courteous. He was punctual and even made sure my car was washed. When I picked my car up it was better and cleaner than when I dropped it off. Thank you James. I will defiantly be going back here.

Called to have a tire ordered due to them not having Tire in stock. Made appointment for service for 2:30 the next day. I was told tire would be ordered and delivered. Left and checked out of my hotel to go to have tire installed only to find out they hadnt even ordered tire!Nobody knew who was responsible for appointment and acted like they didnt know. Worst service ever! Definitely will never come back to this dealership!
Pete in service kept me up-to-date every day once my car was in his possession. He contacted me to let me know the issues and the turn around time was quick. Pete knows this business and was very courteous and accommodating to my needs.
I leased a car here and it is the worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with in my entire life! With the exception of my initial purchase every service and every appointment was a disaster. Scheduled service on multiple occasions and the person I scheduled it would never be there for the appointment. I would just get passed on to someone else and made to wait even though I would call ahead to confirm every time. Had them wash my car another time and they left a glue like substance all over my windshield that I had to have removed professionally. Best part is that the car wash was supposed to be making up for the poor service. All the way to the lease buy out it was a disaster. Asked to have paperwork prepared with financing and all ready to go and when I showed up they werent ready for me. They finally call me back to finance and the paperwork was for a new vehicle and had to wait for them to prepare everything all over again. Please don’t try and respond with... “we’re sorry you had such a poor experience and we would like to talk to you or make it right” because you’ve said that multiple times already and actions speak a lot louder than words. Nothing but a group of incompetent people that have got comfortable and complacent with their jobs and a management team that doesn’t even follow through or hold any accountability. DO NOT PURCHASE OR LEASE A VEHICLE HERE!!!
A Dealership second to none!! I started with the Sales Manager at 8 AMwho courteously pointed me in the direction of the best F&I guy.Left the Dealership elated with the car of my dreams.We are now proud owners of a New Jaguar. We also own a New Range Rover both purchased at Auto Nation.
Kyle was as polite in person as he was over the phone. I was indecisive over 2 vehicles. Kyle gave me info and data on both, while not pushing me toward any vehicle. Once I made up my mind, everything went smoothly. Scott, the finance guy is a hoot. Everyone was great.
I am very pleased with the kindness and attentiveness of this dealership but the downfall I am very upset with the problem that continue to pop up on my 2019 f-pace… there is absolutely no reason I need to continue with this it’s a crying shame.. and corporate Jaguar is a JOKE!! Too many mouths are moving with NO ACTION.. also when responding I would greatly appreciate I don’t receive I can CALL GENERAL MANAGER… he/she can call me and get this resolved with corporate.
From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was taken care of immediately. The advisor was great and very helpful, they solved all my concerns and issues and I left very satisfied..
The air conditioning in my 2012 Jaguar needed to be fixed; the compressor had to be replaced, and as it turned out, a new one had to be built in the UK & shipped back to the USA. It took a long time, but I finally was able to return the loaner. The car is in tip top shape thanks to Pete Perzan & the service team. They always get the job done!

This was my strangest interaction ever. I stopped just to get air in my tire. The service guy said give him a minute and took the car in the back. We were left in the driveway to wait. I did remember there was a lounge and help myself to water and a seat. The service guy came back sharing I may have a leak in the coolant system and some other fast talk. I signed the order to have it looked at. When he returned with the car 40 minutes later. I asked for a copy of the services done. He said its not finished. I asked if itll be mailed to me? Sure was his reply. I am still waiting to find out what services were done beside air put in the tire.

I will not recommended anyone to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I purchased a Jaguar with a big crack in the rear window that you blamed me for because I drove off the lot before I saw it. And other issues that still havent been taken care of yet today. I have been getting very poor service. Im not happy. I can say more but Ill stop here. Stay Blessed.
I had an appointment, got there, waited 30+ minutes and they didn’t have to parts to take care of my 5K maintenance - had to reschedule. Came back to rescheduled appointment, waited another 30+ minutes, expressed my frustration, was redirected to another service rep, service that was supposed to take 90 minutes took 2 hours+, still waiting (tomorrow will be 3 days) for a promised call to set up my app for remote access functions that was supposed to be set up upon delivery of my vehicle. Hard to believe the lack of service for a high end vehicle and dealership. The work done appears to have been done properly, but the service is unacceptable. Glad I was asked to my feedback, because I have never had such an awful experience on a first maintenance on a new vehicle. Buyer beware.

Service advisor was impatient and it felt like she just wanted me to sign the paperwork and exit the office. I also wanted some simple after-market hoses installed in the engine compartment and they wouldnt do it even though my car is out of warranty and I wouldnt hold them responsible. I also told them I had run a plug-in diagnostic and gave her the code asking if they could look at what was the cause and she wanted to charge me another $100 to plug in their diagnostic tool. I told her that was already done and she said their machine was bigger lol. Its the same plug that gives the same reading..... unreal.

I got run over with my car.Even though it is a beautiful great car, the trade value is about 15 thousand less than what it should be, because it was previously stolen and wrecked. Talked to the manager, he said that he didnt have to do anything about it. I was nice the whole time, but I was feeling very unimportant and defeated. My wife got her car here first, and it was a great deal.
My only concern what you think would not have been on the top of the list was the customer service I called the phone number and was on hold for 9 minutes and then I called every other department was still on hold so maybe I just called it a bad time or they really are dont like answering the phone. Second issue was when I did arrive the show room attendant didnt take much interest in checking on me or explaining anything to me about the vehicles. The pro was it the car is more luxurious and beautiful very attracted to look at very impressive stitching and sleek Auto Construction. The humans did more harm than the vehicle

Was very surprised that they service my car it was really expensive to have my brakes/rotoers replaced but it is what it is. I was provided a very nice loader car. My service advisor James was very professional surprised by no one at the dealership due to Civic it was rather weird. But overall they took care of my car was happy I didnt have to drive to Palm Beach to my regular dealer. Will definitely use them in the future... Regards JP

Automation Jaguar of ft lauderdale is highly over priced when it comes to their repairs. Highly dissatisfied with their fees and charges. I can’t wait to get rid of the car”Jaguar XF . Took 4 days just to get battery replaced which end up costing me a steaming $877,after finally getting the car back. I would never recommend a Jaguar to my friends and family.The service managers are great, can’t blame them for those high costly fees because the prices are set by Autonation. The customer service I’ve received from Jose was great. Moral of the story is, Don’t get a Jaguar, you’ll be left with wholes in your pocket.
I went to this location to view a used car via Auto Nation. The car was great and the customer service was even better. I was concerned that I would be turned away because Im younger and dont have a lot of credit history, but boy was I wrong! Very horrible customer service they have here, Darrell Webb was very rude and wasnt interested in wanting to talk to us. Without taking in consideration that we were ready for a purchase and pay cash but from the moment we walked up and asked to speak to someone they basically blew us off. We will be taking our money and business elsewhere, Ill make sure to let any of my friends, family and anyone that asked me if I know of any good Jaguar dealership Im going to point them elsewhere.

First time that I have bought a car sight unseen. I purchased a used F-Type Jag from Jaguar Fort Lauderdale which when delivered totally met their description and my expectations. Sales person Kyle was attentive and back office Scott efficiently attended to all the shipping and paperwork. The car was delivered on a transporter to my door with a full tank of gas. Having spent years in the motor trade I can recognize a class outfit, and Jaguar Fort Lauderdale met the litmus test.
I had to bring my Land Rover there because they didn’t have appointments available at the actual dealership. This is a lease and the car is a 2020 the engine light was on so I brought it in. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and I didn’t get it back until the following Wednesday although it was ready Tuesday. Not to mention they had no loaner vehicles. The worst part is it seemed like they didn’t even care how long it was taking no apologies just dry and no explanation of the cause of delay. Won’t be going there again.
I was impressed with the sales staff. I visited another Jaguar dealership and did not receive the type of service I received at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale. They were patient and polite. At the end of the deal the salesperson, Josh W., along with the other gentleman (whose name I cannot recall right now :-( ) took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle. If I had the occasion to purchase another vehicle, I would definitely revisit Jaguar Fort Lauderdale.

I took my Range Rover to the Jaguar Fort Lauderdale service center on July 22, 2021. My service manager was James Happel. Mr. Happel was very professional, friendly, and ready take care of the problem. The front desk personnel was professional, kind, and had warm welcoming smiles. The level of professionalism at the Fort Lauderdale location was such a different experience from the Pompano Beach Copans road service center they are rude and unprofessional. Jaguar Fort Lauderdale will be my service center from this day forward.

Recently as I was standing next to my 2018 F-Type I noticed a constant vibration and a sound that just didnt sound right. Without any mechanical experience it was very difficult for me to describe to my Service Manager, Amanda Levy. It almost seemed as if the noise/vibration had a heartbeat....lol.She told me to bring it in and she arranged for a loaner car. Amanda described to the service tech the problem and as I understand it the service tech used a stethoscope to find the problem and make the necessary repair.My car was cleaned and returned to me in perfect working order the very next day and I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience.Definitely 5 Stars in my book.Thank you.Jeff Melcer
The 5 star rating is for our most recent and every SERVICE DEPARTMENT experience. Ken, our service advisor is GREAT! Our experiences with service are so much better than our experience with the sales team. At the time we purchased our XF, we had a feeling that we were not a priority because we did not purchase one of the more expensive models. However, with the service department (Ken), we have consistently been treated as if we purchased the most expensive model.WOW, WE MISS LARRY AND THE ALPINE JAGUAR SALES TEAM!
