Ive bought and leased many cars before. Hands down the best experience Ive had. Had a conversation at 10:45 am, took 15 minutes to take my info and run numbers; by noon I had an offer; 6 pm my new Q3 Audi delivered to my doorstep. I didnt have to step foot in a dealer. Brought an Audi rep to show me how the car worked. Surprised me with an extended sunroof and a new tag. I would give 0 stars if possible. This group is a SCAM!First, the communication stopped after I paid the down payment. Then the car arrived but at a higher price than originally agreed to. They did fix this but it was a major hassle to get a response from Michael Oz and took a long time to get the refund.Biggest issue was that they told me I would exit my current lease early without penalty. They assured me multiple times. Turns out they were wrong. My original lease hit me with another $3k in fees. I kept calling the dealer and Oz and neither helped. Michael Oz pretty much told me that I’d have to pay it and tried saying it was the dealers issue, not his. He swore he would help me work through it with the dealer but he never responded to me again. Months of calls, texts and emails all completely unanswered. Completely unprofessional. Will screw you over and leave you hanging.

I started the process with Alex while my husband and were looking for an SUV that we wanted 3 weeks before we were expecting our 3rd child. We already knew what we wanted and price range we wanted to pay and Alex made that happen. He sent me as many quotes as I needed to make my decision and was very patient. My husband wasnt convinced with the company at first but I told him I felt comfortable so he let me make the decision to move forward. It was the best decision!!! When I first received a call from OZ Leasing it wasnt the initial sales pitch that intrigued me, but the level of courtesy and interest I received from their reps. Thereafter, it was the expediency at which they were able to identify several different opportunities for me under one roof which, to my surprise, were FAR more competitive rates than through the 5000 dealerships I have walked into thus far. Much like how Amazon Prime has put every mall outlet for me to shame, OZ leasing made all the other dealerships I have been shopping around at seem like a waste of time and legwork.
